Electrical Arc Detection using Artificial Neural Network (인공 신경망을 이용한 전기 아크 신호 검출)

  • The serial arc is one of factors causing electrical fires. Over past decades, various researches have been carried out to detect arc occurrences. Even though frequency analysis, wavelet and statistical features have been used, arc detection performance is degraded due to diverse arc waveforms. Therefore, there is a need to develop a method that could increase the feature dimension, thereby improving the detection performance. In this paper, we use variational mode decomposition (VMD) to obtain multiple decomposed signals and then extract statistical features from them. The features from VMD outperform those from no-VMD in terms of detection performance. Further, artificial neural network is employed as an arc classifier. Experiments validated that the use of VMD improves the classification accuracy by up to 4 percent, based on 14,000 training data.

  • 회지 창간에 즈음하여, 우리 연구회의 특별회원사 탐방 대상으로 한국전기통사(약칭 : 한국통신)을 택하였다. "정보.통신.인간의 융화"를 기업이념으로 표방하고 있으며 직원 6만여명에 년간 매출액 5조원이 넘는 국민 기업 "한국전기통신공사"는 곧 주식개방을 목전에 두고 있다. 마침 이 거대조직의 살림을 꾸려나가야하고 정보화 사회의 중추에 해당하는 국가 기간통신망의 구축과 운용을 책임져야하는 사장직에 새로 부임한 조백제 사장과 진용옥 이사(경희대 전파공학과 교수)가 만나 새로운 경영에 임하는 자세와 포부및 정보사회에서의 한국통신의 역할과 경영전략 등에 대하여 대담을 진행한 바있다. 이 자리에서 조사장은 "경영사고의 민영화" "공생의 복지" "첨단 인재의 발굴" "전략적 정보통신 기술개발" 등을 새로운 경영 목표로 내세우고 있으며, 21세기 정보화시대의 주도적 역할을 담당하기 위한 구체적인 청사진과 포부를 역설한바 있다. 대담을 같이한 진용옥 이사는 당시 한국통신의 비상임 이사였으며 정보통신공학 전공이다. 우리연구회가 구성하여 수행한 위성통신법(안) 연구검토위원회 위원장직을 맡아 성공적으로 활동한 바 있고, 경희대학교 부설 정보시스템공학 연구소장직을 맡고 있으며 통신정책 연구에도 활발한 활동을 하고 있다.

  • IT 진흥 정책의 IT 839는 많은 부가적인 사업의 진흥과 국가 발전에 기여하였다. 특히, 국내 통신인프라를 기반으로 하는 네트워크의 광대역통합망(BcN) 구축은 다양한 정보통신 서비스를 제공은 물론 보다 편리한 생활을 국민에게 제시하며 IT 강국으로 부상 시키는데 기여하고 있다. 이와 같은 국내 통신 인프라의 배경은 다양한 정보통신 서비스 사업 다각화와 유비쿼터스 신도시 등에서 제시 하고자 하는 U-City 서비스 등과 같은 신규 사업의 시너지를 창출 하고 있으며, 전국 All-IP화 구현을 지향하는 초고속 통신망 구축 사업 등도 추진되는 계기가 되고 있다. 이러한 국가적인 시설구축 사업을 추진하면서 아쉬운 점은 간선망 이나 진송부분에 치우쳐 있어 실제적으로 필요한 선로시설의 댁내 기초시설에 대한 보완은 미비한 실정이다. 특히, 유선 통신사업의 하향산업으로 전략되어가면서 통신사마다 투자예산의 감축으로 관로 및 케이블의 시설확충이 현저히 떨어지고 있는 추세이다. 그리고 초고속인터넷 및 음성분야의 통신사들의 경쟁구도가 형성되면서 업체의 난립에 따른 독자적인 망구축과 가입자 댁내로 공급되는 상 하수, 전기, 가스 등의 지하시설물의 지하매설은 혼잡한 그물망을 형성하여 가입자 댁내로 공급되는 인입관로의 시설 구축이 쉽지 않은 현실이다. 따라서, 가입자로 공급되는 통신 서비스의 안정적인 공급과 잦은 �� 파손이 발생되는 통신시설공사에 있어 경제적인 시설 공급 및 통신시설공사와 관련 법규의 상호적 개선방법 등 향후 기초 인프라 시설 구축에 진보된 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The optimal operation of the water purification plant can be carried out only when the required flow rate is supplied in a timely manner using the minimum electrical energy by accurately predicting the pattern and amount of tap water used in the consumer. In order to ensure the stability of tap water production and supply, a system that can be pre-verified before applying AI-based composite sensors to the water purification plant was established to derive complementary matters through the pre-verification model for each composite sensor and improve the quality and operation stability of the composite sensor data.

Trend Analysis of Labor Input Ratios by Work Types in Apartment Housing Constructions (공동주택 건설공사에서 공종별 실투입 노무비율의 추이분석)

  • Apartment Housing 25 in the field of construction since 2000 collected by types of labor: reinforced concrete, plaster, internal, equipment, electrics communication, the other work. And the performance of labor input was collected in the amount of construction work performed on a monthly basis. After changing the construction period in the standardization work that is 100% of the construction period, the amount was converted into labor ratio by type. Analysis of the input flow rate and the amount of labor conclusions were as follows: (1) The size of the labor rate is reinforced concrete work (38.25%), plastering work (5.10%), internal work (5.67%), equipment work (9.10%), electrics communication (8.76%), the other works (33.12%) and the size of labor rate is the largest work in reinforced concrete work. (2) The peak of labor input ratio was from 52.5% month to 62.5% month. This was when the labor rate of 3.6%. (3) The period month of the largest labor ratio% is 35% month by reinforced concrete construction, and this time it was 2.12% per month labor rate, and reinforced concrete construction is finishing from 65% month to 80% month. This showed the greatest congestion of mutual interference between each works is being continue. The results of this study are the greatest congestion in apartment housing construction has informed the high period(%months), which is essential to a successful project.

Construction cost Prediction Model for Educational Building (학교건축의 공사비 분석 및 예측에 관한 연구)

  • Along with social changes, school buildings are getting complex and diversified unlike the past. However, objective data analysis on construction costs fall short. In particular, ordering agencies are in a great need of objective and practical construction cost management for on-budget construction and procurement of quality goods. This paper analyzes the design diagram for a newly built school with an order from the Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education, and compares the analysis with those of other kinds of buildings. The results are: the total construction cost of one school unit is 8,017,596,000 won on average; the cost is in the order of building, machinery and equipment, electricity, communications and civil engineering; as to activity, RC construction takes account of $30.3\%$ of the total construction cost. 1'he cost of school construction per M2 is 838,000 won, which is 6th highest of 11 kinds of constructions and slightly lower than 950,000 won, the average price of comparative constructions. When it comes to the percentage, school building takes mote percentage of the total cost than comparative building while machinery and equipment, electricity and communications takes slightly less percentage. Through simple regression analysis of gross coverage, this paper suggests a model formula with which the total construction cost, construction cost in accordance with activity, how much main construction materials are to be used are predictable.

  • 본 논문에서는 한국전기통신공사에서 도입 추진하고 있는 No.7 공통선 신호방식의 망관리를 위하여 사용될 OMAP의 구성과 기능에 대하여 소개하였다. 국내에서는 아직 공통선 신호방식이 상용화 되지않았으며, 그 관련 기준들도 확정되지 않았으며, 더구나 운용유지보수관리를 위한 OMAP에 대해서는 프로토콜 범위조차 확고히 정립되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 THN과 OMAP의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 THN을 구성하기 위하여 필요한 국내의 OMAP 구성방안을 제시하여, OMAP의 프로토콜 정립과 OMAP을 이용한 관련 시스팀들의 구현에 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A Priority and Impact Factor Analysis of Construction Management Tasks for Decreasing Change Orders and Defect Repairs in Cancer Treatment Center Projects (암센터 의료시설의 설계변경과 하자보수의 감소를 위한 중점 관리공사 분석)

  • The complexity of constructing medical institutions is higher than that of general buildings, and many change orders in the design and defect repairs in the construction phase are required due to strict government regulations. The priority control of constructions and impact factors of medical institutions were analyzed in this study, and difficulties in the control in the design and construction phase were identified. First, the priority management factors that were identified were as follows: architecture, facilities, and electricity. Second, 1) priority management in constructions and factors resulting in change orders and 2) priority management in constructions involving defect repair were analyzed. Third, the importance recognized by the construction managers were analyzed. The priority management in constructions and factors that were recognized by the construction manager were deducted as having low importance, although there were many change orders and defects. The work of finishing, wall building, joining, office automation and communication function, and lighting were analyzed in the design phase, and waste, the office automation and communication function, ceilings, contamination control, and plumbing were analyzed in the construction phase. The results showed that there will be a decrease in change orders and defects if the concentration of the manager was elevated and priorities were managed.
