  • In this paper, we propose a Scorm-based Sequencing & Navigation Model for Collaborative Learning. It is an e-Learning process control model that is used to efficiently and graphically defining Scorm's content aggregation model and its sequencing prerequistites through a formal approach. To define a process based model uses the expanded ICN(Information Control Net) model. which is called SCOSNCN(SCO Sequencing & Navigation Control Net). We strongly believe that the process-driven model delivers a way of much more convenient content aggregating work and system, in terms of not only defining the intended sequence and ordering of learning activities, but also building the runtime environment for sequencing and navigation of learning activities and experiences.

  • This study constructs a causal relationship model of balance scorecard(BSC) performance in supply chain management(SCM). According to the results, the sample companies show the causal relationship of learning and growth performance, internal process performance, customer performance, and financial Performance indices in SCM. And this study implies that BSC performance indices gives, through direct causal relations among them, impact on the ultimate financial performance of firms.

  • The purpose of this study to understand collaborative process and the capabilities of the firm impact on innovation performance in convergence environment. To achieve the purpose, research model was empirically tested with a survey from 162 employees from 4 Korea manufacturing companies and 1 USA company. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). As a result, collaboration process, learning capability and operation capability have significant and positive impact on innovation performance. It is a meaningful result that the collaboration process improve the innovation performance of firms through the operation capability and the learning capability.

  • For the successful implementation of IT projects, individual consultant's competency in the project is very important. Especially, 3 key factors which are 1) Learning-by-Doing, 2) Learning-from-Others, and 3) Learning-by-Investment with individual consultant's competency, are required for solving various critical issues which can be occurred during implementing IT project. The objective of this research is to examine the effects of these learning processes on decision performance of consultants. Prior to setup the research model, we conducted 3 times in-depth interviews with IT consultants who have over 20 years IT project experiences. Through interviews with IT project expert, we tried to validate our research model and develop survey questionnaires. Over 100 consultants, who are working at SI companies those of Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C and other small SI companies, were participated to survey. In the contrary of our thoughts before conducted experiment, we got the interesting result from pilot experiment. Most influenced learning process was Learning-by-Doing and less influenced learning process was Learning-from-Others.

  • 최근 가상교육에서 학습 기술의 상호 운용성을 기반으로 한 표준화의 필요성을 인식하고 여러 국제표준기관을 통해서 기반 환경과 컨텐트 명세 및 활용에 대한 표준화 작업이 이루어지고 있다. 이로 인해 e-learning 분야에서는 국제표준을 소개하고 체제적으로 AICC(Aviation Industry CBT Committee), IMS(Instructional Management Systems) Global Learning Consortium, ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)을 중심으로 진행되어 오고 있다. 특히, 미래의 진보적인 e-learning 환경 개발로, 기능별 5계층으로 구성된 LTSA(Learning Technology Standard Architecture)를 제정하고 이를 통한 개발을 지원하고 있다. 하지만, 이는 시스템 구성요소를 정의한 계층 3의 경우 데이터 흐름 모델로 작성되어 현재 개발 수준과 일치하지 않는 문제점을 가지는 모델로 인정한다. 본 논문에서는 표준 모델링 언어인 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 통해 모델을 재정의하고, 각 프로세스별 단계를 메타모델로 제시하여 개발과 아키텍처의 이해에 대한 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 또한, 재정의된 모델을 기반으로 e-learning 지원을 위한 분석, 설계 프로세스를 정의하여 이에 대한 사례를 제시한다. 이는 아키텍처를 기반으로 한 메타모델과 프로세스를 통한 교육영역의 질의 응답 학습 도구인 QALT(Query-Answer Learning Tool)에 적용한다. 모델의 재정의로 아키텍처의 이해성 및 이를 기반으로 하는 교육용 애플리케이션 개발의 용이성의 증대를 기대할 수 있으며, 모델의 재사용성을 보장할 수 있다.

Machine Learning Process for the Prediction of the IT Asset Fault Recovery (IT자산 장애처리의 사전 예측을 위한 기계학습 프로세스)

  • The IT asset is a core part that supports the management objective of an organization, and the fast settlement of the IT asset fault is very important. In this study, a fault recovery prediction technique is proposed, which uses the existing fault data to address the IT asset fault. The proposed fault recovery prediction technique is as follows. First, the existing fault recovery data were pre-processed and classified by fault recovery type; second, a rule was established for the keyword mapping of the classified fault recovery types and reported data; and third, a machine learning process that allows the prediction of the fault recovery method based on the established rule was presented. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed machine learning process, company A's 33,000 computer fault data for the duration of six months were tested. The hit rate for fault recovery prediction was approximately 72%, and it increased to 81% via continuous machine learning.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the practical effectiveness of the constructivism education theory in building information modeling (BIM)/integrated project delivery (IPD) collaboration education by determining education methods that are most relevant to collaboration in the interaction process. We propose a BIM training model that enhances students' satisfaction in class and collaboration. We aim to identify interrelationships between BIM collaboration education and constructivism theories, examining constructivism methods in BIM/IPD classes to discern which are the most suitable for improving and enhancing collaboration and the proposed education model.

  • 본 논문에서는 웹상에서 학습자의 학습능력을 진단하기 위하여 각 단계별로 질문을 제시하고 질문의 응답여부에 따라 자신의 학습 능력을 평가받고 향후 자신의 능력을 좀 더 향상시킬 수 있는 지침을 제공하는 학습능력 진단시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스를 향상시키기 위해 사용되고 있는 능력성숙 모델(CMM)을 기반으로 질문 리스트를 구성하였으며 다양한 학습자의 학습능력을 전단할 수 있도록 학습자의 직업에 따라 별도의 질문 리스트를 준비하였고 질문 리스트와 메시지 및 가산점을 조정한다면 다양한 분야에서도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 개인화된 IT 서비스의 트렌드는 학습자를 위한 튜터링 시스템에도 학습자의 능력과 수요를 고려한 개인화된 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지능형 튜터링 시스템을 위해 사용자 프로파일 에이전트(UPA, User Profile Agent) 모델을 제안한다. UPA는 프로세스, 메타데이터, 사용자 인터페이스로 구성되어 있으며, 사용자의 기본 정보와 학력 및 경력 정보, 학습 영역 지식, 개인 능력 측정 정보를 메타데이터에 기반으로 저장한다. 저장된 사용자 프로파일 정보는 에이전트의 프로세스에 의해 가공되어 학습자에게 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 기여할 수 있다. 향후 본 논문의 모형 설계를 기반으로 이러닝 기술 환경의 변화를 반영한 지능화된 지능형 튜터링 시스템 개발에 기여할 수 있도록 연구 발전시키는 것을 목표로 한다.

A Process Tailoring Method Based on Artificial Neural Network (인공신경망 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 테일러링 기법)

  • The key to developing software with the lowest cost and highest quality is to implement or fit the software development process into a given environment. Generally, applying commercial or standard software development processes on a specific project can cause too much overhead if there is no effort to customize the given generic processes. Even though the customizing activities are done before starting the project, these activities are thoroughly dependent on the process engineers who have abundant experience and knowledge with tailoring processes. Owing to this dependence on human knowledge, it has been very difficult to explain the rationale for the results of process tailoring and it takes a long time to get the customized process that is applicable. Hence, we suggest a process tailoring method which adopts the artificial neural network based teaming theory to reduce the time consumed by process tailoring. Furthermore, we suggest the feedback loop mechanism to get higher accuracy in the neural network designed for the process tailoring. It can be done by reusing the process tailoring data results and determining its appropriateness level as sample data to the neural network. We proved the effectiveness of our process tailoring method through case studies using real historical data, which yielded abundant process tailoring results as sample data.
