  • It is not easy to understand that the drama with various aspects of political-economics and psychology in a certain popular cultural contents. People, however, does want to reconstruct the meaning of the real world and the hyper - reality, it means cross of oldness and newness, through the films. We try to analyze in religious/philosophical aspect with hybrid narrative, characters and condensed meaning in series. This try shows a good example way of understanding series which on the border line of newness and oldness.

The Use of Calligraphy for Attention and Liking : Focusing on Interaction Effects of Emotion and Involvement (캘리그래피가 광고의 주목성과 호감도에 미치는 영향 : 감성과 관여도의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • Calligraphy has become popular in recent years. Designers use calligraphy to draw consumer visual attention and liking by delivering friendly and gentle images. This paper analyzes the effects of calligraphy on consumer response to advertisement design. Regression analyses show calligraphy has a positive effect on consumer visual attention and liking, particularly in sensible product/service. In low involvement product/service, however, calligraphy has a negative effect. These results imply that designers should be careful when they use calligraphy.

  • As a rapidly progressing of globalization and real time Prcessing in market, Korea's IT is developing, which is aimming at world market. In addition, propagation of cultivation is forming natually by lead to CT in the Asia. Latest in '90's hallyu(korean culture wave) was generated from in the east-north China province and moved to the east south Asia. It is also spreading form TV drama, music to movie, game, food, fashion and so on. This paper analyzed the outcome related with hallyu and IT innovation in knowledge-based economic society. It also addressed some effective strategies for advancing world market incorporating hallyu waves into IT.

  • The things that you cannot miss when reading Chekhov's plays are "pauses" and ellipses lining up in the middle of the lines. I think what meaning to amplify and how to express a great number of "pauses" and ellipses when one directs Chekhov's works may be a crucial element that makes his works more Chekhov-like. First, proper uses of "pauses" and ellipses may be helpful for determining the characteristics of the characters. So silence in Chekhov drama allows his plays considered relatively lacking actions to become totally different drama texts with musical dynamics, that is, functions as directive or acting material to be treated delicately.

  • 고차 주성분 방법으로는 텐서 분석이 있었다. Electroencephalography(EEG) 데이터나 Social Network 데이터에 텐서 분석이 적용되어 주요한 성분들을 찾는 연구들이 있었다. 그러나 텐서 분석은 직관적으로 이해하기에 어려움이 있으며 중요한 노드를 찾는데에는 다소 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 고차 하이퍼에지로 이차원 행렬을 만들고 주성분분석법을 이용하여 중요한 노드를 찾는 새로운 방법론을 제시한다. 데이터로는 Multimodal Memory Game(MMG) 수행시 촬영한 EEG 데이터를 사용하였다. MMG는 TV 드라마 기반의 기억인출게임이다. 베타파의 Power Spectrum Density(PSD)는 각 위치의 채널들의 활성도를 나타내는 지표이다. 우리는 Random Sampling을 바탕으로 PSD 상위 50%의 채널들간의 전이행렬을 구하였다. 그 후 고유치와 고유벡터를 구하였다. 가장 큰 고유치의 고유벡터는 주성분을 나타내며 고유벡터의 각 원소들은 중요도를 나타내는 centrality 이다. 세 명의 피험자에 대한 centrality 상위 30개의 중요한 채널들을 구하였고 세명에 공통적으로 포함되는 채널을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문은 디지털방송 컨텐츠(드라마, 영화, 토크쇼)상에서 PPL(Product Placement) 간접광고를 보다 개인화 된 맞춤 광고로 구현한 어플리케이션을 기술한다. 이러한 애플리케이션은 개인의 취향에 최적화된 광고를 제공하고 방송사와 시청자간의 Interaction에 의해 전자상거래가 가능한 채널로 이동할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 다시 말해서 본 논문의 어플리케이션은 컨텐츠 시작 전에 개인이 선호하는 물품을 선택하여 컨텐츠 속에 나오는 PPL광고에서 시청자가 선택한 물품만이 컨텐츠 방영 중에 나타나고, 그 선택 물품의 상세 정보와 구매를 할 수 있는 DAL(Dedicated Advertisers Location)채널로 이동할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 시청자 측면에서는 개인화 된 방송 서비스를 이용하여 자신이 원하는 선별된 광고를 보는 효율적이고 능동적인 방송시청을 하게 되며, 방송 사업자 측면에서는 맞춤 방송 서비스로 효과적인 타겟 소비자를 정하여 효과적인 마케팅을 할 수 있다. 그리고 시청한 광고 물품들을 장바구니라는 일종의 북마크에 담을 수 있게 하였다. 시청자가 원할 때는 언제든지 광고된 물품의 T-Commerce채널로 이동 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였다. 이것은 개인화 된 맞춤형 방송과 쌍방향 Interaction이 가능한 새로운 데이터방송의 특성을 잘 보여주는 Interactive 광고로서 새로운 모델이 될 것이다. 본 논문의 어플리케이션(Xlet)은 우리나라 위성방송 데이터방송 표준인 MHP 미들웨어에 의해 구동되어지며, 데이터방송용 API인 JavaTV API, Havi & Davic API에 따라 구현되어졌다.

Face Detection for Cast Searching in Video (비디오 등장인물 검색을 위한 얼굴검출)

  • Human faces are commonly found in a video such as a drama and provide useful information for video content analysis. Therefore, face detection plays an important role in applications such as face recognition, and face image database management. In this paper, we propose a face detection algorithm based on pre-processing of scene change detection for indexing and cast searching in video. The proposed algorithm consists of three stages: scene change detection stage, face region detection stage, and eyes and mouth detection stage. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can detect faces successfully over a wide range of facial variations in scale, rotation, pose, and position, and the performance is improved by $24\%$with profile images comparing with conventional methods using color components.

  • In this paper, a management system of characters and roles for storytelling that is used for drama is proposed with ontology which is a key factor of semantic web. While there are few tools domestically, usage for storytelling with authoring tools is increasing outside. Especially, a study for the management system of characters. roles and casting is not performed. This study proposes a system to control a series of works related with them. It contributes to poor domestic environment of writing, which makes it systematically. Also, it applies semantic web technology by defining ontology.

  • On July 6, 2017, President Moon Jae - in attended the Hamburg G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany, and presented the basic directions for North Korea policy through the Korean Peninsula Peace Initiative. In this paper, the Information needs of North Koreans are very strong, and the party Officials also listened to the fact that they listened to the North Korean broadcasting and watched the drama of South Korea. The broadcasting and communication sector aimed at enhancing the role of broadcasting in preparation for reunification in the light of the fact that physical contact can be excluded even in the presence of distrust of the North and the South. Therefore, it describes the cooperation plan through broadcasting against unification.

The Effect of TV Drama Clothing Interest, Fashion Involvement, Self-consciousness Level on PPL (TV드라마 의상관심도, 유행관여도, 자의식 수준이 PPL(Product Placement)효과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how clothing interest, fashion involvement, and self-consciousness affect brand recall, brand attitude and buying intension of the product placed on TV drama. The data were collected using a self-administered and structured questionnaire on subject of 270 middle school students and 260 high school students in Pusan. Frequency analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, and multiple regression were used to conduct the data analysis on 524 out of 530 questionnaires. Clothing interest and the level of self-consciousness had significant influence on brand recall and emotional brand attitude of the product placed on TV drama. Self-consciousness affected cognitional brand attitude. Moreover, TV drama clothing interest and fashion involvement had a significant influence on buying intension. Therefore, TV drama clothing interest was the main factor which affected brand recall, brand attitude and buying intension of the product placed on TV drama.
