오늘날은 실용성 있는 생활 영어교육이 절실히 필요한 시대로서 영어 교육은 무엇보다도 의사소통 능력 개발에 중점을 두고 있다. 영어 학습을 시작하는 초기 학습자 단계에서 가장 우선적으로 직면하게 되는 것이 바로 어휘 학습이다. 기존 영어 단어 학습 시스템은 학습자에게 지나치게 많은 단어들을 단순한 방법을 통해서 학습하게 함으로써 심리적 부담을 주고 있다. 심리언어학에서는 언어 이해의 과정이 단순히 제시된 것을 그대로 받아들이는 수용의 과정이 아니라 학습자가 이미 보유한 경험과 개념을 근거로 활성망의 확산을 통해 적절한 관계를 찾는 역동적·능동적 과정이라는 이론이 있다. 본 논문에서는 언어 학습 이론을 바탕으로 단어들 사이의 관계를 부각시킴으로써 추론과 기억에 도움을 주는 영어 단어 학습 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 단어들 간의 관계를 정의한 단어 관계 망을 중심으로 단어 학습 순서를 결정할 수 있고, 이미지 및 게임 기능을 지원하여 단어학습의 흥미를 유발하는 특징이 있다. 본 학습시스템을 실제 단어 학습에 적용해 본 결과 학습자들의 만족도가 높았다.

최근 들어 인터넷의 발달로 웹기반 교육시스템을 이용한 온라인 강좌는 컴퓨터 교육 시스템 분야의 이슈로 부각되고 있으며 이러한 웹기반 교육시스템의 보급과 더불어 사용자의 다양한 교육 서비스에 대한 욕구 증대에 따른 교육서비스를 응용한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 학습자와 교사간의 상호작용을 위한 도구들이 다양하게 지원되고 있지만, 교과과정을 개설하고 이를 운영하는 교사의 입장에서 볼 때 등록한 모든 학생들이 대면하게 되는 상황을 모두 접수하고, 그들의 학습 상태를 분석하여 학습자에게 가장 적합한 코스 구성 및 스케줄을 제공한다는 것은 어려운 일이다. 따라서, 이러한 웹기반 교육 시스템에서의 학습자에게 효과적인 학습 방법과 코스 구성, 그리고 코스 스케줄 등의 피드백을 제공할 수 있는 에이전트가 필요하게 되었다. 또한, 최근에 학습자의 요구에 맞는 코스웨어 주문이 증가되고 있는 추세이며 그에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템의 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 학습 모니터링과 지속적인 학습 평가에 의하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스 스케줄을 제공해 주는 코스 스케줄링 멀티 에이전트를 제안하고자 한다.

According to developments in info-communication, the recent educational paradigm asks not for a passive transmitter but an active constructor who can solve a variety of complicated problems in real situations. Such a change asks for an educational setting which includes sharing ideas and information rather than simply possessing them. Learning through presentation has many problems including few presentation opportunities as well as the reuse of presentation data. This study suggests such strategies as promoting interactions through presentations and the practical use of these strategies in class. For this, the role of the presentation data provider and learner, and strategies to implement the step by step learning support system have been suggested. Using presentations, as described in this study, allow for communication with students outside the original class time and location. The degree of learning students experience through presentations is expected to be high.

최근 WWW의 기하급수적인 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 공유 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고, 이는 학습과 교수 업무지원 분야에서도 용용되고 있다. 특히 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 제공하는 XML 형태의 전자문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 웹을 기반으로 다수의 교수자들이 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하고 공유할 수 있는 적절한 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 웹 상에서 XML 문서의 효과적인 생성과 검색 및 의도된 문서를 재사용 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구 사항을 융통성있게 수용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 XML 문서 제공을 위한 교수 지원 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해서 교수자들은 XML 문서를 효율적으로 생성, 등록, 수정하고 또한 문서를 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 다양한 형태의 문서를 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 교수 지원시 업무처리의 효율성과 작성된 XML 문서의 재사용성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

As interest in software education has increased, discussions on teaching, learning, and evaluation method it have also been active. One of the problems of software education teaching method is that the instructor cannot grasp the content of coding in progress in the learner's computer in real time, and therefore, instructors are limited in providing feedback to learners in a timely manner. To overcome this problem, in this study, we developed a software education support system that grasps the real-time learner coding situation under block-based programming environment by applying a learning analysis technique and delivers it to the instructor, and visualizes the data collected during learning through the Hadoop system. The system includes a presentation layer to which teachers and learners access, a business layer to analyze and structure code, and a DB layer to store class information, account information, and learning information. The instructor can set the content to be learned in advance in the software education support system, and compare and analyze the learner's achievement through the computational thinking components rubric, based on the data comparing the stored code with the students' code.

컴퓨터의 기술적인 응용과 발달이 계속되면서, 멀티미디어 및 하이퍼미디어를 적용한 컴퓨터 보조 학브 시스템 개발 연구가 확산되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 더욱 효율적이고 실용적인 지능형 교습시스템 개발 요구가 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보다 효율적인 실제 개발 가능한 하이퍼미디어 지원 지능형 교습시스템 도구 모형을 제안하였으며, 이를 위하여 학습자와 ITS개발자를 위한 효율적인 인터페이스를 위해 에이젼트 개념을 도입하였다. 또한 학습자 모형을 구축하기 위하여 multilayerd 학습자 모형을 사용하였다. 이러한 모형에 의해 부분 구현하여 $\alpha$ test한 결과 학습자 수준에 맞는 교습과정을 제시할 수 있었다.

Web-based learning receives much attention as an effective learning method because users can use the learning service at any time from any space. A learning management system(LMS) provides online educational environment among teachers and students, supporting various facilities to deliver educational contents. Since most of the existing LMSs support one-way or limited two-way teaching services among teachers and students, there are a lot of difficulties in performing collaboration among students and/or collaboration among teachers and students. In this paper, we describe the development of collaborative workspaces which provides effective collaborative educational environment on Moodle which is widely accepted as a typical LMS. Through the provided various types of collaborative workspaces, users can easily perform group activities, sharing educational with appropriate access control mechanism.

Conventional studies of Computer Assisted Instruction(CAI) and Intelligent Tutoring System(ITS) have been general patterns to solve problems, so to solve specialized problems, the learner which has the attitude of passiveness should to solve problems including unnecessary processing to the need of the system. Consequently, those are not support the process of creativity and individual problems for the learner to solve the fractional number operations as this study. This study is the design and implementation of ITS on the fractional number addition and subtraction for the supplementary student. Our system can diagnosis mistakes of learning and guide the student to know their errors of learning process automatically And our system assist the learners to study with self-initiative learning, replacement their lacking of learning and control the process of fractional addition and subtraction operation with creativity according to their level. We showed that this system had improved problems of lacking care to supplementary student result in are not enough teachers involved their school and that the learner had achieved the higher learning effect according to the improved self-initiative learning causing this system.

본 논문은 고객의 관리 및 서비스의 중요성이 강조되고 기존의 마케팅 방법들이 온라인을 기반으로 한 고객 마케팅으로 바뀌는 경향에 따라 고객의 만족도를 반영한 고객지원시스템을 제안한다. 고객의 제품사용 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 고객을 수준에 따라 분류하여 수준별 학습에 따른 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 비즈니스 퍼포먼스를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 전문가에 의해 검증된 지식을 각 항목의 제품평가 기준으로 설정하고 삼각퍼지 수에 의한 컨텐츠만족도 평가를 통해 고객 의사의 반영비율을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 고객중심의 지원시스템은 고객관리 및 서비스지원부문에 활용 쥘 수 있을 것이다.

최근, 교욱분야는 많은 컴퓨터 기술을 도입하여 다양하게 발전되어 왔다. 본 논문은 이러한 기술 중 인터넷을 통한 사이버 교육의 하나로 온라인 학습 시스템을 설계를 하고자 한다. 제안된 학습 시스템은 학습자가 온라인상에서 언제 어디서든 학습에 참여할 수 있도록 그 기능을 지원하려한다.
