The purpose of this study was to identify learners with poor learning in basic cooking practice subjects for college students majoring in cooking, operate a basic practical ability improvement program, and apply an action learning teaching method. We tried to analyze the subjective perception of learners using the Q methodology. In addition, it was intended to improve the major competencies for the operation of practical programs related to cooking training, field training, and employment of learners. The survey was conducted from May 1st to 20th, 2020 for first-year students in C cuisine major. As a result of the analysis, a total of three types were derived. Type 1 (N=7): Self-directed learning effect type, Type 2 (N=8): Problem Solving Effect Types, Type 3 (N=6): Peer learning effect type, each unique feature type Was analyzed as. Through the progress of this study and the derivation of implications, it is expected that it will be useful data for the application of teaching and learning methods related to practical work and program operation in cooking-related departments.

학습자들은 소양교육으로 정보통신기술에 대한 기초적인 지식과 활용 능력을 습득하고 이를 토대로 각 교과에서 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 이 두 가지의 교육이 서로 연계하여 이루어질 때 정보통신기술 활용 능력은 가장 효과적으로 신장된다. 이러한 소양교육과 활용교육 연계선상에서 이루어지는 교육이 바로 웹 신문학습이다. 그러나 웹 신문학습이 정보통신기술 소양 능력 향상에 영향을 미치는지의 검증 연구가 진행되지 않아 교육효과에 대한 불확실성을 갖고 있었다. 이에 컴퓨터 교육의 목표를 효율적으로 달성할 수 있는 교수 학습 방법인 웹 신문학습을 수행한 후 정보통신기술 소양 능력을 측정하여 객관적인 수치로 교육적 효과를 검증하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop practical problem based lesson plans on youth's self management and to analyze it's effect self-leadership skill of middle school students. The contents of the middle school Home Economics Technology textbooks and new curriculum revised in 2007 were analyzed. Based on these analyses 6 practical problem based lesson plans on youth's self management were developed. The topics in the lesson plan were as follows: 'Improving Self Identity', 'Expressing Self', 'getting the Life Goals', 'Importance of Time Management', and 'Time Management Skills'. The second grade middle school students in Goyang City as an experimental group were taught by practical problem based lesson plans. After the experiment, the changes in self-leadership skills of students were analyzed using paired t-test. The significant improvements of self leadership skills such as communication skills, learning skills and group management skills were found in the experimental groups of students. Thus, the following conclusion is made that the practical problem based lesson could be one of the useful methods for students to develop self-leadership skill.

언어는 모든 교육에서 중요한 역할을 담당하므로 국어 교과목은 교육의 기본 목표인 언어사용의 신장을 위해서 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 언어발달을 위한 국어 교육활동은 듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기의 네 가지 영역에 기초를 두고 있으며 학생들의 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 쌍방향 멀티미디어를 이용하면 이러한 영역의 학습효과를 증가시킬 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 웹사이트의 개발 사례를 살펴보면 교과서 중심인 일방적인 제사만이 구현되어 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 흥미와 자발적인 참여를 유발하고 행동한 것에 대해 즉각적인 반응(Feedback)을 주는 애니메이션과 음성, 효과음, 높이, 학습, 게임으로 결합된 오락적인 쌍방향 멀티미디어 웹 컨텐츠를 개발하여 언어를 배우는 어린이들의 학습능력의 향상과 창의적인 언어 활동의 증대에 기여하고자 한다. 특히, 이 시스템의 큰 특징은 학생에 대한 학습 결과를 도출하고 이에 대한 해결책 및 각종 정보를 추출하여 학습진단 결과, 재학습, 학습독력의 형태로 학생 개개인에게 메일로 보내는 학습 통합관리 기능을 포함하고 있다는 것이다.

In this study, we develop 15 learning programs to enhance the variable identification and control abilities for the middle school students and analyze the effect of the programs applied to the class. To increase the learning effect of the variable identification and control abilities, we design the programs so that the students can monitor their thinking processes and also they can evaluate the results from their cognitive activities objectively. We analyze the effect of the programs applied to the class and the results show that the test group, which uses the program, marks higher scores in the variable identification abilities compared to the control group. Also, the test group has the increased level of logic to control the variables. Especially, the effect is higher with the students who do not have any logic to control the variables. From the results, we know that it is possible to improve the variable identification and control abilities of the students through the meta-cognitive learning programs developed by us. Furthermore, the results show that the score of variable control abilities positively correlate with that of meta-cognitive level. It means that the meta-cognitive strategy meaningfully increases the variable control abilities of middle school students.

This study attempted to examine how participation in a cooperative learning extracurricular program affects the improvement of college students' self-directed learning abilities. In order to operate a cooperative learning extracurricular program, students were recruited voluntarily through the school system. A total of 128 students were selected. They formed groups according to the number of participants and participated in the cooperative learning extracurricular program for 9 weeks. Before the program was implemented and after the program was terminated, a survey was conducted on the self-directed learning ability of participating students through a questionnaire. The effectiveness of the program was examined through pre-post tests of the experimental group. The results are as follow. First, the self-directed learning ability scores of students who participated in the cooperative learning extracurricular program significantly improved. Second, in order to closely analyze self-directed learning ability, the sub-elements of self-directed learning ability were examined, and the scores of self-awareness and learning strategy, which are sub-elements of self-directed learning ability, were found to have significantly increased. However, although scores for learning motivation and learning situations improved, the levels were not found to be statistically significant. Based on these results, we presented discussions for improving college students' self-directed learning ability and ways to revitalize cooperative learning in universities.

외국어를 학습하는 데 있어서 해당 외국어의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키고 평가한다는 것은 상당히 큰 중요성을 가진다. 교실에서 학습자의 듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기 능력을 통해 학습자의 언어 능력을 함양하고 평가하기 위해 어떠한 연습문제나 시험 혹은 평가방법을 사용하느냐 하는 것은 학습자의 학습동기에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 왜냐하면, 보통 학습자들은 교수자가 무엇을 가르치고 기대하며 평가하느냐에 따라 자신들의 학습방법을 맞춰 나가기 때문이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 보다 적극적인 학습자들의 참여를 유도하고 유연성 있는 학습자 중심의 학습법을 고양시키며 다양한 언어능력을 고취시키기 위하여, 효과적인 외국어 학습법의 하나로 알려진 paraphrasing을 학습에 활용하고자 한다. 특히 paraphrasing은 일상생활 속에서도 의사소통을 원활히 하기 위한 수단으로서 글 바꿔 쓰기 혹은 말 바꿔 말하기로 활용되기도 하나, 본 소논문에서는 paraphrasing이 학습을 목적으로 하는 학습현장에서 활용되었다는 것을 감안하여 의역을 통한 학습 혹은 의역학습법을 소개하고자 한다. 실제로 paraphrasing은 언어 및 외국어 학습자들에게 상당히 효과가 있는 것으로 알려진 것에 비해 실제로 한국어 교육현장에서 사용한 연구들은 거의 찾아 볼 수가 없다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 따라서, 의역학습법을 학습현장에서 도입했을 때 경험한 여러 시행착오를 바탕으로 실질적으로 교실에서 사용된 예시들을 소개하고, 한국어를 가르치는 교수자들과 한국어를 배우는 외국인 학습자들에게 paraphrasing을 사용한 새로운 한국어 교수방법과 평가 도구를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해, paraphrasing이 한국어를 가르치는 교수자들과 한국어를 배우고자 하는 외국 학습자들에게 효과적인 언어학습 도구로서 실질적으로 교육현장에서 널리 사용될 수 있는 계기가 되었으면 한다.

This paper is aimed at finding whether foreign students' Korean speaking skills can be increased or not through memorizing whole Korean sentences and pair works. First, the advance studies on the effects of this teaching method were surveyed. Second, the activity of this study was mainly pair works with foreign students, so how to do this activity was described. This activity was intended to help each other with keeping study and correcting errors while drilling in class. Thanks to this convergence teaching approach the students' frequency of target language, the Korean language was dramatically increased, and their motivation and energy were brought from this activity. They have to do communications with each other because each pair was made of one Chinese and one Vietnamese. They have no choice but to use Korean in communication. Finally, the questionnaire and interviews also showed that almost all of the students were satisfied with this convergence teaching approach.

In this study, the educational effect were sought to be identified after developing and applying project learning for the artificial intelligence based liberal arts education for the non-computer majors. A paired-sample t-test was performed within each group to determine the extent of improvement in the learning flow and artificial intelligence efficacy in the experimental and control groups. After class, an independent sample t-test was performed to examine the statistical effects of pre-test and post-test on the learning flow and artificial intelligence efficacy in the experimental and control groups. The experimental group and control group demonstrated significant improvements in the learning flow and artificial intelligence efficacy before and after class, each respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the learning flow between the experimental group for which the project learning method was applied and the control group for which only theory and practice were conducted in the artificial intelligence class. It was also confirmed that the experimental group for which the project learning method was applied improved the efficacy of artificial intelligence to a significant level compared to the control group which only proceeded with theory and practice.

This study deals with the effect of learner's self-regulated learning strategy in the non-real-time online discussion. Based on these research results, it was suggested self-regulated learning strategy should be utilized in order to enhance the cognitive dimension participation and discussion satisfaction quality of non-real-time online discussion.
