최근 우리사회는 제반운영기반이 지식에 의존하고 있고 지식의 폭발적인 증가와 더불어 지식의 생명주기 단축이 매우 빠름을 특징으로 하고 있다. 지식의 중요성은 생활의 곳곳에까지도 영향을 미치게 되므로 많은 사람들이 지식사회에 부응하는 학습의 필요성을 절실히 느끼고 있지만 학습내용이 다양하게 개발되어 있지 않고, 또한 어느 학습에 어떻게 참여할지 모르는 경우도 있다. 교육인적자원부에서는 평생학습과 관련된 $\ulcorner$국가인적자원개발 기본계획$\lrcorner$(2001. 12. 7.)과 연계된 평생학습분야의 구체적 실행계획을 마련하기도 하였다. 본 연구에서는 고령화사회에서의 평생학습에 대한 수요는 계속적으로 증가할 것으로 전망하여 “사회통계조사”의 평생학습 참여실태를 검토하였고 그룹간 유사성 모델을 살펴 본 후 향후에는 평생교육이 어디에 중점을 두어야하는지를 밝혔다.

This study explored a possibility of science concept learning in scientific practice-based science instruction through the review of literature about situated learning theories and practice-based science education. It was revealed that the situated learning theories were closely related to the recent trend in science education which emphasizes students' active engagement in scientific practices. From the perspective of situated learning, concept learning occurs in the process in which learners make use of concepts as resources and further develop the concepts through the emergence of conceptual agency during their participation in practices. The study also found that the situated learning perspectives could apply to science concept learning in scientific practice-based instruction: Science concepts are used as resources in practice-based science learning, students can better engage in scientific practices as they take advantage of science concepts as resources, and the emergence of conceptual agency can facilitate science concept learning during the participation in scientific practices. Implications for school science education were suggested.

One of the theoretically and empirically grounded black boxes in HRD and firm performance link is employee' attitudes such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction. However, most studies were conducted with the regression analysis at the organizational level. This study used HLM(hierarchical linear modeling) analysis, which made it possible to estimate more accurate relationship between variables that were measured from two different levels. In addition, this study attempted to open an the black box(learning culture) in the relationship between HRD and employee attitudes. The result showed that the HRD have a positive effect on the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. Also the HRD showed full mediation effect of organization commitment and the job satisfaction on the Learning culture. And the result showed that the HRD in 2007 have a positive effect on employee' attitudes in 2009. These findings concluded that systematic HRD like employee's education and training must be built and also the positive culture for employee's learning like support of management's learning organization must be improved in order to promote the organizational performance(organizational commitment, job satisfaction) in company.

The purposes of this study is to find the differences in middle school students' need and application of resources management and environment according objective and subjective variables. The samples are 415 middle school students in Kangneung. For the statistics analysis of this study, frequency, mean, Cronbach's $\alpha$ coefficient, one way ANOVA, t-test, Duncan Multiple Range's Test were calculated. The results of this study are summarized follows; 1) Middle school students' need of Resources Management and Environment is relatively high, but application is relatively low. 2) Variables that affect middle school students' need of Resources Management and Environment are education of mother, degree of interest in Technology-Home Economics, degree of recognition of Technology-Home Economics and degree of preference for Technology-Home Economics. 3) Variables that affect middle school students' application of Resources Management and Environment are age of father, degree of interest in Technology-Home Economics, degree of recognition of Technology-Home Economics and degree of preference for Technology-Home Economics. 4) Relationship of middle school students' need and application of Resources Management and Environment are positive.

In order to efficiently provide the learning ability for engineering education, electromagnetic field simulator have been developed on lava 2 platform. Each simulation module based on lava applet can be easily utilized with independent platform and provide GUI environment to set up physical conditions. The numerical results using computer animation technique are provided in real time. To aggregate and manage the learning objects, application of SCORM which is e-Learning standards is also studied.

본 연구에서는 자원에의 접근성 측면에서 성인 학습자들의 학습 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 학습자들의 교수-학습 방법, 학습속도, 학습능력, 학습여건 등 개인차가 다른 학습자들에게 다양한 학습선택권을 충분히 보장할 수 있는 e-learning 환경에 대한 고찰과 성인학습이론을 기반으로 성인학습자의 특성에 적합한 교수-학습 전략을 제안 하고자 한다.

This study examined the relationship between entrepreneurship, learning competence and the export performance of international new ventures that enterprises entering foreign markets immediately after starting their business in Korea, and the mediating effect of learning competence. A research framework was developed with two entrepreneurship factors(risk taking and innovativeness), learning competence factors, and export performance. Six hypotheses were proposed and tested on 115 samples using LISREL. Research findings suggest that the two entrepreneurship factors positively influenced learning competence. However, export performance was affected by only innovativeness. Also, the learning competence positively affected export performance. Learning competence was found to mediate between entrepreneurship and export performance.

인터넷이 보편화되고 교육 분야에서도 웹을 이용한 원격 학습에 많은 연구와 기술이 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 e-learning 시스템은 학습 자원의 재사용 문제 등 여러 가지 문제점이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습 컨텐츠의 제작과 학습 관리 시스템의 구현에 있어 학습의 상호 작용성을 높이고 학습자의 개별적인 특성에 알맞게 지능적으로 학습을 지원할 수 있는 학습 관리 로직을 설계한다. 또한 컨텐츠의 재사용을 고려하여 시스템간 상호 운용성을 보장할 수 있는 SCORM 표준을 기반으로 한 학습관리 시스템을 설계한다.

The cloud environment need resource management method that to enable the big data issue and data analysis technology. Existing resource management uses the limited calculation method, therefore concentrated the resource bias problem. To solve this problem, the resource management requires the learning-based scheduling using resource history information. In this paper, we proposes the ART (Adaptive Resonance Theory)-based adaptive resource management. Our proposed method assigns the job to the suitable method with the resource monitoring and history management in cloud computing environment. The proposed method utilizes the unsupervised learning method. Our goal is to improve the data processing and service stability with the adaptive resource management. The propose method allow the systematic management, and utilize the available resource efficiently.

Web-based learning receives much attention as an effective learning method because users can use the learning service at any time from any space. A learning management system(LMS) provides online educational environment among teachers and students, supporting various facilities to deliver educational contents. Since most of the existing LMSs support one-way or limited two-way teaching services among teachers and students, there are a lot of difficulties in performing collaboration among students and/or collaboration among teachers and students. In this paper, we describe the development of collaborative workspaces which provides effective collaborative educational environment on Moodle which is widely accepted as a typical LMS. Through the provided various types of collaborative workspaces, users can easily perform group activities, sharing educational with appropriate access control mechanism.
