Most of the agricultural structures are in shortage of feasible facility management because these structures are small in size and spacially distributed in rural area. Inspection tools based on visual inspections are generally used for agricultural structures in most of the countries, including Korea. It is necessary to survey data of the irrigation structures to maintain records, and to develop the interface program by constructing database of inspection data. This study was conducted to develop a system for safe appraisal and repair works on agricultural irrigation structures. Repair and rehabilitation method can be chosen from an optimum viewpoint if the information between the method and life-cycle management cost of agricultural structures is constructed in the database. In this study, the system assisting onsite field investigation and determining the typical rehabilitation method of typical agricultural structural problems such as fractures and cracks of members was developed.

In this study, we aimed to build the basic calculation model for linkage effects of fishery industry among Korea, China and Japan. For the calculation, we reconstructed the asian international input-output table, and on the basis of the reconstructed table, we made some analyses on the inter-relations among 3 nations focusing fishery industry. As the results, some positive backward linkage offsets of the fishery industries were found among 3 nations, and especially, production inducing effect of Chinese fishery industry to Japanese supplier was remarkable.

예상은 하고 있었던 일이지만 준비 없이 갑작스럽게 다가온 1993년 중국과의 국교정상회는 우리에게 무의미한 대가를 적지 않게 지불하게 하였다. 그리고 이후 이미 8년이란 세월이 흘러갔어도 잘못 끼운 첫 단추의 부담은 여전히 해결하지 못한, 아니 어쩌면 영원히 해결할 수 없을 것만 같은 숙제로서 남겨져 있다. 특히 손상된 민족의 자존심은 경제적인 실리를 떠나서 제2의 조공시대를 방불케하는 신사대주의의 한중관계를 만들어 버리고 말았다. 최근 들어 IMF 이후 주춤했던 중국을 향한 건축계의 막연한 기대가 2008년 북경의 올림픽 유치확정을 계기로 서서히 달아오르는 느낌을 받는다. 게다가 일부 언론매체의 보도는 벌써부터 앞으로 발주될 100억 달러 이상의 건설시장경기를 들먹이며 우리의 떡이 어느 정도인지를 저울질하는 웃지못할 모습을 보이고 있다. 물론 의욕과 열정을 무조건 탓하는 것도 잘못이지만 일에는 순서가 있는 법이다. 지나친 무리수는 결과적으로 과욕과 과열이라는 쓰라린 경험을 남기기 십상이다.

The Oriental thought does not stay in self, society, or state, but goes further to expand its bounds as "Chunha(the World, 天下)", which is not just the spacious expansion but the moral expansion. It provides a clue to overcome the limitations of the Western international political thought resulting in nationalistic tendencies. Such a cosmopolitcan orientation in the East can be found in the concepts of "Wangdo(Just Way, 王道)", "Yinjung(Benevolent politics, 仁政)", which make Hua(harmony, 和) its essential characteristics. If the East Asian community is formed, it should be based on universal principles that all East Asian citizens can sympathize with from below, not in a one-sided and coercive way. In this regard, the formation of "Sahaeyilga(四海一家, We are the world)", the "Chunha天下" based on the philosophy of the peace seeking 'similarity' in 'difference', can provide philosophical clues to resolve the conflicts and contradictions of the current isolationalist and confrontational international situation.

본 연구는 한국과 중국 신용카드 시장의 사용현황을 분석하고, 신용카드 시장에서의 경제활동 추이도를 미래측정 알고리즘개발을 통해 측정하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 한국에서는 개인 소득증가와 신용카드 이용액 간에는 유의적인 상관관계가 없는 것으로 분석되었으며, 1인당 카드 보유수량과 신용카드 이용액 사이에는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 중국에서는 개인의 소득증가가 신용카드 이용액에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 1인당 카드 보유수량과 신용카드 이용금액 사이에는 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 발견하였다. 또한, 추이도 관찰을 통해 외부환경에 제약이 없는 조건하에서 향후 5년간 중국의 신용카드 시장은 점진적으로 성장하며, 증가율 또한 점진적으로 증가할 것으로 예측할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 초음파 속도법을 콘크리트의 초기동해 피해를 진단하기 위한 방법으로서의 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 모르타르 시험체를 대상으로 각각 동결 깊이에 따른 압축강도와 초음파 펄스 속도를 측정하여 미세구조와 그 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 동결 피해를 입은 모르타르 시험체와 피해를 입지 않은 시험체 간의 압축강도와 초음파 펄스 속도 값의 차이가 확연하게 나타났으며, 미세구조 분석을 통해 동결 깊이가 증가할수록 초기동해 피해를 더 많이 받아 압축강도와 초음파 펄스 속도가 감소하였다고 판단할 수 있었다. 회귀분석을 통해 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 추정식과 실험값과의 관계성을 나타내는 결정계수( R²)가 0.87로 얻어져 초기동해 피해 깊이에 따른 압축강도와 초음파 펄스 속도 사이의 상호 연관성이 존재하는 것으로 분석된다. 이에 따라 초음파 속도법을 통한 콘크리트의 초기동해 피해 진단이 가능하며, 그 피해 깊이를 정량적으로 진단하기 위해서는 향후 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 동아시아 삼국 한국, 중국 그리고 일본 고정원 문화의 정수이자 역사적 배경과 정치, 문화적 관계성 등을 공간적으로 잘 대변할 수 있는 궁궐정원을 대상으로 형성배경, 입지와 배치, 공간구성, 공간구성요소 그리고 조성계획 및 경관연출기법과 조망적 특징을 비교, 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 유사한 위상을 가진 한국의 창덕궁, 중국의 이화원 그리고 일본의 선동어소를 선정하여 3국의 궁궐정원에 대한 이해와 연구기반을 구축하고자 하였다. 또한 경관 연출을 중심으로 한중일 궁궐정원의 원형에 대한 비교와 분석을 통해 동질성(유사성) 및 이질성(차별성)을 찾아 한중일 궁궐정원이 가지는 정체성을 규명하고 나아가 한국 궁궐정원이 가지는 가치를 제시하고자 하였다. 동질성과 이질성을 기반으로 도출된 비교특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째 자연을 훼손하지 않은 정원의 조성으로 자연에 순응한 한국 고유의 양식을 보여준다. 둘째 동아시아적 사상을 반영한 다양한 상징적 정원요소가 표현되고 있다. 우리 궁궐정원의 발달에 있어 중국의 사상과 기술, 기법 등이 큰 영향을 끼쳤고 또한 유사한 방식으로 공간에 구현되었음을 알 수 있다. 수경관을 적극적으로 활용한 유사함은 한국과 중국뿐만 아니라 일본에서도 찾을 수 있다. 셋째 창덕궁 후원은 엄격한 왕권의 권위보다 풍류적 취향의 문화 예술적 수용체 역할을 하였다. 창덕궁과 이화원, 그리고 선동어소가 문화수용체의 성격을 지니듯이 한중일 3국이 문화적으로 긴밀하게 연결되어 있음에도 그 형태와 재현의 방법이 다르며 각각 독자적인 궁정정원의 양식을 수립할 수 있었던 것은 각 정원이 각 나라 고유의 문화와 예술을 수용하면서 발전해왔기 때문이다.

본 연구에서는 초기양생 중에 수평연속진동을 받는 콘크리트 시험체에 대하여 강도특성이 조사되었다. 실험변수로서 진동속도(0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kine)와 진동가력시간(3, 6, 12, 24 hrs)을 택하였다. 압축강도, 쪼갬인장강도 및 부착강도가 비교되었으며, 밀도와 재료분리현상이 조사되었다. 실험 결과, 진동속도 0.25 kine에서는 진동가력시간에 관계없이 모든 시험체에서 강도의 감소가 거의 발생하지 않았고, 또한 진동속도 0.5 kine에서 3시간의 진동을 받은 경우에도 강도의 감소가 없었다. 전체 시험체에 있어서 밀도가 증가하였으며, 재료분리현상은 발견되지 않았다.
