A Study on Benefit/Cost Analysis of Form Work Methods for High-rise Residential Buildings (고층 주거건축물 거푸집의 편익/비용 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Selecting an appropriate formwork to fit the construction of a high-rise building is an important factor that can influence the success or failure of a construction. Currently, however, the reality is that in domestic high-rise building construction, the selection of an appropriate formwork with consideration of the characteristics of the formwork has not been done in a reasonable manner. To select formwork in a systematic and reasonable fashion, comprehensive consideration is required that must not only include the aspect of construction costs, but also air, quality, safety, and environmental issues. Therefore, this study aims to rationalize the selection process of formwork by applying the scientific method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to the selection process of formwork, in terms of construction costs, quality and safety. To do this, the researcher investigated the current status of formwork being used in high-rise residential building construction. Then, based on the results of this investigation, the researcher selected an alternative for the formwork, and taking construction experts as the subjects of this study, conducted a survey on the applicability of the formwork as well as the priority of management thereof when selecting formwork. It is judged that the results of this research will contribute a more scientific and reasonable decision-making process than the existing non-scientific method in selecting formwork for high-rise residential building construction.

A Kth Shortest Path Algorithm with the Link-Based Label Setting Approach and Its Application for An Alternative Routes Selection (링크표지확정 다수경로탐색 알고리즘과 대안경로선정을 위한 활용)

  • Given a Path represented by a sequence of link numbers in a transportation network, the reasonable path is defined as a path that any link is appeared multiple times in it. Application of the link labelmethod(LLM) to the shortest path algorithms(SPA) enables to model the reasonable path choice behavior in urban networks. This study aims at expanding the LLM to a Kth shortest path algorithms(KPSA), which adopts the node label setting method. The small-scaled network test demonstrated that the proposed algorithm works correctly and the revised Sioux fall network test showed that the path choice behaviors are reasonably reflected. In the large-scaled network based on the South Korea peninsula, drivers' route diversion perceptions are included as cost terms in total cost. The algorithm may be applied as an alternative route information tools for the deployment of ATIS.

Basic Study for Development of Risk Based Bridge Maintenance Priority Decision Model (위험도기반 교량 유지관리 우선순위 선정 모델 개발을 위한 기초연구)

  • It is expected that the maintenance cost of domestic bridges will increase considerably due to the increase of bridge service time. In response to this situation, the government and relevant ministries are focusing on developing ways to efficiently allocate limited budgets and to rationally select maintenance bridge. In this study, to develop a risk - based bridge maintenance priority decision model, 14 common risk factors causing damage to bridges were extracted and AHP analysis was performed to select 5 important factors. Based on the existing literature review and expert consultation, we derive the evaluation criteria and the impact weights of the selected factors, and based on this, I presented risk based bridge maintenance priority model. Using this model in combination with existing maintenance priority methods will lead to more reasonable bridge maintenance priorities.

  • Supplier selection for energy production facility is a multi-criteria decision-making problem and is of strategic importance for cost efficiency of synthetic fiber production company. The purpose of this paper is to present an approach to select best energy production facility for a synthetic fiber production company. Toward this, we derived criteria to evaluate the energy production facility and develop an Analytic Network Process model to help decision makers set priorities on multiple criteria while considering both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the problem. The application of the proposed approach indicates that it can be successfully applied to facilitate the decision making process for selecting the best supplier of the energy production facility.

  • 본 연구에서는 합리적인 기술개발 투자를 위한 배전기술개발 우선순위 결정 알고리즘을 개발하여, 최적의 배전기술개발 구현방법을 제시한다. 또한, 이들 알고리즘과 기술개발 체계도에 근거한 배전기술개발 장단기 계획(안)을 종합적으로 제시하며, 분야별 기술개발 추진안과 세부과제별 추진안을 구체적으로 제안한다. 구체적으로는 합리적인 기술개발 장단기 계획안을 수립하기 위하여, 적당한 근거와 절차에 의하여 대상기술을 선정해야 하는데, 이러한 기술개발의 우선순위를 나타내는 적정한 평가기준치를 제시하고, 이 값을 기술개발 선행지표와 평가함수식에 의해 산출하는 우선순위 평가알고리즘을 제시한다.

  • 연구개발은 일반적으로 많은 투자가 요구되는 반면에 높은 불확실성이 존재한다. 따라서 정부에서 지원받는 제한된 인력과 예산을 기반으로 연구를 수행하는 출연연 입장에서는 연구개발의 효율성을 객관적으로 측정하고, 연구개발 활동에 투입되는 자원과 산출에 대한 체계적인 평가가 중요하다. 즉, 기관에서 운영하는 R&D 예산의 합리적인 배분을 위해서 연구개발 성과의 효율성을 측정하고 이를 다시 전략적으로 R&D 기획에 반영하는 피드백 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 건설분야 정부출연연구기관의 연구부서를 대상으로 연구성과 분석을 통한 효율성을 측정하고자 한다. 이를 통해 제한된 인력과 R&D 연구비용의 합리적인 투자를 위한 전략적 우선순위 선정, 기관의 중장기 발전계획, 경영목표 등에 부합하는 연구과제를 수행하기 위한 정책 및 R&D 기획의 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

The Study on the Sale Form Selection in the Sale and Purchase of Second Hand Ships (중고선박 매매계약의 선택기준에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of the main selection criteria of the contract form used to conclude the sales contracts of used ships and to assist parties in selecting the most suitable contract form for trading situations. The methods of the study are based on identifying the factors from the questionnaires using analytic hierarchy process analysis, following the selection of typical details through interviews with the S&P Broker Group and finding the solutions that match each detail. The analysis shows that ship traders prefer the Norwegian Sales Form (NSF) to NIPPONSALE for various reasons. Considering the sellers' situations, NFS is the more reasonable option for major countries, except Japan. NIPPONSALE is relatively more focused on the advantages of the buyer's conditions, including for Japan. It is important to select the appropriate clauses from these types of contract, according to the trading conditions, including the main and additional terms, in order to create a mutual agreement between the shipper and the consignee that leads to more cooperation and balances the purposes of both parties in adjusting the time for securing and disposing of the vessels.

A Model of Location Decisions of Natural Gas Filling Station Considering Spatial Coverage and Travel Cost (공간적 접근성 및 통행비용을 고려한 천연가스 충전소 최적 입지선정 모형)

  • This study proposes a facility location model in consideration of spatial coverage and travel cost as an effort to make objective and effective decisions of natural gas filling stations. The proposed model is developed for fixed stations and consists of two stages. The first stage employs a heuristic algorithm to find a set of locations which satisfy the spatial coverage constraints determined by the maximum travel distance between the filling stations and bus depots. In the second stage, the optimal location of filling stations is determined based on the minimum travel cost estimated by using a modified transportation problem as well as the construction and maintenance costs of the filling stations. The applicability of the model is analyzed through finding the optimal location of filling stations for the city of Anyang, a typical medium-sized city in metropolitan Seoul, based on the demand of natural gas buses. This study is expected to help promote the spread of natural gas buses by providing a starting point of a objective and reasonable methodological perspective to address the filling station location problem.

  • Selecting a suitable place is to determine the attributive conditions and qualified areas for the aim as factors and is to be fulfilled systematically for selecting the area which satisfies all these. This research tries to achieve a rational suitability analysis of residential development using the GIS modeling method and the hierarchical analysis process. A spatial and attributive analysis has been systematized for selecting a suitable place for the study and GIS analysis model has been used for the effective conclusion drawing for different levels. As a next step, a quantitative and qualitative evaluation index was created through complex consideration of the criteria and decision factors of the location selection, and weights were added depending on the relative importance of these factors. In particular, 3D terrain model simulation method has been used in order to reflect the aesthetic factors of the scenery which is an element of the subjective evaluation factors and considered qualitative and subjective evaluation factors which were not considered for the existing AHP technique. After the research, a location that satisfies complex requirements was found rapidly and accurately through the GIS model and hierarchical analysis.

  • 우리나라는 역사적인 765kV송전망이 준공되어 동양최초로 상업운전에 성공함으로써 대전력 송전시대를 열었으며, 우리의 전력기술을 해외에 수출하기에 이르렀다. 전력사업은 경제발전의 원동력으로 국민의 애정과 지원속에 날로 성장해 왔으며 앞으로도 계속 성장 발전되어야 할 것이다. 그러나, 현재의 민원양상은 입지선정단계로부터 민원이 발생할 뿐만 아니라 설비형태에 상관없이 무조건적인 건설반대로 갈수록 전력설비 건설환경은 더욱 어려워지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 송변전설비의 설치에 따라 영향을 미치는 제반요인에 대한 영향을 사전에 조사 분석 비교 및 평가를 시행함으로써 객관적이고 합리적인 입지를 선정하기 위한 사전전력영향평가시스템에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.
