This study has been done to know concretely the designs of traditional American houses in eighteen century and their specific styles based on Deerfiled town and I found out followings. First, the traditional eighteen century houses in Deerfied had a 'L'shape exterior view and a flat facade and the front door made a symmetry with sash windows. A chimney had been installed in the middle of the roof and it usually had a gable with natural materials in a simple manner. Secondly, the most important factor to design houses was a front door and it had been decorated in luxury and in a display. Lastly, the traditional American houses in eighteen century had been greatly influenced not by the that of British which is commonly taken but by the various cultural backgrounds which represented regional characteristics and was rather simple.

There has been many improvements on our nation's public restroom, however, it was focused on interior decoration and installing convenience supplies. The simplicity of materials is another aspect. Besides, the lack of harmony with the surrounding scenery is also a problem. The new concept of public restroom that this study suggests is; a creation of a lively space to stimulate the senses of human and a cultural space that people can rest, and eventually improving the quality of life, being the landmark of streets and parks by avoiding the negative image.

본 연구는 시각장애인 복지관 건축계획, 실내디자인 및 운영관리 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 시각장애인 이동 특성을 고찰하고, 피난실험을 통하여 피난행태를 분석하였다. 이상의 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 시각장애인의 피난을 위해 '一자형'의 연속된 직선형 피난통로(보행안전통로) 및 실내 랜드마크 배치를 하고, 장애인 거주시설 및 프로그램 운영실을 가능하면 1층에 배치하여 지면과 무단차로 직접적인 피난이 이루어지도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 둘째, 실내디자인 측면에서 수평이동을 위한 연속적인 핸드레일이 중요하며, 길찾기 및 피난경로를 안내하는 바닥재료의 재질변화, 색채대비, 촉지정보, 음성안내 등 세심한 계획이 요구된다. 셋째, 장애유형에 따른 장애인 이동특성 및 피난행태를 고려한 세분화된 건축계획, 실내디자인 기준 및 운영관리 매뉴얼을 제공할 필요성이 있다.

Stage lighting system is very important in theater. Because basic of performing art. Recently, The stage lighting system is very close with a performing arts. The performance arts is to have an easy communication between actors and audience. All activities related to performance art take place between the stage light and auditorium. Therefore, when constructing theater the best conditions of the stage light system should be considered for the smooth progress of play. It will be method of solution that basically facility in the performance art hall. The results of this study can be used for suggesting an operation and system improvement for stage lighting system in performance art hall. Recently, changes in the progress of plays have required the perfect stage light system. As a result, performance art hall are the most advanced stage lighting system technology of changed. The following procedures were taken for this research-the literature on the development of stage lighting system and equipment, structure, and the dimmer and computer console system has been reviewed theoretically Most of all, Cheonan City Hall Bongseo Hall and CMB EXPO art hall is important a sample of lighting system. The result of this study presents operation and system improvement stage lighting system in theater, below to operation and system improvement at stage lighting system local self-government corporation performance art hall are inconsistent stage.

This study investigated modern architectures adjacent to the road, which can be easily destroyed by economic logic. The purpose of this paper is to find the method to preserve and reuse as townscape. The research methods were used the literature survey and field research of modern architecture in Seoul, and compared with the current status. The result are as followings. Firstly, In order to preserve many architectural cultural properties, the policy related to cultural property should be improved. And, awareness of the individual about cultural property should be changed. Secondly, it has been analyzed that modern architecture can be divided into 3 types in the reuse, which is 'Succession Type', 'Change Type', and 'Extinction Type'. Most of the cases has been used for specific use. Therefore, we should be consider the method of the reuse which can accommodate the various contemporary use. Thirdly, the preservation of the appearance and facade, which is the optimal way to preserve at least the historicity of the city, would be suitable for the preservation of modern architecture adjacent to the road. Lastly, it has been analyzed that the cases can be divided into 2 types in the form of appearance, which is 'Modern Type' and 'Hanok Type'. And, common and individual design guidelines have made.

보육공간환경은 영유아의 성장과 발달에 큰 영향을 미친다. 영유아의 건강과 안전을 고려한 쾌적한 공간환경을 구축하는 것이 큰 사회적 과제로 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 국내외 가이드라인의 보육공간환경을 비교 분석하여, 보육환경의 쾌적함과 지속가능성을 보완할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 유니버설 디자인을 비롯하여 영유아의 스케일을 고려한 치수 기준, 온도, 환기, 조명 등의 환경기준, 가구와 마감재의 친환경성 등에 대한 제안이 추가된 통합 가이드라인을 도출하였다.

Reflecting the idea of benevolent royal government of King Jeongjo(鼎俎), the Buyongji(芙蓉池) and Juhamru(宙合樓) of Changdeokgung(昌德宮) are the traditional Korean architecture to represent the Joseon(朝鮮) period. The purposes of this study were to investigate how the Likiron(理氣論), one of the foremost theories of Joseon Confucianism, was applied to the principle of space composition by analyzing Buyongji and Juhamru with Jung's analytical psychology and to provide basic data to utilize the results in modem space planning. The research findings indicate that Buyongji is the space of Ki(氣) to reflect the reality, corresponds to conscious, and represents the Joseon land and people including Chiljeong(七情) And Juhamru is the space of Li(理) with the ideal of benevolent royal government inherited in it and represents unconscious. It also has each building placed which contained the nature of Sadan(四端) along with Gyujanggak and Jewolgwangpunggwak(齊月光風觀) to represent "Self Archetype" that's the core of human mind. Each representing Ki and Li, Buyongji and Juhamru must have worked as a major composition principle of Likilwonronjeokilwonron(理氣二元論的一元論) that could simultaneously satisfy the practice philosophy of reality and ideal among Likiron.

건축물의 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 영향을 줄 수 있는 건축물의 성능과 관련하여, 설계 초기단계에서 계획안의 환경성능을 검토할 수 있는 디자인 피드백의 중요성이 점차 부각되고 있다. 그런데, 건설산업 특성에 따른 전문분야 도메인 구분으로 인해, 서로 다른 어플리케이션 사이에서 데이터 호환성의 문제에 따른 제약이 많은 실정이다. 이에, 지식기반 디자인 방법론에 기반하여, 본 연구는 건축물의 형상과 연동 가능한 BIM 객체의 기하정보에 대한 상관관계 정보체계를 제안하도록 한다. 이를 위해, 오피스 건축물의 기획 및 계획설계 단계를 대상으로, 상용 BIM 시스템인 Autodesk Revit을 활용하여 매스 형상에 파라메트릭 제약조건을 설정한다. 나아가, 오피스 매스의 형상정보와 양방향 프로세스로 연동가능하도록, Autodek Green Building Studio 엔진에서 분석가능한 해석모델로 변환함으로써, 파라미터에 의한 형태 변형에 따른 다양한 대안들에 대하여 실내조도 성능을 시뮬레이션한다. 이를 통해, 디자인 조건들을 만족시켜주는 범위 내에서 적절한 환경성능의 검토가 가능한 정량적인 의사결정 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Due to multidisciplinary characteristic of the Interior Design field, it has developed into complex interdisciplinary field. Therefore Interior Design field has grown and established its major trends dependent upon other related field of study. With this perspective in mind, esthetics on Interior Design has to be treated in similar manner. In modem architects or artists have defined the terminology 'object' theoretical principle where by unable to distinguish between 'object's type' and 'objects', Presently, the term 'object' became a trend word. In order to confront misconception of the idea of 'Objectification', some people definition as reflection of this complex society. In this paper, it will establish a solid groundwork for a discussion on Objectification. The initial approach will deal with Le Corbusier and esthetics, which is the center of argument. By reviewing theoretical background of the related modern art, the paper discusses about the relationship between Le Corbusier and esthetics. Subsequently, the discussion about the criterions necessary to define object is provided. This paper only suggests a methodology of analyzing a trend in Interior Design. The condition to define Objectification in Interior Design, which is a result of the reviewing process on esthetics, can be concluded as 'modeling form(transformation of morphological meaning with change wrought by causing a visual reaction)', 'mixtures and modification of materials(transformation and spontaneity through mixing materials)' and 'elements greatly influence space' of the Interior Design.

고령화가 전 세계적으로 급속히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 증가하는 노인을 대상으로 하는 디자인을 위해 인간 중심 디자인 철학을 바탕으로 노인의 필요와 욕망을 구체적으로 파악하기 위한 정성적 사용자 조사 방법을 모색하고 제안한다. 특히 실제 디자인 현장에서 노인이 사용하는 제품을 디자인 할 때 편리하고 손쉽게 사용할 수 있는 사용자 조사 방법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 지팡이 디자인을 실제로 진행하면서 쉐도잉, 인터뷰, 직접 체험을 활용하여 그 사용과 함의를 살펴보았다. 쉐도잉은 AEIOU 프레임을 통해 정리하였으며, 인터뷰는 최근의 실버 세대의 경향을 반영하기 위해 의미성 항목을 특별히 추가하여 진행하였다. 직접 체험은 실내외 각각 4개의 사용자 행위 시나리오를 설정하여 디자이너들이 직접 체험해봄으로써 디자인 시사점을 도출하였다. 이 연구는 노인을 위한 디자인 수요가 다변화되고 증가하는 상황에서 중요하게 사용할 수 있는 사용자 조사 지침이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
