This study analyzes the Textbook of Home Economics published by 'Hyun Kong-Ryeom(玄公廉)' that was the first textbook approved by the Korean Government and also disapproved by the Japanese Government. The results of the study are summarized as follows. 1. The Korean Government appointed the textbooks used in school. The textbooks of home economics appointed in 1910 were 'Hanmun Gajeonghak(漢文家政學)' and 'Sinpyeon Gajeonghak(新編家政學)'. But Japanese government disapproved these textbooks soon after it fully controlled Korea. 2. 'Hyun Kong-Ryeom' who published the textbook of home economics was from translator family that was famous since early Chosun Dynasty. The translator at that time with good command of foreign language introduced foreign books to the intellectuals of Chosun Dynasty. The textbook of home economics was also translated at that time. 3. 'Hanmun Gajeonghak', 'Sinpyeon Gajeonghak' and 'Sinjeong Gajeonghak(新政家政學)' published by 'Hyun Kong-Ryeom' were the translations of the same book. 'Hyun Kong-Ryeom' published the 'Hanmun Gajeonghak' written in Chinese character and 'Sinpyeon Gajeonghak' written in Korean and Chinese character in combination in December 1907, which were translations of the textbook of home economics published by 'Oh Yeo Ryoon(吳汝綸)' in China in July 1902. The textbook of 'Oh Yeo Ryoon' was the Chinese translation of the 'Sinseon Gajeonghak (新選家政學)' that was published by 'Shimoda Utako(下田歌子), in Japan in 1900. 4. The textbook of home economics written by 'Hyun Kong-Ryeom' was composed of five units, that is, general introduction, management of family members, family norms, family hygiene and home economy. The composition of the book by 'Hyun Kong-Ryeom' was quite different from that of 'Sinseon Gajeonghak' by 'Shimoda Utako'. This difference was made in the textbook of home economics of 'Oh Yeo Ryoon'. 5. The characteristics of home in the textbook of home economics by 'Hyun Kong-Ryeom' were summarized as follows. (1)Home as a national basic unit. (2)Home for education, (3)Home for rest, (4)Home for the consumption.

This study was conducted as a preparation for the operation of 2007 revised curriculum and an effort towards professional development for Home Economics teachers in clothing life culture area. The aim of this study was to develop an teacher training program based on the clothing life culture in three kingdoms period, apply it to teacher training, and evaluate the program by analyzing the purpose of participation, trainee expectation and gratification, change of recognition level about Han culture, trainee satisfaction, and willingness to apply to teaching and attend further training program. The characteristic of the training program was that it consisted of both highly qualified lectures on professional contents and practices with school classroom level, and it dealt with the ancient korean clothing as its central subject. The purpose of the training program was to elevate the recognition of Han culture and increase the possibility of application in the classroom situation. It showed that the trainees participated with high intrinsic motivations, aiming to improve their professionalism in subject content and expecting various subject content. It also showed that the trainee gratification was very high in professional knowledge of clothing culture area, and the trainees were gratified in most evaluation items. As to the recognition level of korean culture, even before the training program, it was generally higher than average. After the program, it increased meaningfully. Through the training program, the trainees became feel prouder of Han culture and people and themselves as Home economics teachers. The contents of the program were considered very helpful for the improvement of professionalism and the design of instruction and learning activity. It was revealed that Home Economics teachers had very high expectations of the development of instruction-learning models which could enable them to experience new and interesting ideas, help enhance their professionalism, and be applied to their teaching. Therefore, continuous development and operation of the teacher training program relating to the life culture such as clothing, food, and housing life are needed.

This paper is to clarify the literary value of sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok. As the author of Changseongamuirok is thought to be a person with considerable knowledge of sino-korean literature, the sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok can be the clue to examine his literary ability. Furthermore, evaluation on the sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok can have the verification of Changseongamuirok's literary value and of the author's ability to create novels and to compose literary pieces be possible, and is thought to help determining who wrote Changseongamuirok. The sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok is not necessary parts for composition or development of the entire piece but additional parts for explaining and verifying characters and situations. Functions and roles of the interposed sino-korean poems are indeed very limited, but it is thought that the reason the author interposed such sino-korean poems into the piece is that those poems perform functions more than superficial limited ones. When the composition of Changseongamuirok and the literary achievement of its interposed sino-korean poems are examined, it can be thought that the author of Changseongamuirok achieved the level of professional novel writer. From the point of view, it can be said that Changseongamuirok was written in the time closer to the $19^{th}$ century than to the $17^{th}$ century and that the author also had literary and narrative creativity with considerable sino-korean literary ability. Such an author adopted sino-korean poems since he thought those interposed sino-korean poems took important roles for strengthening novelistic value and literary excitement. Further and deeper interests in and researches on sino-korean poems interposed into novels of Joseon dynasty period are expected.

한국의 고천문 자료는 삼국시대 이후 근대 조선까지 다수가 존재하여 세계적으로 드문 기록 문화를 보유하고 있으나, 한문 번역이 많이 이루어지지 않아 학술적 활용이 활발하지 못한 상태이다. 고문헌의 한문 문장 번역은 전문인력의 수작업에 의존하는 만큼 소요 시간이 길기에 투자대비 효율성이 떨어지는 편이다. 이에 최근 여러 분야에서 응용되는 인공지능의 적용을 대안으로 삼을 수 있으며, 초벌 번역 수준일지라도 자동번역기의 개발은 유용한 학술도구가 될 수 있다. 한국천문연구원은 한국정보화진흥원이 주관하는 2019년도 Information and Communication Technology 기반 공공서비스 촉진사업에 한국고전번역원과 공동 참여하여 인공신경망 기계학습이 적용된 고문헌 자동번역모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이 연구는 고천문 도메인에 특화된 인공지능 기계학습 기법으로 자동번역모델을 개발하여 이를 서비스하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법은 크게 4가지 개발을 진행하는 것으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 인공지능의 학습 데이터에 해당되는 '코퍼스'를 구축하는 것이다. 이는 고문헌의 한자 원문과 한글 번역문이 쌍을 이루도록 만들어 줌으로써 학습에 최적화한 데이터를 최소 6만 개 이상 추출하는 것이다. 둘째, 추출된 학습 데이터 코퍼스를 다양한 인공지능 기계학습 기법에 적용하여 천문 분야 특수고전 도메인에 특화된 자동번역 모델을 생성하는 것이다. 셋째, 클라우드 기반에서 참여 기관별로 소장한 고문헌을 자동 번역 모델에 기반하여 도메인 특화된 모델로 도출 및 활용할 수 있는 대기관 서비스 플랫폼 구축이다. 넷째, 개발된 자동 번역기의 대국민 개방을 위해 웹과 모바일 메신저를 통해 자동 번역 서비스를 클라우드 기반으로 구축하는 것이다. 이 연구는 시스템 요구사항 분석과 정의를 바탕으로 설계가 진행 또는 일부 완료되어 구현 중에 있다. 추후 이 연구의 성능 평가는 자동번역모델 평가와 응용시스템 시험으로 나누어 진행된다. 자동번역모델은 평가용 테스트셋에 의한 자동 평가와 전문가에 의한 휴먼 평가에 따라 모델의 품질을 수치로 측정할 수 있다. 또한 응용시스템 시험은 소프트웨어 방법론의 개발 단계별 테스트를 적용한다. 이 연구를 통해 고천문 분야가 인공지능 자동번역 확산 플랫폼 시범의 첫 케이스라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 즉, 클라우드 기반으로 시스템을 구축함으로써 상대적으로 적은 초기 비용을 투자하여 활용성이 높은 한문 문장 자동 번역기라는 연구 인프라를 확보하는 첫 적용 학문 분야이다. 향후 이를 활용한 고천문 분야 학술 활동이 더욱 활발해질 것을 기대해 볼 수 있다.

AC AT feeding system is possible to do the long distance feeding due to compensate the voltage drop. Nowaday this is a typical and efficient type all over the world in high speed train and heavy transport capacity. Normally a Auto-transformer is installed at regular internal (5 to 10km) between Substation and Sectioning post, this study is reviewed the voltage drop according to train movement and the optimal location of auto transformer, and provided the efficient feeding configuration.

라돈은 바위나 토양 속에 존재하는 우라늄이 붕괴하면서 자연발생하므로 사실상 지구 어느 곳에서나 존재한다. 최근 국내에서는 대덕연구단지 지역주민이 애용하는 샘물에서 라돈과 우라늄등 방사성핵종의 농도가 미국환경보호청(USEPA)의 음용수 수질 기준치를 훨씬 상회하여 인체에 유해성이 우려된다는 보도가 있었다.[1] 본 연구는 지하수내에 존재하는 라돈이 인체건강에 영향을 주는 두 가지 인체노출경로를 파악하고 이들 경로에 대해 각각 수학적 모델들을 개발하여 인체노출량을 정량적으로 평가하여 보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 추후 라돈의 정량적인 인체위해도를 평가하는데 도움을 주리라고 판단된다.
