본 연구의 목적은 실물옵션이론을 바탕으로 정유회사의 가치평가기법을 제공하는 것이다. 정유회사는 가치평가를 위해서 회계적 가치외에 관리적 유연성(managerial flexibility)을 고려해야 하기 때문에 기존의 DCF방법을 적용하기 보다는 실물옵션방법을 이용하여야 한다. 관리적 유연성은 회사관리자가 적용가능한 생산관리적 기법으로서 회사의 미래현금흐름에 영향을 주고 따라서 회사의 가치에 영향을 미친다. DCF방법은 이러한 관리적 유연성을 적절히 고려하지 못하여 회사의 가치를 저평가하는 오류를 발생시킨다. 반면 실물옵션방법은 관리적 유연성을 가치평가에 있어서 주요 변수를 인식하기 때문에 정확한 가치평가의 수단이 된다. 옵션가격결정을 위한 기초자산은 크랙스프레드(crack Spread)이다. 크랙스프레드는 경유(heating oil)와 무연휘발유(unleaded gasoline)의 가격과 원유(crude oil) 가격의 차이를 나타내며 정유회사의 정유순익(gross refining margin)을 대표한다. 실물옵션방법에 의한 정유회사의 가치는 DCF방법에 의한 가치보다 두 배가 크다는 결론을 제시한다. 즉 관리적 유연성이 존재하는 회사의 경우는 가치평가에 있어서 실물옵션방법을 이용하여 가치를 저평가하는 오류를 범하지 않아야 한다.

The international oil majors have been reducing the size of their own oil tanker fleet since from the beginning of 1980s. Like international oil majors, the Korean refineries are getting more dependent on tanker chartering than tanker ownership for their oil transportation since 1990s. They also prefer spot charter to time charter and this kind of trend continue up to today. Consequently, this paper attempted to find out factors influencing changes in tanker fleet composition. To attain the object, a empirical study is adopted using the ten decision making factors derived from the preceeding study. The findings are that MARPOL and OPA 90, and transportation cost are the most important factors influencing on oil tanker fleet composition.

There has been an interesting trend showing that the number of tankers owned by major oil company has been decreasing since the 1980s, while the number of tankers chartered by them is increasing. So do Korea oil refineries in the period 1990s. Therefore, the following question is raised： Why have oil refinery companies, national and international, been much more dependent upon chartered ships than their owned ships since 1980s\ulcorner This paper tried to answer the above question. In so, doing ten decision-making factors for fleet composition of oil tankers are drawn through literature survey on the research topic with questionnaires and interviews to the four big Korean oil refineries.

대기오염의 주원인이 되는 VOC는 자동차, 건축 등 도장분야에서 '96년기준으로 343,258톤/년이 발생되고 있으며 '94년 기준으로 국내 5개 정유회사의 정제 및 저장시설에서 년간 7,687톤, 출하시설에서 21,889톤이 배출되고 있으며 그 밖에 350개사의 페인트 제조업회사와 비디오 테이프 등의 세정공장에서도 상당량이 발생되는 등 매년 증가 일로에 있다.(중략)

This study investigated & analyzed the scheme for Ship Management for the Activation of world-wide Oil business. Shipping safety & marine pollution accidents occurred a huge property loss not only a shipping companies but also a oil companies, and marine accident may affect to a shipping company to go out of existence. On that score, oil companies have executed the evaluation by periods on each shipping companies and ships, and SIRE is inter-sharing by internet homepage on OCIMF & CDI, and its most important data when oil cargo transport. Therefore this study is provided a practical method to PIC of tanker shipping business & Designated Person, and it will be a basic of Ship Management for the activation of the Oil business.

본 연구는 의사결정지원시스템의 모델베이스 개발에 있어 개념적 스키마 설계를 위한 개념적 모델링 도구를 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 개념적 모 델베이스 설계에 있어 객체모델링기법(Object Modeling Technique : OMT)에서 제시된 객 체모델의 확장을 시도한다. 또한 본 연구는 확장된 객체모델을 이용하여 특정 문제영역에서 개념적 모델링을 위한 방법을 제시하며, 확장된 객체모델이 실제문제를 얼마나 효과적으로 모델링 할 수 있는가를 보이기 위하여 정유회사의 수송문제에 적용하였다.

근래에는 국내에서도 전자제어에 의한 Fuel Injection 방식을 채택한 엔진이 늘어가는 추세이며, 따라서 Intake Valve Deposit에 의한 문제가 발생한 소지가 점차 커지고 있으므로, 이에 대한 대비가 필요하게 되었다. 또한 국내 정유회사들도 이러한 추세에 따라 연료청정제(D.C. Additive)를 첨가한 연료를 시판중이거나 시판계획중에 있다. 따라서 국내연료청정제 및 국내 청정제함유 시판연료의 Intake Valve Deposit에 대한 청정효과를 Engine Dynamo 및 실차(Chassis Dynamo)시험을 통해서 평가해 보도록 한다.

본 연구는 국내의 플랜지 전문생산업체에서 제작하여 국외의 정유회사로 공급한 플랜지중 1개가 수압시험중 균열이 발생되어, 이에 대한 원인규명을 하고자 하였다. 먼저 균열이 간 플랜지와 동일재질의 건전한 플랜지를 입수하여 화학성분분석, 기계적 성질, 개재물, 경도측정 및 미세조직관찰을 통하여 비교조사하였고 파괴플랜지 용접부의 조직 및 경도측정으로 용접부의 영향을 조사하였다. 또한 파괴면의 육안관찰, SEM, EPMA 및 XRD분석으로써 균열발생 시기와 상태등을 추정하였다.
