Characterization of linear microwave plasma based on N2/SiH4/NH3 gases using fluid simulation

  • 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 플라즈마는 효율적인 전자가열이 가능하며, 낮은 이온에너지를 가지는 고밀도 플라즈마를 생성시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 최근 산화물 반도체 및 대화면 디스플레이 장치내 소자의 보호막 증착용으로 저온 PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) 공정 및 장치의 필요성에 따라 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 PECVD 장치가 주목 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실리콘 나이트라이드 공정 장치 개발을 위한 2차원 시뮬레이션 모델을 완성하였다. Global modeling을 이용하여 확보한 Chemical reaction data에 대한 검증을 하였다. Maxwell's equation, continuity equation, electromagnetic wave equation 등을 이용하여 Microwave의 파워 및 압력에 따른 전자 밀도, 전자 온도등의 플라즈마 변수의 변화를 관찰하였다. 또한 Navier Stokes equation을 추가하여 챔버 내의 Gas flow의 흐름을 고려한 시뮬레이션을 진행하여 분석하였다.

  • This study aims to investigate not only printed books of Great Learn(大學) published in Chosun dynasty but also existing records concerned with it as well as analyze them typically and systematically. totally 18 kinds of book of Great Learn still remain. Among them 13 kinds of book are written in Chinese(漢文本) and 5 kinds of book are written In Korean(諺解本).

  • This paper describes the analysis of state when load applies to McPherson strut assembly. Strut assembly except knuckle-arm are created with 3 dimensional modeling program. Stress and structural strength on this model are analyzed by analysis program as load applies on the lower part of assembly modeling. When McPherson suspension is applied with 3000N at Z direction, maximum stress at spring becomes 433MPa and the cycle of minimum life is 4321. The designed modeling suspension at this study has no possibility with resonance.

  • DC feeding system is mainly floating but the rail potential and the leakage current are created because of long parallelism between rails and ground. Rail potential causes electric shock to human and leakage current causes electrolytic corrosion to nearby the buried metals. Therefore the design technologies to reduce, protect and monitor these effects are important recent DC feeding system. Rail potential and leakage current are analysed based on propagation theory that is utilized in order to simulate grounding system. New measurement procedure is proposed based on this analysis in order to more be accurate in result.

  • Complementary use of several modalities in human-to-human communication ensures high accuracy, and only few communication problem occur. Therefore, multimodal interface is considered as the next generation interface between human and computer. This paper presents the current status and research themes of speech-based multimodal interface technology, It first introduces about the concept of multimodal interface. It surveys the recognition technologies of input modalities and synthesis technologies of output modalities. After that it surveys integration technology of modality. Finally, it presents research themes of speech-based multimodal interface technology.

  • 본 논문에서는 신문자동인식을 위한 신문문자의 분류에 관한 연구를 하였다. 먼저, 문서의 문자를 추출하기 위하여 블럭화를 행한다. 블럭화는 문자열을 찾아 절과절, 단어와 단어 사이를 찾아 분리구간을 정한다음 블럭을 합성 및 분리를 하였다. 다음으로 블럭화된 문자의 종류를 알기 위한 각 문자에 대하여 6 형식 분류를 하여 특성을 조사함으로써 문자분류를 행하였다. 본 연구에서는 실험을 용하여 블럭화는 충실하게 추출이 되어졌고 한글의 모아쓰기 특성과 한문과의 유사한 형식특성 때문에 분류에 어려움이 있었으나 비교적 충실하게 추출하였다.

  • 다중입력조건에 따른 단일 출력퍼지시스템인 인구밀도와 도로조건에 따른 소개속도의 모델링시스템에서는 인구밀도와 도로조건의 퍼지멤버쉽에 대한 소개속도의 상승작용을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 도로조건을 평가하는 방법을 포장과 비포장으로만 구분함으로 인해 발생하는 퍼지추론과정에서 비탄력성은 향후 도로조건에 대한 세밀한 조사를 통하여 퍼지멤버쉽함수의 형태를 재고해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 실제 원자력시설에서 발생할 수 있는 사고의 경우 방사능에 노출될 수 있는 일반대중은 방사능에 대한 깊은 지식을 가지지 못하는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 차폐효과 혹은 소개속도를 정량적으로 파악하기 힘든 경우가 많다. 따라서, 이러한 퍼지시스템은 방사선 비상대응 시스템을 개발하는 의사결정자나 비상시 방사능에 노출되는 사람들의 대응 방식을 모델링하는데 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on the Analysis of Thermal Durability due to the Configuration of Mortar (박격포의 형상에 따른 열적 내구성의 해석에 대한 연구)

  • This study investigates the thermal efficiency and the efficiency of heat transfer through thermal analysis when the same heat is applied to a mortar frame by firing with various configurations of mortar. As the inside diameter of the mortar increases, the additional material must be reinforced. In comparison with the extent of getting cold due to models, a mortar with the strut under the gun barrel becomes cooler than one with no strut. The thermal deformation at firing becomes different. According to the configuration of mortar and its inside diameter, the extent of getting cold becomes different. This study result can be effectively applied for improving the efficiency of the heat transfer of mortar.

Durability Analysis through the Radiation of Heat of a Laptop (노트북에서의 방열을 통한 내구성 해석에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the durability of the radiator and cooler of a laptop through a thermal analysis. In the result of this study, the maximum deformation happened at the part holding up the support stand at the radiator and cooler. The maximum thermal stress of the cooler was 60.939 Mpa, as low as that of the radiator. In addition, the safety factor of the cooler was 1.64 times as high as that of the radiator. The radiator of the laptop was less durable than the cooler. The result of this study could help with designing a laptop model with a durable radiator and cooler.

  • This study is to analyze the internal flow at the inside of computer case which is commonly used. The inner configuration are modelled and simulation analysis is done by ANSYS-CFX. Dead volume is happened according to the positioning of VGA and HDD. The advanced model is suggested by removing this volume and making the smooth cooling flow. This model is formed with the constraint conditions same as the existing model. As compared with the existing model, flow configuration is different and the average temperature becomes lower through flow analysis about the advanced model.
