한의 복진은 복부를 검사하기 위해 수행되지만 정량화되지는 않았다. 이 연구의 목표는 소화불량의 주요 증상인 흉협고만이 있는 그룹과 아닌 그룹 사이에 유의하게 차이나는 복부 측정기기의 변수를 식별하는 것이다. 정량적인 진단을 위해 규칙에 따라 구획한 복부를 적외선 열화상 카메라, 디지털 압통기, 3D 카메라 및 디지털 청진기를 포함한 기기로 측정하였다. 연구방법으로 임상연구를 수행하여 한의사들이 진단한 복부 증상인 흉협고만과의 일치도를 조사하였다. 기기 측정 중 깊이, 압력, 깊이에 대한 압력의 비율은 흉협고만 그룹이 비 흉협고만 그룹보다 유의하게 작았다. 따라서 물리적 압통 특성이 감소하고, 복부 경직도가 감소하며, 민감도가 증가했다. 좌측과 우측 늑골 사이의 거리, 흉늑골 각도는 흉협고만 환자에서 유의하게 더 컸다. 또한, 깊이 차이, 표면 법선 벡터 및 깊이 값 사이의 각도 차이는 흉협고만 그룹에서 대부분 작았다. 복부 측정기기는 다양한 질환 및 증상에 사용될 것으로 기대한다.

Objectives: Hypertension is the highest ratio among chronic disease in Korea, and the western medical information about hypertension is provided by many web sites. Advanced researches about hypertension have been conducted in Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) for decades, but the research results are not arranged. So the results have not been utilized in following research nor contributed to the expansion of public knowledge. Methods : We did this study to improve this situation. In this study, we built database about advanced research articles related hypertension in TKM and implemented TKM information system of hypertension. Results : First, we benchmarked hypertension information systems and designed the TKM information system based on the benchmarking results and comments from TKM doctors. And it was composed of introduce, treatment, and etc. Second, we built prescription, herb, acumoxa, qigong, prevention/management, and pill database which is about 600 data extracted from papers and books. Third, we implemented JAVA/JSP based web information system which provides the database. And we created links for the each papers and books to use more easily. Conclusions : If we provide the research results about TKM hypertension diagnosis and combinational medication of western and oriental medicine, this information system will be more useful. And if we add internal and external project report about hypertension, it will be more worthy.

The Syndrome Differentiation(辨證) means to make diagnosises and to classify symptoms based oriental medicine theory. Questionnaires and clinical decision support system would assist the doctor checks up symptoms of a patient. We analyze about domestic and foreign patents and papers of these diagnosis tools and catch the trend. In patents, the system examines by telemedicine and offers medical information and prescriptions to patient. Papers was itemized fields ; theory, methods of analysis, clinical application, questionnaire, clinical decision support system. The results of this research can be applied to develop the high-quality tool to support syndrome differentiation.

Objectives : Recently, in Sasang Constitution Medicine (SCM), many researchers have studied to construct objective diagnose tool for the SCM type. It is most important to collect correct constitutional clinical data in these studies. Methods : In our work, we construct a web-based system for collecting constitutional clinical data effectively. Results & Conclusion : The system offers 4 types of input programs, which helps to collect clinical information from various hospitals, and performs verification service to minimize input errors. Currently, we have collected about four thousands data using the our system and we will provide several analysis tool in the system for researchers.

Although the theory of Sasang Consititution is widely used in oriental clinic, there is only conceptual definition about the constitution not technical definition which is consented by every experts. In the present, the effect and different responses of constitutional medicines is the most widely accepted criteria among technical definitions. However, these medicines consist of several herbs which are included specific constitution. So, it is hard to define the characters about the Sasang Constitution through analysis of the medicines. In this paper, we collected the various information about the constitutional herbs, and constructed database and web application for accessing this information. It is useful and can be basis for finding the characteristics of constitutional medicines.

Although the judgment of constitutions is given according to the Sasang Typology in domestic korean medicine hospitals and universities, the unified constitution clinical information has not been accumulated. Therefore, in this paper, based on collection items where oriental doctors and experts have already agreed, we construct the input system which correctly and effectively collects the clinical information of persons of which constitutions are distinguished explicitly. In the future, the input system could be utilized to collect clinical information continuously and will help to search and analyze the constitution clinical information.

In Sasang Constitution Medicine (SCM), it is most important that a personal SCM type is determined accurately ahead of applying any Sasang treatments. Although SCM doctors have districted personal SCM types in many hospitals and universities via their own discriminant, it still lacks objective criteria on diagnosis of SCM type. Therefore, many researchers have been studied to diagnose the SCM type using constitutional clinical data. Previous work, we have developed decision tree program to analyze the clinical information. In this paper, we developed a clinical index program based on the web to analyze the correlation among clinical information. Finally, we identified useful factors(4 clinical indexes) which have significant influence on SCM types using clinical index program with previously developed decision tree program.

Sasanag Contitution Medicine(SCM) is the traditional medicine theory based on constitutional medicine in Korea. It is most import ant that a personal SCM type is determined accurately ahead of applying any Sasang treatments. For this, many researches have been studied to diagnose the SCM type using constitutional clinical data. The decision tree is a tree-structured data-mining methodology. Recently, in the Korean traditional medicine society, there have been several efforts to find diagnosing tools using the decision tree method. So, we developed a decision tree program based on web for analyzing constitutional clinical information. It can use various clinical data as input data, offer filtering function to select clinical data to be used. We can find useful factor to be influential on SCM types using this program.

King Se-Jong, who had put much effort into maintaining the national structure, published geological documents to reinforce his authority and through these documents could see the nationwide distribution of medicinal resources. Since then the regional geological documents published in each region included information on the local medical environment of those times. This study is one that focuses on how to specifically understand oriental medicine resources and the contents of ancient medicine by applying the appropriate geological information.

Through the survey of related studies for last ten years, it was known that accurate sample data of sasang constitution are the most important condition in sceintific research of sasang constitutional medicine. So we can propose three step for scientific sasang constitution medicine: firstly, the construction of SCIM(Sasang Constitutional Information Bank); secondly, the development of instruments for constitution diagnosis; thirdly, the new diagnosis methods based on the organic definition of sasang constitution.
