The purpose of this study is to find out the mediation effect of college adaption for the relationship between learning flow and university dropout in local university. For this study, 281 university students in Chungbuk region were applied to assess the mediation effect of college adaption for learning flow and university dropout by using confirmatory factor analysis, hierarchical multiple regression of Baron and Kenny, and Sobel test. The results show that more learning flow tended to have more difficultly in university dropout, and it was founded that academic and social adjustment for university adaption(mediator) partially mediated the influence of learning flow (independent variable) on univeristy dropout (dependent variable), institutional adjustment was fully mediated, and personal-emotional adjustment was no mediation effect. Based on the results of this study, we suggest a implication to decrease university dropout through increasing learning flow and university adaption.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between academic achievement and job satisfaction in secondary NCS vocational education. The questionnaires were divided into 5 variables : NCS education understanding, quality of education service, necessity of vocational education, academic achievement, job satisfaction. We used SPSS WIN 18.0, to examine the importance, reliability, validity, and association analysis using questionnaires. The results showed that the quality of education service and the necessity of vocational education were influenced on academic achievement in independent variables. But understanding of NCS education was not adopted. In the parameters and dependent variables, academic achievement was found to affect job satisfaction. So if educational institutions are to pay attention to and improve the quality of vocational education service and the need for vocational education, academic achievement will increase. Academic achievement is expected to positively affect job satisfaction after employment.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors related to high school students 'academic stress. This study uses data from KEDI's(KELS 2013 6th). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical analysis using the SPSS Statistics program. The results of the study are as follows. First, personal factors, social support factors, and family-related factors showed statistically significant correlation with academic stress. Second, personal factors, family-related factors, and social support factors were all found to have statistically significant effects on high school students' academic stress. After controlling the personal factors and family-related factors, the social support factors further explain the academic stress of high school students by two percent, and the most influential variable among social support factors was the relationship with their parents.

This study examined the influence of academic self-efficacy of Faculty-student inter action and peer relations. The subject were collected from 289 dental hygiene students J region, three colleges of between November 5, December 30, in 2018. The data was analyzed by descriptive, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Faculty-student interact ion was correlated with peer relations(r=.434) and had a positively correlation with academic self-efficacy(r=.282) with improved of major satisfaction and higher academic performance, a much more vigorous active faculty-student interaction and peer relations of level of academic self-efficacy. The results reveals to develop program co-relationship in order to improve academic self-efficacy.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between academic and clinical practice stress and major satisfaction of nursing students. The data was collected from 140 nursing students by the online survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. As a result of analyzing the differences in academic stress, clinical practice stress, and major satisfaction according to general characteristics, it was found that academic stress had a difference with religion (F = 14.348, p < .001). And there was a statistical difference in major satisfaction with grade (F = 4.582, p = .004). As for the correlation between academic and clinical practice stress, and major satisfaction, academic stress and clinical practice stress were positively correlated (r = .388, p <.01), and clinical practice stress had a positive correlation with major satisfaction (r=.336, p<.01). Therefore, it is considered that it is necessary to develop a program to lower academic stress in order to improve the satisfaction of the majors of nursing students.

This convergence study was combined research on identifying the effect of health behavior and awareness of Korean wave (Hallyu) on academic adjustment of foreign students living in Korea, and providing support for future foreign students to easily adjust to Korean culture. The subjects for this study are foreign students attending G University and were studied from April 2nd to 30th,2018. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program. According to the multiple regression analysis which was conducted to analyze the effect of health behavior and awareness of Korean wave on academic adjustment of foreign students, the older and the longer the stay, the poorer the academic adjustment; on the other hand, the higher the frequency of exercise and awareness of Korean wave, the better the academic adjustment. Further, it is necessary to address plans and measures to develop academic adjustment of foreign students by providing health care programs and Korean wave culture programs on sustainable health education and sports.

Purpose: This study was to identify the degree of academic stress, college life Adjustment, and social support perceived by nursing students, and to identify the mediating effect of social support between academic stress and college life Adjustment. The participants were 248 nursing college students who have experience in field practice at 4 universities in G metropolitan city. Data analysis was analyzed using SPSS 24.0 as Descriptive statistics, Independent-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correction, and Bootstrapping. Results: The study found 2.68 points for academic stress, 4.11 points for social support, and 3.5 points for college life adjustment. Academic stress was negative correlation with social support and Adjustment to college life, social support was positive correlation with Adjustment to college life. As a result of the analysis by applying the mediating effect verification model 4, first, academic stress had a significant negative effect on social support, second, academic stress had a negative effect on college life adjustment, and social support had a positive effect on college life adjustment. Third, the analysis of the total, direct, and indirect effects of academic stress and social support on college life adjustment showed that they were all significant. In conclusion, it has been found that social support has a partially controlled mediating effect between academic stress and college life adjustment.

학습에 대한 적극적인 참여는 학업에서 중요한 행동이며 높은 학업 참여는 성공적인 학업성취와 밀접한 관계가 있다. 학업 참여는 학자들의 관점에 따라 행동적 참여, 정서적 참여, 인지적 참여로 구분된다. 행동적 참여는 학생들이 실제 학습활동과 과제 수행에 어떻게 참여하는가로 정의한다. 그러나 온라인 학습 환경에서는 학생들의 학습활동을 평가하는 데 어려움이 존재하여 관련된 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상 분석을 이용한 양방향 Convolutional LSTM 모델을 기반으로 온라인 수업 상에서 학습활동 중 하나인 손들기 행동을 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법으로 학습활동 중 하나인 손들기 행동의 인식 정확도는 88%이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine influences on grit in the nursing student. The data were collected from 146 nursing students in the H university located Y city and April 16 2018 to April 20 2018. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Grit was found to be in a significant positive correlation with positive psychological capital and academic achievement. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the positive psychological capital predict 21.1% of grit. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an education program to strengthen the positive psychological capital of nursing students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the parent's socioeconomic status to the academic achievement, together with the mediation effect of the private education expenditure. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method is used with the survey of private education expenditures data collected by Statistics Korea in 2011. In SEM, the multi-group effect is also analyzed for gender, region and school level. The analysis results show that the high socioeconomic status of parent tends to increase the private education expenditures but does not affect the academic achievement, and there are the significant multi-group effect for gender, region, and school level.
