예비창업가의 학습된 무력감과 창업효능감의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 기업가정신의 다중매개역할 (The Multi-path Mediated Effect of Resilience and Entrepreneurship on the Relationship between Learned Helplessness and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 예비창업가의 학습된 무력감, 회복탄력성, 기업가정신 및 창업효능감의 인관관계를 규명하였다. 특히, 학습된 무력감과 창업효능감의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 기업가정신의 다중매개역할을 검증하였다. 경기도에 소재한 4년제 대학의 대학생 154명을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비창업가의 회복탄력성은 기업가정신과 창업효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 예비창업가들의 학습된 무력감은 기업가정신과 창업효능감에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 예비창업가의 회복탄력성은 학습된 무력감과 창업효능감의 관계에서 매개역할을 하였다. 넷째, 예비창업가의 기업가정신은 학습된 무력감과 창업효능감의 관계에서 매개역할을 하였다. 마지막으로 학습된 무력감과 창업효능감의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 기업가정신은 다중 매개역할을 하였다. 즉, 예비창업가들이 지각하는 높은 학습된 무력감은 대학생들의 회복탄력성과 기업가정신을 거쳐 결국 창업효능감을 감소시킨다는 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점, 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

스트레스와 인터넷 및 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계: 학습된 무력감과 지연행동의 매개효과 (Relationship between Stress and Internet·Smartphone Addiction: Mediating Effects of Learned Helplessness and Procrastination)

  • 본 연구는 성인들의 사회 심리적 스트레스와 인터넷 및 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계에서 학습된 무력감과 지연행동의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구대상은 성인 231명(남: 114명, 여: 117명)이었으며, 평균 연령은 27.7세(SD=6.6)였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 스트레스는 인터넷 중독 및 스마트폰 중독과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 스트레스와 인터넷 중독 간의 관계에서 학습된 무력감의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 스트레스와 인터넷 중독 간의 관계에서 학습된 무력감을 통해 지연행동을 거치는 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계에서 학습된 무력감의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 다섯째, 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계에서 학습된 무력감을 통해 지연행동을 거치는 매개효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 스트레스와 인터넷 중독 간의 관계에서 학습된 무력감과 지연행동의 역할을 논의하였다.

군 간부들의 학습된 무력감, 우울, 조직몰입 및 직무열의의 관계: 우울의 매개효과 및 소명감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Relationships of Learned Helplessness, Depression, Organizational Commitment and Job Engagement: Focusing on Depression as a Mediator and Calling as a Moderator)

  • 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 군 간부들의 학습된 무력감이 부정정서인 우울에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이러한 우울이 군 간부들의 직무태도 변인인 조직몰입 및 직무열의에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 과정을 탐색하는 것이었다. 두 번째 목적은 우울과 조직몰입 관계 및 우울과 직무열의 관계에서의 소명감의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 공군 비행단에서 근무하는 직업군인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 학습된 무력감은 우울을 정적으로 예측하였으며, 조직몰입과 직무열의를 부적으로 예측하였다. 또한, 우울은 조직몰입과 직무열의를 부적으로 예측하였다. 둘째, 매개효과 검증 결과 학습된 무력감과 조직몰입 관계에서 우울이 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습된 무력감과 직무열의 사이에서도 우울의 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 우울과 조직몰입 및 직무열의 사이에서 소명감의 조절효과 검증 결과 조직몰입과 직무열의 모두 우울과 소명감의 상호작용이 유의미하게 나타났다. 논의에서는 본 연구 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 시사점, 한계점 및 향후 연구과제에 대해 제안하였다.

학습된 무력감이 류마티스관절염 대상자의 규칙적 운동에 미치는 영향 (Learned Helplessness to Predict Regular Physical Activity among Individuals with Rheumatoid Arthritis)

  • Purpose: Regular physical activity is beneficial in reducing disease activity and morbidity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The purposes of this study were to examine the levels of regular physical activity and learned helplessness and to identify factors influencing in participation in regular physical activity in RA patients. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 210 RA patients in a university-affiliated hospital. Participants completed a questionnaire including demographic and disease-related characteristics, physical activity and learned helplessness. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, $x^2$ tests, t-tests, and multivariate logistic regression analyses. Results: About 23% of RA patients engaged in at least 30 minutes of regular physical activity per week. Patients with being older (OR=1.09, 95%CI=1.03~1.14), no employment status (OR=0.17, 95% CI=0.07~0.42), and lower levels of learned helplessness (OR=0.58, 95% CI=0.34~0.96) had significantly higher chance of engaging in regular physical activity. Conclusion: In developing nursing interventions to promote regular physical activity in RA patients, their learned helplessness should be considered.

대학생의 학습된 무력감에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Learned Helplessness in Undergraduates)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted in order to define factors influencing learned helplessness in undergraduates. Independent variables including external entrapment, internal entrapment, social support, trait anger, state anger, and anger expression were used to predict learned helplessness. Methods: Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. A total of 241 undergraduates recruited from September to November 2012 were included in the study. Results: Four factors of learned helplessness were founded to show significant correlation with external entrapment, internal entrapment, social support, trait anger, state anger and anger expression. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that 64% of the variance in learned helplessness was significantly accounted for by internal entrapment, social support and anger expression. Conclusion: This study showed that perceived entrapment and social support are important predictors of learned helplessness. Therefore, in order to reduce learned helplessness in undergraduates, it is necessary to design an intervention program with strategies to help in coping with and reducing perceived entrapments.

아동의 학습된 무력감과 관련 변인간의 인과관계:아동의 자기능력지각, 스트레스, 모의 양육태도를 중심으로 (The Causal Relations of Children's Learned Helplessness and Related Variables:Focusing on the Children's Perception of Self-Competence, Stress and Mother's Childrearing Attitudes)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze a causal relations of children's learned helplessness, stress, perception of self-competence and mother's childrearing attitudes. The subjects were 370 of 4th and 6th grade in elementary school and the second grade in junior high school in Busan and their's mothers. The instruments used for this study were learned helplessness scale, stress scale, self-perception profile for children, and childrearing attitude scale. The data was analyzed with pearson's correlation, multiple regression and path analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows : 1. Children's global self-worth, social self, age and mother's controlling childrearing attitudes predicted children's stress. 21% of the variance of children's stress was explained by these variables. 2. Children's stress, global self-worth, academic and social self predicted children's learned helplessness. 54% of the variance of children's learned helplessness was explained by these variables. 3. 1) Global self-worth was the first contribution and had a indirect effect through stress as well as a direct effect on children's learned helplessness. 2) Children's stress and academic self had direct effect on children's learned helplessness. 3) Children's social self had a indirect effect through stress as well as a direct effect on children's learned helplessness. 4) Mother's affectionate childrearing attitudes had indirect effect through academic, and social self and global self-worth on children's learned helplessness. Mother's controlling childrearing attitudes had indirect effect through stress on children's learned helplessness. Children's age had a indirect effect through global self-worth and stress and children's sex had a indirect effect through social self on children's learned helplessness.

가정환경, 아동의 자아 평가와 학습된 무력감간의 인과관계 (Investigation on Causal Relationships Between Home Environment, Children's Self-evaluation and Learned Helplessness)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal resationships between children's learned helplessness, self-evaluation and the home environment which included the family's socio-economic status, parent's achieving pressure and maternal child rearing behavior. The results were as follows; The socio-economic status of home influenced on the parent's achieving pressure, maternal child rearing behavior and children's self-evaluation, but didn't influence children's learned helplessness. Parent's achieving pressure had a negative correlation with the maternal child rearing behavior and influenced children's learned helplessness, but did not influence children's self-evaluation. Maternal child rearing behavior influenced children's self-evaluation, but did not influence children's self-evaluation. Maternal child rearing behavior influenced children's self-evaluation, but did not influence children's learned helplessness directly. Children's self-evaluation had the strongest direct impact on children's learned helplessness. This was found to be a mediating factor between home environmental factor and children's learned helplessness.

아동이 지각한 어머니의 양육행동과 자기 평가가 학습된 무력감에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Children's Perceived Maternal Acceptance-Rejection and Self=evaluation on Learned Helplessness)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of children's perception of maternal acceptance-rejection and self-evaluation on learned helplessness. The Subjects were 371 fifth and sixth grade children. The helplessness scale, PAQ, PARQ were used. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, MANOVA, ANOVA and path analysis which was made through multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. The children's perceived maternal acceptance was significantly different depending on their parent's education level. In children's perceived parental rejection, there were gender differences. 2. In the children's self-evaluation, there were an interaction effect determined by the child's sex and the mother's education level, and a main effect of mother's education level. 3. Children's learned helplessness was significantly different depending on their mother's education level. 4. Children's perceived maternal acceptance(β=-0.36, p<.01) and rejection (β=0.17, p<.01) had a direct impact on their self-evaluation. Their self-evaluation(β=0.54, p<.01) and perceived maternal rejection(β=0.16, p<.01) had a direct impact on learned helplessness, but perceived maternal acceptance didn't have a direct impact on learned helplessness.

일기연구를 통한 간호대학 온라인강의 학습정서 탐색 연구 (Exploring Learning Emotions for Online Lectures of Nursing College Learners: Through diary)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19로 인하여 수강방식의 변화를 맞은 간호대학생들의 온라인 강의 경험에 대한 학습정서를 일기를 통해 깊이 있게 탐색하고자 하고자 수행하였다. 목적적 표집법에 따라 4년제 간호 대학생 20명을 대상으로 2020년 11월부터 12월 동안 일기를 온라인으로 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 전통적 내용분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 4개의 주제모음과 17개의 하위주제로 나타났다. 도출된 주제 모음으로는 '온라인 강의에 대한 혼란으로 인한 불안감', '나 자신을 탓하게 됨', '안정된 수업환경 조성이 어려움으로 인한 좌절감', '발전적 인간관계 형성이 없음으로 인한 무력감.'으로 나타났다.
