This study applied reference metadata recognition using bidirectional GRU-CRF model based on pre-trained language model. The experimental group consists of 161,315 references extracted by 53,562 academic documents in PDF format collected from 40 journals published in 2018 based on rules. In order to construct an experiment set. This study was conducted to automatically extract the references from academic literature in PDF format. Through this study, the language model with the highest performance was identified, and additional experiments were conducted on the model to compare the recognition performance according to the size of the training set. Finally, the performance of each metadata was confirmed.

This study described the Library and Information Science program at USC as compared with those of Korean national universities; and suggested ways to improve them. Data was collected through interviews, literature review, and analysis of the USC SLIS homepage. A number of features in USC SLIS can be implemented in Korea and gain positive results. In the near future, some of the features that can be introduced in Korean universities to strengthen their programs may include: setting distinct objectives for MA and Ph. D programs, constructing the aims and courses of doctoral programs in the direction of improving the research skills of students, and increasing the number of courses on Children and Juvenile. In the long term, students will also benefit from other changes such as adjusting courses to train school librarians and offering double-major tracks for graduate students.

웹 자원의 휘발성에 대한 불안에도 불구하고 학술정보 유통의 거대한 통로로 웹이 부상함에 따라 웹상에 존재하는 정보자원들이 학술정보의 재생산에 활용되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 학술정보에 인용된 웹 자원의 현황을 살펴보고 그것의 접근성과 유용성이 어느 정도 보장되는지를 살펴보기 위해 문헌정보학 분야의 대표적인 학술지 중 하나인 한국문헌정보학회지를 대상으로, 2007년에서 2011년까지 5년간 수록된 논문에 인용된 웹 자원을 조사.분석하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수록된 논문들의 참고문헌 중 웹 자원 비율, 현시점에서의 웹 자원의 접근 가능성, 그리고 웹 자원 주소를 분석하여 도메인과 파일 각각의 비율과 종류에 대해서 조사하였다. 또한 표기된 웹 자원의 주소는 아니더라도 인용에서 사용한 정보를 통해 웹상에서 여전히 사용가능한지를 살펴보기 위해 세계 3대 검색엔진을 사용하였다.

본 연구는 정보검색과 관련하여 내비게이션의 개념에 대해 문헌정보학분야에서 논의되고 있는 담론연구를 통해 웹 내비게이션 개념에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 웹이 등장한 1995년을 기준으로 최근 2012년까지 문헌정보학 분야 국외 학술지에 출판된 총 38편의 웹 네비게이션 연구 논문들을 내용분석과 담론분석을 통해 웹 네비게이션의 개념 정의를 조사하였다. 웹 정보검색에 있어서 문헌정보학분야에서 정의하고 있는 네비게이션 개념은 크게 네비게이션 행위, 네비게이션 전략, 네비게이션 디자인으로 구분되며, 그 개념의 범위와 핵심 특성들을 파악하고자 하였다.

Digital image technology can be used for the development of new curriculum, course assignment, teaching methods, or the evaluation of library and information science courses. In this way, the teaching course becomes more effective and more interesting. This study has shown that the number of the student registration was increased, the interaction between the instructor and students became more frequent. and the course evaluation by students were very much improved.

본 연구는 2005년부터 2013년 3월까지 Scopus에서 페미니즘 분야를 선정하여 이에 해당하는 논문 37편과 이 논문들이 인용한 유튜브 55개를 대상으로 학술논문들이 유튜브를 인용할 때 활용하는 유형과 문제점을 살펴보고 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기사항에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구 의도를 효율적으로 보여주는 유튜브는 0.34%의 인용률을 나타내고 있으며 지속적으로 인용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 유튜브 접속오류는 55개중 6개(10.9%)이며, 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기가 부적합하게 기재된 경우는 38개(69.1%)였다. 그 원인으로 올바르게 표기하지 않은 저자의 노력 부족과 인용된 유튜브가 학술정보로서 충분한 정보를 제공하지 못한 경우가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다.

Music therapy has been proved to be effective in treatment of diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. Many studies have investigated the effect of music therapy techniques on symptoms of a given disease but there has been no efforts in classifying those studies by specific symptoms of diseases, although patients, caregivers and music therapists have difficulty in discovering documents that they need to treat certain diseases. Thus, in the study, we propose a method to group music therapy-related publications by the music therapy techniques mainly used for a given disease. We expect that it will help music therapists and patients to find papers to help them to cure a specific disorder.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a trend of research in the field of information science in Korea. For this purpose, the study analyzed the subject of each citing and cited articles appeared in the 'Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management' 302 original articles appeared in the journal from 1984 to 2004 were analyzed. 3,270 foreign literatures of library and information science field being cited in the original articles and those 2,492 cited foreign literatures of other field then library and information science were analyzed by subject, by publication year, and by citing age.

본 연구는 TEI를 기반으로 한 전자문헌의 서지정보를 수록한 TEI Independent Header를 MARC으로 변환시켜 주기 위하여 전자문헌의 인코딩, 인코딩언어인 SGML, 인코딩 포맷인 TEI를 연구하였다. 나아가 TEI를 기반으로 한 전자문헌의 자동 목록작성의 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 TEI Independent Header와 MARC을 비교분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to describe the information environment of ST information users in Korea by examining their needs and satisfaction for documents. Comparison was made between the statistics of KISTI DDS and NACSIS-ILL document copy service, and data from the survey conducted for KISTI's ST information users in 2001 were analyzed. Findings include the low demand for documents delivery, low success rate in obtaining documents from domestic institutions, including KISTI, relatively high reliance on foreign DDS institutions, and difficulties in getting documents with speed, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. It seems urgent to implement the strategic plans for more comprehensive and well-organized collection development and resource-sharing, and improvement of DDS.
