This paper presents the online assessment questions management system and method. The proposed system consists of a database to store learner information and zone-specific items grouped by difficulty and item bank. This database includes: an item selection department and authoring assessment to select questions about a particular learner or specific learning item. In this paper, we propose: an item bank database which stores online output assessments; and an online test department to collect and sort learner evaluation data and answer selection order for online tests, click statistics, response time, and analysis unit response patterns department by analyzing the data collected by the online learners' test assessment, learners' level and ability, the diagnosis and assessment of report propensity. The proposed system will diagnose and effectively evaluate the learner's learning levels and learning ability by: answer selection order, number of clicks, and response time reflected in the results of the learners' evaluations.

기존의 자기 주도적 학습 평가들은 대부분의 선다형 또는 단답형 문항에 대해서 학습평가가 시험 점수로 제공되고, 학습 평가의 정도를 객관적으로 평가 할 수 얼어 학습의 효율성에 대해서 부정적인 시각도 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자 스스로가 학습 능력 평가를 객관적으로 평가하기 위해 퍼지 이론의 삼각형 타입 소속 함수를 이용한 자기 주도적 학습 평가 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 자기 주도적 학습 평가 방법은 학습에 대해 시험 결과를 세 개의 퍼지 등급으로 분류하여 소속도를 계산하고 퍼지 등급표를 적용하여 최종 퍼지 등급도에 따라 시험 결과를 평가하는 방법을 제시한다.

In the advanced information age, learning is an activity in which learners access information resources through computers and Internet to acquire and evaluate information on their own. The emergence of an online learning platform based on the fourth industrial revolution technology is developing into an environment in which elementary and secondary learners learn and study based on constructivism learning theory. In the online learning environment, the researches on the information retrieval ability of the elementary and secondary learners and the self-directed learning ability were found to be highly related. However, it is necessary to analyze the relation between information retrieval ability and self-directed learning ability through a cross-sectional study that is limited to specific curriculum and contents and expands the longitudinal research. In this study, the panel data of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study collected over 8 years are used to find the difference in self-directed learning ability according to the longitudinal pattern of information retrieval ability and frequency.

This is the report of a case study to describe the results of applying an evaluation tool for communication ability when performing core basic nursing skills in fundamental nursing practice education. The communication ability evaluation tool was constructed based on a literature review and expert advice. The tool was applied to test 94 students who were taking fundamental nursing practice courses from October to November 2019. As a result, five factors (self-introduction, eye contact, emotional support, information provision, and therapeutic touch) were derived as evaluable items of communication ability to be evaluated when performing core basic nursing skill, and were evaluated when performing core basic nursing skills to measure vital signs. The average communication ability was 3.96 out of 5 points. According to the rubric, 95.8% of all students attained 'medium' and reached their goal achievement level. The findings of this study are meaningful in providing an important basis for improving the performance outcome evaluation process and for constructing a systematic evaluation system in fundamental nursing practicum. Further studies to secure the validity and reliability of this communication ability evaluation tool and comparative studies with various evaluation tools are suggested.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 학습자들의 학습 성향을 조사하고 그들의 평소 학습 성향이 어떤 평가로 이어지는지에 대해 관찰한다. 또한 학습 성향과 이전 평가 결과가 다음 학기 프로그래밍 수업에 어느 정도 동기 부여가 되는지를 분석하여 학습자들의 성향과 능력에 맞는 방법으로 학습 동기를 부여할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of action learning approaches on problem-solving skills and learning agency of nursing undergraduate students. This experimental study is designed for a nonequivalent control group. The program was put into practice 2 times a week for 4 weeks. The number of subjects in this research consists of 105, where 53 of the experimental group participated in action learning program and 52 of the control group didn't do. The data was analyzed by ${\chi}^2$-test, Chi-Square test, t-test and paired t-test. The effects of action learning approaches on learning outcomes in nursing process courses are as follows: The problem solving ability of the experimental group has been more elevated than that of the control group. The experimental group has made increase in self directed learning skills. The action learning approaches on learning outcomes in nursing process courses are convenient in nursing process courses. This study has significance in that it identified the availability of the action learning program and that it would be useful teaching and learning method to achieve learning outcomes.

기존의 대부분 웹기반 문항평가시스템의 경우 CGI나 자바 스트립트를 이용한 너무나 순차적이며 제한된 평가문항들만 제시함으로써 학습에 흥미도가 떨어지고 학습자 주도의 창의적인 학습을 저해하는 요인이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 저작도구 PASS2000의 웹연동 방법을 통하여 학습자가 보다 흥미를 느끼고 학습자 수준에 적합한 동적인 다양한 형태의 평가문항 제시와 학습자가 제시된 문항에 대한 학습후에는 자동채점이 가능하며 즉각적인 결과확인이 가능하도록 하였다. 아울러 학습한 평가문항들을 문항평가지 형태로 출력하여 지속적이고 반복적인 개별화 학습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이는 장차 보편화될 원격교육시스템에서 학생들의 학습이해능력을 평가할 수 있는 원격 웹기반 문항평가시스템을 구현하여, 언제 어디서나 시간과 공간의 제한을 받지 않고 학습할 수 있는 체제가 되도록 하는데 있다.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of the creative writing program that is one of the practical strategy of information literacy on self-directed learning abilities of elementary school students. According to the results, this program raise the average score of 33.69 points from 130.14 to 163.83 significantly in their self-directed learning abilities. Among the specific abilities of them, this program affects learning planning and evaluation capability meaningfully. But the long term continuous of learning executive is not changed significantly by this program. As the results of after interview with the students who take part in this program, the most of them respond that they could reduce their fear of writing and apply the reading and writing strategies to other subjects. So, if we teach this program with subjects consistently and use the learning strategies of information literacy, we could improve the long term continuous of learning executive.

This study is to apply the Havruta teaching-learning method to college students' major classes and analyze the relationship between the effectiveness evaluation of communication skills and sub-factors using a structural equation model. As a result of the study, the communication ability score was different before and after Havruta teaching-learning, and it was found that after Havruta teaching-learning was higher than before Havruta teaching-learning. The path effect was found to be significant in all of the total, direct, and indirect effects among latent variables, except for the relationship between interpretation ability, role-playing ability, and goal-setting ability in the direct effect. In this study, it was found that the Havruta teaching-learning method not only improves creativity and thinking ability, but also improves self-directed learning ability. In addition, it was reconfirmed that it is a teaching-learning method that can develop social skills and communication skills as well as problem-solving skills while experiencing opinions different from one's own. As a result, research on a thorough student-centered teaching-learning method suitable for the Homo Machina era must be continued and its application in the educational field must be implemented.

This study aims towards developing design guidelines for teachers' professional development programs (PDP) that help to improve self-regulated learning skills through OER (Open Educational Resources). To achieve the research objective, first, literature review and case studies about famous OER collections were conducted, and from these reviews, twenty-six guidelines according to ten categories suggested by Zimmerman & Martinez-Pons were derived and finalized into fifteen items in nine categories through review of five experts. Based on the guidelines, a prototype of a teacher's PDP was implemented and evaluated by seven teachers. Results of the usability evaluation proved that the design strategies implemented in the prototype might contribute to improving teacher's self-regulated learning skills and helped to find the teacher's needs based on their PDP.
