본 연구는 비동시적 온라인 토론 환경에서 학습자의 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계를 보다 포괄적으로 규명하기 위한 기초 연구로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 온라인 토론과 관련된 선행연구 분석을 통해 교수학습설계요인, 동기적 요인, 사회-정서적 요인을 영향요인으로 도출하였으며, 영향요인들과 학습자의 인지적 참여(과정)와 학습(결과)간의 구조적 관계를 나타내는 이론적 연구모형을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습을 교사가 교실 수업과 사이버가정학습 시스템을 연계하여 운영함에 있어 어떤 요인이 사이버가정학습에 대한 학습자 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 기술수용모형을 기반으로 Y초등학교 5학년 학생들을 대상으로 6개월간 운영한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 초등학생들에게 사이버가정학습 만족도는 지각된 유용성과 용이성에 의하여 결정되는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기주도적 학습 능력과 학습결과보상기능은 사이버가정학습을 긍정적으로 수용할 수 있는 유용성에 상당한 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다. 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상했던 교육적 효과, 콘텐츠 품질은 만족도를 직접적으로 유발시키는 본질적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있었다. 학습지원기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 상호작용 등 시스템적인 기능이 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 요인들은 단지 콘텐츠의 품질을 향상시키는 효과를 가지며, 이 효과를 통해 교육적 효과를 강화시키는 역할을 수행하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 학습을 지원하는 기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 선생님과 학생 또는 학생 간의 상호작용이 가능하도록 지원하는 모든 시스템적인 기능은 수강생의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치거나 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 본질적이고 핵심적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있다.

The rapid changing technology and globalization allow consumers get information and new products or services faster, have more choices than before, which might be causing more competitive and more uncertain demand. The relationship quality between enterprises positively influence the relational performance. Through this research, enterprises should realize the importance of relationship learning to improve the competitive advantage. Also this research provide the strategic solutions to promote the relationship learning. this is considered to be able to present an improved directionality of the relationship between the buyer and the supplier. In addition, from the perspective of policy, this research provides implications for large enterprises and SMEs to promote their coexistence relation. The empirical model of this paper is established on basis of previous research. The empirical results show that: first, as the influence factors, relation solidarity level, environmental uncertainty, learning intension affect relationship learning, whilst special transaction assets influence information shared and relationship memory and have no effect on mutual understanding; second, relationship learning influence on relational performance and this influence relation becomes stronger if the relationship trust is higher.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 수학학습 부진아 지도에서 테크놀로지의 활용이 가지는 의미를 분석해 보고, 테크놀로지가 공평성의 원리에 입각하여 구체적 조작물로서 부진아의 수학 학습지도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 부진아의 개별지도에 긍정적인 영향이 있는가, 부진아의 수학에 대한 관심과 흥미의 제고 및 학습 개념과 원리를 이해하는 데에 도움이 되는가에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 수학학습 부진아들에게 테크놀로지의 활용 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다. 또한 선행연구의 분석을 통하여 수학학습 부진아들의 발생요인을 종합하였으며, 선정된 대상의 사전조사에 의거해, 수학학습 부진의 원인을 학습자 요인의 인지적 요인인 학습방법 미숙과 교과 요인 가운데 수업 요인인 직접적 개별학습의 부재에 초점을 맞추었다. 연구반에 대한 총 40시간의 수업 실시 후의 연구결과에 의해 테크놀로지가 수학학습 부진아의 치유에 긍정적인 영향이 있다는 가능성을 탐색하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the digital textbook attribute factors on the learning interest and learning satisfaction using the structural equation model. In order to accomplish the purpose, the research was carried out with 325 students of digital textbook research school. Attribute factors of digital textbook are divided into self-concept of subjects and attribute factors of subjects. Self-concept of subjects is consist of superiority feeling and confidence. Attribute factors of subjects is interest, a sense of purpose, accomplishment motive. The results of this study can be summarized that the digital textbook attribute factors on the learning interest are signified confidence, interest, a sense of purpose, accomplishment motive. And the digital textbook attribute factors on the learning interest are signified learning satisfaction.

이 연구는 전자교육에서 성인여성 학습자를 중도탈락에 이르게 하는 요인을 도출하고, 이 중에서 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인을 찾음으로써, 궁극적으로는 수료율을 제고하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 선행연구 분석을 통해 도출된 9가지 요인 중 어떤 요인이 중도탈락에 영향을 미치고, 그 영향력은 얼마인지 알아보기 위해 16개의 설문문항을 구성하여 K 기관의 교육생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 전자교육에서 성인여성 학습자의 중도탈락에 영향을 주는 요인은 결혼 여부, 내적 동기, 교육기관의 지원, 가사와 육아, 학습가능 시간 등 5가지로, 내적 동기, 학습가능 시간, 결혼 여부, 교육기관의 지원, 가사와 육아 순으로 중도탈락에 대한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 학습진행 시 내적 동기의 만족도가 높을수록, 학습 시간의 부담이 적을수록, 미혼이며, 교육기관의 지원에 만족도가 높을수록, 또 가사와 육아에 부담이 적을수록 수료를 할 가능성이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 전자교육에서 성인여성 학습자의 수료율을 제고하기 위해서는 성인여성을 대상으로 한 전자교육 과정 운영 시 결혼 여부, 내적 동기, 교육기관의 지원, 가사와 육아, 학습가능 시간의 요인을 고려해야하며, 그 중 결혼 여부, 가사와 육아부담 등의 여성학습자의 일반적인 특성에 따른 중도탈락을 줄이기 위해서는 교육기관의 역할이 중요하다. 또한, 성인여성 학습자의 중도탈락에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 내적 동기 향상을 위해 과정설계 시 여성학습자 위주의 맞춤형 교수설계전략을 세우는 것이 중요하다. 성인여성 대상 전자교육에서의 학습자 중도탈락 요인들의 인과관계 및 그에 따른 영향력을 분석하는 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 성인여성 학습자의 중도탈락을 줄일 수 있는 실증적인 방법론에 대한 연구를 통해 중도탈락률을 줄이는 것은 물론, 학업성취도 및 만족도를 높이고 나아가서는 여성의 사회진출을 도울 수 있는 연구가 필요하다.

The main purpose of the study is the impacts of applying two dimensions of Learning Organization on Job Satisfaction and the mediating effect of the Self efficacy. As a result, Structural Factor had not positive effect and Human Factor had positive effect on the Job Satisfaction. The mediating effect of Self efficacy had significant effect between Learning Organization and Job Satisfaction. The result of this study is not presented at the existing research. Therefore, tthe supervisor should make efforts to develop skills for the management of learning organization in order to fit the nature of the group members.

본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

In this study, the researcher intends to examine the influence of the class factors of universities for computer accounting education upon learning ability and learning performance, with the current students or the graduates from the universities in Busan and Gyeongnam regions. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows: First, the hypothesis on the influence of the self-efficacy of the students upon class commitment and motivation to participate in learning was supported. Second, commitment and motivation had a significant impact on class performance, while the satisfaction with the class had not an impact on motivation.
