비혼 인구의 증가, 출산율 감소를 비롯한 사회적 요인과 맞물려 반려견의 수요는 크게 증가하였고, 그에 따라 반려견으로 인한 개물림 사고 역시 꾸준히 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문은 견주들의 반려견 안전관리 보조를 위한 스마트 목줄을 제작, 제공하여 반려견의 돌발행동에 의한 사고를 방지하고자 한다. 특히, 본 제품은 위험 감지와 행동 제어를 통한 직접적인 사고 예방과 견주에게 정확하고 유용한 정보를 제공함으로써 사람과 반려견의 안전하고 쾌적한 공존을 돕는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

항만 안전사고를 줄이고자 하는 노력에도 불구하고 항만 산재는 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 2017년이후 지속적으로 증가하는 추세이다. 이는 근속 기간이 적어 충분한 훈련이 되지 않았거나 근로자의 안전보다 작업의 효율성이나 비용을 더 우선시하는 환경, 컨트롤 타워의 부재 등으로 인해 발생하는 것으로 추정된다. 본 프로그램에서는 안전사고 관리 기능을 통해 항만 산재를 체계적으로 관리하여 개선된 작업 환경을 제공하고, 훈련 알고리즘을 통해 근로자의 항만 사고를 효과적으로 예방하고자 한다.

국내 내륙 전체 배전계통은 "22.9kV-Y 중성선 다중접지방식"으로 일원화하여 운영 중에 있으나 도서 섬지역은 자체 내연력 발전 설비를 갖추고 380V-Y로 발전하여 $6.6kV-{\Delta}$로 승압 후 전력을 공급하고 있다. 현재 한전은 설비용량 200kW이상 38개 도서에서 비접지 계통으로 운영 중에 있다. KEPCO와 KDN은 비접지계통($6.6kV-{\Delta}$)으로 운영중인 도서 중 전북지사 부안지점 관내 위도에 시범운영을 통해서 실선로에서 비접지 1선 지락 고장 검출여부 검증을 시행하였다. 시범운영에는 배전자동화 시스템 주장치 1식, mFRTU 12대를 개폐기와 같이 설치하였는데, mFRTU에는 독창적이고 상용화 가능한 "비접지 지락고장검출 알고리즘" 개발하여 탑재하였으며 1선 지락고장을 발생시켜 mFRTU가 고장선로와 고장지점을 정확하게 검출하는지 여부를 검증하였다. 이번에 비접지계통 실선로에서 지락고장을 완벽하게 검출한 가장 큰 의의는 국내 및 해외 최초로 비접지 지락고장검출을 성공하였다는 것입니다. 본 논문에서는 비접지로 운영중인 도서지역에 배전자동화시스템 기반으로 지락고장검출하는 기능을 상용화하여 운영중인 시스템에 대한 내용이다. 이번에 구축한 배전자동화시스템은 비접지계통에 알맞도록 개발된 자동화용 개폐기와mFRTU에 지락고장검출 알고리즘을 기능 구현하였다. 선로에 1선지락 고장발생시 mFRTU가 고장선로, 고장구간 및 고장상 등을 판단하고 상위 주장치에 전송한다. 주장치는 고장정보를 HMI 단선도에 고장지점을 표시하여 종합적으로 감시제어 할 수 있는 시스템이다.

Effectiveness of corporate promotion using SNS will be meaningful from theoretical and practical perspectives. This study attempts to explore the implications of running corporate ambassador programs composed of university students, different from previous studies focused mainly on celebrity influencers. To this end, the research model was generated and the hypotheses were tested by the responses of 287 subjects who received promotional messages from university student ambassadors of a public corporation. Research findings confirmed that ambassador characteristics (intimacy, expertise) had a significant influence on corporate promotion by mediating SNS information characteristics (information provision, information playfulness, and information reliability). Furthermore, it is found that MZ generation perceived the higher intimacy, the higher information playfulness, while the older generation perceived the higher expertise, the higher information reliability. In order to generalize these research findings, further research considering more diverse demographic characteristics is necessary.

Globally, the baby boomer generation is economically retired, and the MZ generation is emerging as a new economic force. This study demonstrated the effect of service quality on user satisfaction and customer loyalty for IT services, and checked whether it had a moderating effect on the MZ generation's perception of service quality and its effect on user satisfaction. In addition, we tried to find implications for service satisfaction of the MZ generation. For this purpose, valid responses were obtained from 496 members of companies receiving IT services from Company A. then, a hierarchical regression analysis were performed to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, the influence relationship between service quality, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty was confirmed, similar to the results of previous studies, and it was confirmed that the negative moderating effect of lower perception of user satisfaction through interaction. Therefore, it can be suggested that there is a need to develop a new digital-based service that can share and sympathize with special experiences, consumption values and beliefs. In the future, if research is conducted on a variety of consumers, it will be possible to more accurately explore the service perception of the MZ generation.

The wireless sensor network is one of the most practical and cost-effective solutions for monitoring systems covering wild and wide area such as wildfire monitoring. However, the RF distance between sensor nodes is very short due to the need of low power consumption of the sensor node, so the number of sensor nodes to be deployed in the target area is more than tens of thousands. In this paper, we design and analyze the deployment issues as well as re-deployment problem occurred when the battery is exhausted. We also propose the needs and solutions for coverage problem in dynamic deployment. By the experimental evaluations, we analyze the packet success ratio between sensor nodes under various environments such as obstacles and variable distances.

한전의 신배전정보시스템(NDIS)은 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 활용하여 전국에 시설되어 있는 방대한 배전설비를 데이터베이스로 구축한 후 배전계획, 배전설계, 공사관리, 준공정산, 자산취득, 유지보수 등 배전분야 전반의 업무를 수행하고 고객정보시스템과 연계하여 영업업무를 지원하는 시스템으로 저압공급방안검토, 고압계통분석, 보호협조검토, Simulation 등 배전분야에서 필요한 다양한 기술지원 기능과 경제적인 투자계획, 효율적인 유지보수 등을 위한 배전통계 및 자원정보 등 장기적 관점의 경영정보 인프라를 구축하여 배전설계에서 준공까지 업무흐름 표준화, 업무처리 절차, 방법 등을 시스템에서 자동 지원토록하여 반복적인 배전정보 관리업무의 정확도 향상을 목적으로 만들어진 시스템이다. 신배전 정보시스템의 배전설비는 모두 위치값을 가지고 있는데 지중배전설비는 위치에 대한 측량 및 탐사를 시행하여 신배전정보시스템에 DB입력하여 사용하고 있으며 이 입력 좌표체계는 한정된 일부지역에서만 사용할 수 있는 동경측지계를 사용하고 있다. 2010년 부터는 이동 경측지계를 전 세계적으로 GPS측량값을 그대로 적용할 수 있는 세계 측지계로 사용토록 측량법에 명시되어 있어 신배전정보시스템의 배전설비를 전환 프로그램을 개발하여 전환하고자 한다.

The parameters of electromechanical modes offer considerable insight into the dynamic stability properties of a power system. This paper describes an initial result for extraction of dynamic parameters from synchrophasor measurements collected on the KEPCO system. Dominant modes of the system are estimated by oscillation detecting program in K-WAMS. The critical wide-area modes of KEPCO system have frequencies in the 0.4 to 0.7Hz range. And the local mode causing the low frequency oscillation of generators located on the west coast area has in the frequency 0.97 and 1.25 Hz, respectively. This results can serve as a reference in the future for reliable system operation in KEPCO system.

본 논문은 수액 치료 부작용 방지와 환자의 안전한 병원 생활환경을 조성하는 "장애인의 안전한 병원 생활을 위한 스마트 링거 폴대"를 제안한다. 본 논문이 제안하는 주요 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무게 센서로 수액의 잔량이나 주입 속도를 측정하고 조절한다. 사용자는 앱을 통해 수액에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 둘째, 자이로 센서로 측정한 팔의 높이와 적당하게 자동으로 폴대의 높낮이를 조절한다. 셋째, 앱과 조이스틱으로 링거 폴대를 상하좌우 움직이며 이동 경로에 장애물 존재 시 알람을 울리게 한다. 넷째, 심박수 센서를 통해 환자의 평균 심박수를 측정하고 심박수 값이 정상 범위를 벗어나는 경우 아로마, 백색소음, 수면유도, 심리상담을 통해 심리안정 서비스를 제공한다. 제안된 시스템은 기존 병원에서 수액을 투입하는 방식에 IoT 기술을 적용하여 수액 치료 부작용을 예방하며, 시각장애인 환자의 거동 도움 및 불안감 해소를 위한 편의 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

본 논문에서는 현대인들의 일상생활 속 누적된 스트레스를 완화하고 사용자의 편의를 고려한 "아로마테라피를 지원하는 지능형 샤워부스" 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템의 주요 기능은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 적외선 온도 센서와 초음파 센서, 카메라를 통해 사용자의 신체 정보와 기분을 측정한다. 둘째, 측정된 사용자의 신체 정보를 반영하여 Linear actuator를 이용해 샤워기의 높낮이 및 수온을 자동으로 조절한다. 셋째, OpenCV와 앱 내에 만족도 평가를 통해 사용자의 기분에 따라 알맞은 아로마오일을 추천하고 이를 샤워기 필터에 주입한다. IoT기술과 연동된 샤워부스 시스템을 통해 사용자 컨디션에 맞춘 아로마테라피를 지원하여 현대인의 지친 심신 회복과 사용자 편의성이 증대될 것으로 기대된다.
