  • 최근 스마트 기기는 결제, 할인쿠폰 등 각종 기능을 제공하는 수단으로 진화되면서 통신과 금융이 융합된 모바일 NFC 서비스의 시장이 급성장할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히 모바일 NFC 결제 서비스 시장의 활성화가 예상됨에 따라 모바일 NFC 결제 서비스는 국내 외적으로 널리 주목받고 있다. 하지만 이를 주도할 수 있는 보안 관련 기술력이 부족한 상태이며 NFC 모바일 결제 환경에서 적용이 가능한 NFC 결제 관련 기술 연구도 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라 기존 방식과는 전혀 다른 결제 환경과 결제 방식에 의해 도출될 수 있는 다양한 응용서비스에 대한 새로운 법 제도의 정비와 새로운 결제환경에 맞는 보안기술이 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 물리적인 플라스틱 신용카드의 권한 위임 문제와 NFC 모바일 신용카드를 비교하여 NFC 모바일 기반 결제 서비스 상에서의 위협을 분석하고 NFC 결제환경에서 안전한 결제 권한 위임이 가능한 Hash Chain기반의 Time-Stamping Proxy 서명 기술을 제안하였다.

Allocating Revenues to Metropolitan Railroad Operators Using Public Transportation Card Data (대중교통 카드(RF Card) 자료를 활용한 수도권 도시철도 운영기관 간 수입금 정산 방법론에 대한 연구)

  • Users of metropolitan railroad is increased continuously because of its various advantage such as comfortableness, convenience and punctuality. Thus, several local government including Seoul considered new installation or extension of railroads and four railroad operators maintain seventeen lines at present. After public transportation reforms in 2004 and integrated discount fare system in 2007, public transportation become more convenient in many aspects. However, these trials gives much more complex allocating problems of revenues among public transportation operators. In this paper, we deal with revenue allocating problems among public transportation operators after integrated discount fare system in 2007. Specifically, this study focuses on allocating revenues to metropolitan railroad operators by using RF card data. This research roughly proposes the methodology of O/D extraction from RF card data, generalized cost estimation and allocating revenue algorithm. We use RF card data in order to draw out exact individual O/D data and try to compare our results with those of Korea Smart Card Company. In generalized cost estimation, survey study about transfer factors is conducted for accurate estimation of generalized cost function. Lastly, new allocating revenue algorithm using k-path and non-dominated path concept is suggested. It is expected that case study is also performed with real revenues and O/D data in order to check up the application. Preposed methodology in this research can contribute to solve present and future revenue allocating issues according to the introduction of LRT and private railroad.

  • Nowadays, Smart Wallet technology trend that is able to save users' consuming costs and also retain users' redundant behaviors such as Single-tapping, One-way communication, Integrated ID, has been issued in recent Mobile Industrial Fields. As one of Smart Wallet functions, Integrated ID is proposed for users' convenience, handiness, and immediate responses. It is designed for the effective management of users' IDs which are easy to be forgot because of its unusual structures. To be detail, instead of user, Integrated ID system can certificate users identification from various online sites (where user resisted) authorization requests via one-clicking, not putting identification data in each sites. So, this technology would be helpful much to a certain user who has lots ID and its Password in multiple Online shopping companies by establishing integrated ID. However, although Integrated ID has lots advantages to be used, most Mobile Service Companies has hesitated to apply Integrated ID service in their shopping systems because this technology requires them sharing their users' data. They have worried that this service would be not helpful to gain their profits. Furthermore, Users who join in multiple shopping companies and use Integrated ID services also are difficult to decide which company they have to save their points in before payment because this system could not show any financial benefit analysis data to their users. As following facts, via this paper majorly we propose the advanced Integrated ID system which concern shopping point management. Basically, this system has a strong security payment service and secure network services like other mobile Shopping systems. Additionally, this system is able to service (or to support) shopping -point -saving guide for customers' financial benefits and conveniences.

The Survey Research on Pregnant Woman's recognition about GO-UN-MAM CARD of Childbirth Promotion Policy (출산장려정책 중 고운맘 카드에 대한 산모들의 인식 조사)

  • Low birth rate is a persisting national challenge that causes a decrease in productive population and an increase in encumbrances by ever rising insurance premiums, eventually threatening the existence of the country. This study investigated the effectiveness of the current government's undergoing economic support of the child-birth promotion policy, "go-un-mam card", and suggested improvement plans about the problems derived on the basis of the perceptions of the card users. Multi-response analysis was used to find out the preference of the policy, and chi-square test was conducted to discover the user satisfaction rate and intent of re-parturition. Also, descriptive analysis was performed to identify the degree of the policy recognition. The results illustrated that a significant association exists between the satisfaction rate and the intention of re-parturition. In addition, pregnant women gained information about the policy from governmental agencies and medical institution as well as by word of mouth; then, applied to the policy. Also, the card users only took an advantage of discounts in the hospitals within the supported monetary amounts. Moreover, the card users expressed their dissatisfaction at the monetary amounts. For instance, the users were dissatisfied with the limit on the amount to be used in a day and requested upgrade on the monetary amounts. Based on the result, the government will improve and develop the go-un-mam card for the ultimate purpose of policy, increasing birth-rate.

The Propensity Effect of Using Alliance Discount Cards on Brand Equity and Satisfaction of Family Restaurant Users (패밀리 레스토랑 이용고객의 제휴 할인카드 사용 성향이 브랜드 에쿼티와 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to look into how alliance discount cards affect customers using family restaurants by analyzing and identifying the difference in brand equity and satisfaction according to the propensity of using alliance discount cards. For this purpose, 407 customers who have used family restaurants completed a questionnaire survey. The study findings indicated that (1) there were significant differences in brand equity and satisfaction according to the propensity to use alliance discount cards. Moreover, it was found that groups with a strong propensity to use alliance discount cards had higher brand equity and satisfaction than groups that did not; also, (2) it was found that there were significant differences in brand equity and satisfaction according to the intensity of dependency on alliance discount cards. The group with strong loyalty to alliance discount cards went beyond the level of strong propensity to use alliance discount cards, of preference, and of use, which were previously proposed. This study implied that from mid-to long-term perspectives, it was necessary to operate a policy for more active alliance discounts as well as to ensure sufficient options for partnership benefits. Furthermore, it was essential to maintain the menu and service quality of restaurants, which were intrinsic factors for elevating brand equity and satisfaction in restaurants among dining customers.

Consumer Segmentation based on Consideration Set of Stores and Importance of Store Image (고려점포군에 따른 소비자 세분화와 점포이미지 중요도에 관한 연구)

  • Consumers evaluate stores by comparing stores that we, in their minds, similar and are competitive with one another; and in this way, the term "consideration set of stores" is defined as those store alternatives the consumer is aware of and evaluates positively. The purpose of this study is to aid in understanding the consideration set of stores in store choice processes in apparel product purchases. More specifically, this study aims to clarify the relation between consideration set of stores and importance of store image. As a result, the respondents of quantitative study were classified into seven groups by the number of stores and store types they considered: 1) "small-road shop sets group" ; 2) "small-market sets group" ; 3) "small- department store sets group" ; 4) "small-department store/outlet sets group" ; 5) "large-department store/market sets group" ; 6) "large-department store/road shop sets group" ; and 7) "large-department store sets group". Further, significant differences among the groups in the importance of store image were observed. For example, low prices were an important factor in both the small-market considering group and large-department store/market considering group when choosing a retail store, there were also differences in the considering groups in that for the small-department store considering group, store mileage-discount cards were important whereas ample space for relaxation around the stores were important retail store selection factors for the large-department store/road shop considering group. This study may provide a useful direction to retailers in finding out who the target customers and competitive stores are and allow retailers to make proper marketing strategies.

Modeling Subway Accessibility in Seoul Public Transport System Reform (수도권 대중교통체계 개편 전.후 지하철 이용자의 접근성 변화 모형구축)

  • Various urban transport policies have an effect on urban transit riderships and accessibility. This study reports variations of metropolitan subway travel patterns affected by an enormous change in bus routes and transfer discount fare policy between subway and bus mode conducted by Seoul city in July 1st of 2004. In an effort to see the difference between the before and the after policies, two data sets are prepared. Firstly, on a daily bassis. an origin-destination trip table of May of 2004 is used. Secondly, on a daily bassis, an origin-destination trip table of August-September of 2004 is used as a counter measure. Even if seasonal variation was not considered, Seoul metropolitan area have experienced increasing riderships and accessibility. Finally, the effects of accessibility in spatial interaction model by rall service changes such as random shocks were scrutinized and interpreted in detail.

  • 데이타마이닝 분야에서는 대용량의 트랜잭션 데이타베이스와 같은 하나의 데이타베이스로부터 연관 규칙을 찾는 연구가 많이 수행되어왔다. 그러나, 창고형 할인매장이나 백화점 같이 고객 카드를 이용하는 판매점의 등장으로, 단지 트랜잭션에 대한 분석 뿐만이 아니라, 트랜잭션과 고객과의 관계에 대한 분석 또한 요구되고 있다. 즉, 두 개의 데이타베이스로부터 연관 규칙을 찾는 연구가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 두 데이타베이스 사이에 링크를 생성하여 연관 항목집합을 찾는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 링크를 이용한 알고리즘은 고객 데이타베이스가 메모리에 거주가능한 크기라면 시간에 따른 분석에 유용함을 보여주었다.Abstract There have been a lot of researches of mining association rules from one database such as transaction database until now. But as the large discount store using customer card emerges, the analysis is not only required about transactions, but also about the relation between transactions and customer data. That is, it is required to search association rules from two databases. This paper proposes an efficient algorithm constructing links from one database to the other. Our experiments show the algorithm using link is useful for temporal analysis of memory-resident customer database.

User Benefit Analysis By Transfer Fare Policy : Focuses on the case of Gyeonggi-do (지역별 대중교통 환승혜택 형평성 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 경기도를 중심으로)

  • Gyeonggi-do comprises several types of areas, including urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. The availability of public transportation services varies depending on the area types, but the fare structure is based on a simple transfer rule, i.e., a transfer is free when completed within 30 minutes. As a result, users in non-urban areas with a poor frequency of public transportation services do not receive transfer discounts because most of the bus routes in these areas have a gap of more than 30 minutes between services. In terms of equality of opportunity, the transfer rule is being applied unfavorably and, as a result, equality of opportunity of the non-urban commuter is severely affected. Therefore, this study analyzed the user benefits mainly stemming from transfer fares using the smart card data of commuters using public transportation in Gyeonggi-do. An index called the beneficiary rate of the free transfer was developed and a scenario analysis was conducted based on the various levels of the rate. The results of this analysis proved that the users of public transportation services in non-urban areas in Gyeonggi-do can only receive transfer benefits by the extended time for free transfer and not by the implementation of a uniform policy irrespective of the type of area. The study also suggested an equitable fare transfer system and policy alternatives.

Study on the Improvement and Effect of the Metro Fare System (광역철도 승차권제도 개선 및 효과에 관한 연구)

  • Current metro tickets are categorized into transportation cards and monthly season tickets, which offer limited consumer choices. A metro fare system should be introduced based on the diversity of customer demand. Thus, this study's objective is that the metro fare system in Korea should be efficiently operated by analyzing a variety of metro fare systems used in major cities of other countries. In addition, this study proposed the following metro fare systems, one day pass, which is generally used in other countries in a bid to promote public transportation, reduce costs, and increase revenue. A commuting ticket system to increase the demand from cars to subways, and special discounts & a round-trip ticket system for round-trip travelers in case that demand is low was compared with the high supply on the Gyeongchun-line.
