Discharge Information Summary System for Medical Image (의료 영상 정보를 지원하는 퇴원정보요약시스템)

  • 환자 진료 의뢰 과정은1차 진료기관에서 3차 진료기관으로 환자 진료를 의뢰하고 3차 진료기관에서 검사, 처방, 입원 등의 진료행위를 하고 환자가 3차 병원을 나갈 때 퇴원요약정보를 1차 진료기관으로 다시 보내준다. 이러한 퇴원 요약 시스템은 병원간 환자 정보의 공유를 통해서 환자의 회복과 질 높은 의료 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 한다. 방사선과 정보가 다른 퇴원 요약 정보와 함께 제공된다면 지속적이고 일관된 의료 서비스의 제공에 도움이 된다. 또한 방사선과의 경우 3차 진료기관에서 이미지를 획득할 수 없는 경우, 이미지 획득 장비를 갖춘 1차 진료기관으로 진료 의뢰를 해야 하는 특수한 상황도 발생하는데, 이를 역진료의뢰라고 한다. 우리는 이러한 방사선과의 특성을 함께 고려한 방사선과 정보를 지원하는 퇴원정보요약시스템을 제안한다.

Customer Friendly Image towards Regional General Hospitals (지역 종합병원에 대한 고객친화 이미지)

  • For the purpose of providing valuable marketing data to improve hospital management an assessment of customer friendly image towards local general hospitals in a city near from Seoul was carried out. The results are as follows. First, it was possible to measure & record the level of customer friendly image towards general hospitals & different regions. Second, a multiple regression analysis and AHP analysis showed that the expertise, continuity affected the customer friendly image of the hospitals but the reputation and economics showed relatively low score. This study contributes to make hospital strategy for local hospital marketing specialist showing that hospital should improve expertise and continuity to enhance medical customer friendly image of the hospital. In conclusion. this study results present primary data for correct decision making for authorities of local general hospitals who have concerns about increasing customer friendly image to improve hospital management.

  • In recent years, the developments of medical technology and emergency medical services have been changed to home from the hospital. In this regard, the researches for the prevention or early diagnosis have become actively. In particular, bio-signal monitoring is applied to a variety of u-healthcare application services. The proposed system in this paper is to provide a security technology to protect the medical information measured from the various sensors. Especially, bio-signal information is privacy-sensitive personal information that must be protected. We applied a two-dimensional code technology, QR code, for the protection and management. In the client side, it can analyze the QR code and confirm the results on devices. Finally, with this proposed platform, we show the results of application service to verify the creation and distribution of integrated image file between the bio-signal and medical image information.

The Effect of QR Information Service on Medical Service Loyalty (의료서비스충성도에 대한 QR정보서비스의 효과)

  • This study investigated the influence relationship of information service using QR code on customer's service quality perception and loyalty behavior for medical service in the physical environment. As a result of the study, when medical institutions provide location information services about the physical environment by utilizing the usefulness and reliability of QR codes, the perceived quality of customers' QR information will be strengthened, and furthermore, loyalty behavior toward medical services will increase in the future. Considering the spread of smartphones as a popular digital medium today, marketers use QR codes to connect and provide four-dimensional information services without time and place restrictions, thereby strengthening the interactive experience with customers. And these efforts suggest that it can contribute to improving service image and strengthening loyalty beyond simply providing service information to companies.

  • While medical services are recognized to be crucial in a process of disease treatment, the research has been done with the service space and waiting time in a medical institution. This paper's objective is to evaluate the waiting areas of lobby, outpatient clinic, operating room in a general hospital and to draw factors of architecture design for further improvement, identifying strengths and weaknesses to be analyzed in terms of medical service. Research method is to define concepts of waiting time through literature review and advanced researches, analyze characteristics of architectural plan through drawing analysis and site survey. This research will contribute to the improvements of the planning methods which will reduce the waiting time and increase the quality of medical service.

  • In this study, the marketing activity of medical service providers via Internet was considered as a new technology for approaching this problem and the consumers' acceptance of the new marketing activity was analyzed through the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) path analysis. The path analysis was conducted for the non-insured medical departments and the insured medical departments. The path analysis revealed that the consumers felt usefulness of the marketing activity of non-insured medical service providers, which means that they have intention to accept and are satisfied with the Internet marketing activity provided by non-insured medical service departments. On the other hand, in the case of insured medical service, it was clarified that the 'easy of use' preferentially affects the users' intention of accepting the marketing activity rather than 'usefulness'.

  • 본 연구에서는 실제 기증받은 시체를 이용하여 인체의 각 구조물을 실제 모습 그대로 3D 이미지화하는 과정에 대해 알아보았다. 인체의 구조물을 3D 로 이미지화하는 과정은 다음과 같다. 먼저 시체를 0.2mm 간격으로 절단하여 절단면의 사진을 찍은 후, 각 절단면의 사진에서 각각의 구조물을 구역화하여 색칠을 한 후, 구역화한 이미지에서 외곽선을 추출하여 벡터 이미지를 만든다. 이 외곽선을 1mm 간격으로 쌓아 올린 후 그 표면을 재구성하여 3D 이미지로 변환하는 과정으로 진행되었다. 3D 이미지의 제작은 가슴 부위에 한정하여 이루어졌다. 인체의 해부학적인 모형을 3D 이미지로 시각화함으로써 얻는 효과는 일반인을 대상으로 인체의 내부에 대한 시각적인 호기심을 충족시켜주고 의학 상식을 넓히는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것 이다. 또한 의대생들을 비롯한 의학 전문가들에게는 생생한 해부학 강의용으로도 활용 가능하다. 향후 Haptic 시스템을 이용한 의료 실습 어플리케이션과 접목될 수도 있을것이고, fMRI 데이터를 비롯한 타 데이터와의 융합을 통해 시각화하여 서비스 할 수도 있다. 이처럼 인체의 3D 모형은 의료분야에서 광범위하게 활용될 수 있는 데이터로써 그 가치를 지닐 것이다.

A Study on the Relationship between the Name Awareness of Public Medical Institutions and Patients' Intent to Revisit (공공의료기관 인지도와 재방문여부와의 관계 연구)

  • This study has significance in terms of its intent to contribute to the increase in hospital revisits by proposing measures to enhance name awareness through an examination of the relationship between the name awareness of public medical institutions and patients' revisit, and its corresponding influences. The study findings were drawn by employing analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability and exploratory factor analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of the correlation analysis showed statistically significant correlations between all independent variables and the patients' revisit or not. The perception of service quality and the environmental factor of medical treatment increased the explanatory power of independent variables, thereby exhibiting a high correlation with the revisit to medical institutions. The usual image, medical service, and medical treatment environment were revealed to have a positive influence on the patient's intent to revisit. This study could confirm a correlation between the name awareness of medical public institutions and the patients' revisit or not. Consequently, to improve the quality and infrastructure of their medical services, public medical institutions are required to perform studies on measures to increase the revisits of patients by identifying their image, medical services, and treatment environment on a consistent basis.

The Effect of the Medical Service by Service Instruction of Dental Health Care Worker (치과 의료 종사자의 의료 서비스 교육이 의료 서비스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was aimed to survey the level of service education in the people engaging in medical services and identify the influence of the education on their job performance. This study was conducted from February 10th, 2000 to March 10th, 2000, centering on Seoul and Kyonggi area. A total of 341 questionnaires were distributed for the survey. The result ware as followings: (1) In a question about the satisfaction over general medical services such as the location of medical institutions, medical equipments and devices, and the attitudes of medical personnel, the group with service education marked 4.07 while the group with no education earned 3.97, showing statistically significant difference(p<.05). (2) In the area of medical institutions image, level of medical services and promotion, the group with service education showed 4.01 while the group with no education gained 3.83, also showing statistically significant difference(p<.05). (3) No statistically meaningful difference was revealed in the area of satisfaction for over all medical services such as the contentment about the medical services being provided, rooms for improvement and the adequacy of the number of medical personnel. The group with education acquired 3.32, with the group with no education 3.34. (4) Satisfaction about the education and awareness about medical services were high in the group of dental hygienists and showed a statistically meaningful difference. (5) The average number of education recorded 1.83 and satisfaction over service education inside the hospital was low, registering 3.24. (6) Teamwork among the personnel in the hospital was 3.70, which is relatively high. The fulfillment over given tasks posted 3.56 and the recommendation for medical institutions was low, recording 3.24. (7) The necessity of medical service education for medical personnel gained 4.40, indicating heightened awareness over the need for service education.

  • 현대 의학에서 의료 영상은 수많은 영상처리 의료기기의 핵심이다. PACS(Picture Archiving Communication System)를 통해 관리되는 의료 영상 자료들은 요청에 따라 저장, 검색 및 전송을 수행하여 신속한 의료 서비스를 가능하게 한다. 그러나 만약에 관리자의 실수로 의료 영상 데이터가 바뀐다면 이는 사용자로 하여금 불편함과 낮은 신뢰성을 야기한다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 서포트 벡터 머신 기반의 HOG(Histogram of Oriented Gradients) 특징 벡터를 이용하여 X-ray와 MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) 사진을 분류하고 의료 영상 분류의 가능성을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.
