This thesis' "Hwang Jae Nai Kyung(黃帝內經)", it is one among Uihak5kyung(醫學五經), is originally total of 18 volumes, the first half of 9 volumes are Somun(素問) and the latter half of the others are Youngchu(靈樞). Also, it is best of old book and literature integrating process of Chinese's medicine. Somun(素問) is comprehensive and extensive principles from fundamental problem of medical science related etiology, pathology, physiology to such parts of preventive medicine as regimen, recuperation. Moreover, therapeutic part of diagnosis and remedy, practice of acupuncture and moxibustion is recorded to Youngchu(靈樞). In the "Hwang Jae Nai Kyung(黃帝內經)", basic system takes precautions and medical cure for disease by approaching not method analyzing body but fundamentals of oriental medicine observed as organizing relation. For the purpose of mixing up beauty based on Buddhism of books, we shall pursuit notion of beauty treatment to method improving health because period flowing is changed to real well-being culture chasing outside beauty and healthy life. Then, to come close for part of oriental medicine and cosmetology, we shall present method of meridian pathways and understand device for cosmetic improvement by analyzing relation to 12 of pathways, the five viscera and the six entrails & skin.

Though modern medicine has taken rapid strides, varieties of intractable maladies and diseases go on increasing more and more. And so medical technologies and academic achievements related to diagnoses and prognoses are being carried on. As the progress of genetics, all sorts of diseases have proved to be hereditary. This makes efficient use of the prevention of diseases. According to Sasang-Constitution medicine, each person inherently possesses a unique constitution different from that of any other person. The shapes and sizes, temperaments and characters of people have enormous variations that must affect our health and happiness. Without understanding our particular constitution, we must fall into poor health and disease. The food and exercise that are good for one person's constitution may not be good for another. No standardized medicine can adequately deal with our individual variations. Only a system that can discern our different constitutional types has this capacity. This paper is to study Life-Regulating Science that has taken firm root in our culture from time immemorial, so that I suggest the methods of diagnoses and prognoses by using Life-Regulating Science. In the medical texts, psychological imbalances of Eum-Yang and Five Phases generate all kinds of diseases. Accordingly visceral manifestation and diseases as a future possibility may be known by the Four Pillars.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine hospital nurses' nursing activities changes after DNR(do-not-resuscitate) decision. Methods: The subjects were 120 registered nurses working in two university hospitals. The data were collected from September 1 to September 15, 2015 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. Results: DNR awareness of the educational needs was very high(91.7%). But DNR educational experience was low(59.2%). Nursing activity change was classified as the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social areas. There were significant difference among religion(F=3.459, p=.010), working unit(F=3.410, p=.036), DNR awareness of the educational needs(t=5.048, p=.027), DNR educational experience(t=-2.816, p=.006) and nursing activities changes. Conclusion: Nurses are needed DNR educational programs to take care of DNR patients. And the criteria for nursing activities related to DNR is required.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the perceived image of nurses on major and non-major students. Methods: The subjects were 120 nursing school students and 120 other university students in J province. The data was collected by using structured questionnaire. T-test, ANOVA were performed by SPSS/PC 20.0. Results: The score for image of nurses was as follows. special image($3.86{\pm}0.51$), traditional image($3.71{\pm}0.53$), individual image($3.53{\pm}0.85$), social image($3.43{\pm}0.58$), and grand mean($3.66{\pm}0.48$). Perceived image of nurses was significant difference between students of a major and non-major(t=6.390, p<.001). Conclusion: It is needed to monitoring of media for the improvement the perceived image of nurses and also nurses have to try to make an individual role model.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to investigate hospital nurses' job stress, sleep disturbance, and fatigue and to examine the relationships among them. Methods: The subjects were 119 registered nurses working in two hospitals. The data were collected from September 1 to September 30, 2015 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. Results: Job stress levels of nurses were middle or higher level. Nurses levels of sleep disorders was higher than the median. It was the middle of the fatigue level of the nurses. There was a difference between sleep disorders and fatigue, depending on age and working department. There was a significant quantitative correlation among stress, sleep disorders, and fatigue. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to develop programs to reduce job stress and sleep disorders and fatigue of hospital nurses. And it requires institutional improvements.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the affected part acupuncture moving treatment for acute radial nerve palsy patient who has Cervical Herniation. Methods : We examined 1 patient with Radial nerve palsy who admitted Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine. The patient was treated by the affected part acupuncture moving treatment including herbal mixture. Results : In this study, in the end of affected part acupuncture moving treatment, patient's condition has improved. Muscle strength was also increased. Conclusions : The affected part acupuncture moving treatment for acute radial nerve palsy was effective in restore of functional activities, but this treatment needs more study.

Precious Mirror of Korean Medicine constitutes the basis of Korean orthodox medicine. In Korea it is regarded as the most influential medical work in existence and therefore been accorded first place among the medical works. Many books and reference works referred to Six Viscera and Five Bowels were quoted in Precious Mirror of Korean Medicine. This dissertation is to study quoted passages and reference books related to Six Bowels and Five Viscera in Precious Mirror of Korean Medicine. Based upon the medical works-Introduction to Medicine, Elementary Questions and Spiritual Pivot of Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine, Difficult Classic, Compendium of Medicine, A-B Classic of acupuncture and Moxibustion Pulse Classic, Synopsis of Golden Chamber, Key to Therapeutics of Children's Diseases, A Complete Work of Ancient and Modern Medicine, and etc.-- all but few references the quotations are clearly traced to their origin. It is hoped that this preliminary study will serve as a starting point for further work on the text, with more specific attention to the method of quotations and its many linguistic problems.

Objectives The aim of this study is to evaluate effects of hard board applied to acute low back pain patient by using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Pain Rating Score(PRS). Methods From March. 2005 to October. 2005, 20 cases of acute low back pain were divided into 2 groups in sequence. Control group took a rest on the bed(marble-sponge mattress) and sample group took a rest on the hard board. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Pain Rating Score(PRS) were used to assess the change of pain. VAS and PRS were checked 3 times before the treatment, after 3day treatment and 6day treatment. Results 1. After 3day and 6day treatment, there was statistical significance between control and sample group by VAS. 2. After 3day and 6day treatment, there was statistical significance between control and sample group by PRS. Conclusions On treating acute low back pain, it is more effective taking a rest on the hard board than taking a rest on the bed. Further study is needed about effects of hard board applied to acute low back pain patient.

Objectives We got a good effect on one patient who diagnosed Deep Vein Thrombosis after cystostomy. Methods The patient was treated with Acupuncture, Herbal medication, Venesection. To evaluate the edema, pain of leg, Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and the measurement of leg circumference are used. Results 1. The discrepancy of the leg circumference is decreased from 3.1㎝ to 1.6㎝. 2. The Visual Analogue Scale was decreased from 10 to 2-1. Conclusions In this case, the patient who diagnosed Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT) after cystostomy treated by Acupuncture, Herbal medication, Venesection was improved. We are reporting this case.

External treatments have various curative effects. So it had been used to cure various patients. But, it has a limited sphere of application in the present South Korea. Therefore we would like to bring out its sphere of application and detailed method in the oriental medicine classics. Especially, we would like to bring out external use of medecal herbs at base of External treatments. And then we have arrived at following conclusions. 238 species herbs have been used externalpreparation. comparatively often used a herbal medicines are Argyi Wormwood Leaf(艾), Realgar(雄黃), Croton Seed(巴豆), Musk(麝香), Cochinchina Momordica Seed(木鱉仁), Glycyrrhiza uralensis(甘草) and Chuanxiong Rhizome(川芎).
