This study is a descriptive research study to verify the relationship between university students' learning flow, self-directed learning, learning outcomes, and online class satisfaction, and to identify factors that influence online class satisfaction. There was a significant positive correlation between university students' learning flow, self-directed learning, learning outcomes, and online class satisfaction. Online class satisfaction had a positive effect on learning flow and learning outcomes, but self-directed learning had no direct effect. The explanatory power of online class satisfaction was 49%. Based on the above results, in order to increase online class satisfaction, a plan is needed to improve university students' learning flow and learning outcomes for online classes. In addition, instructor and university are required to actively endeavor and support to improve the quality of online classes.

This paper is to make strides toward an enriched understanding of mathematics teacher learning and professional development. Different theoretical frameworks in understanding mathematics teacher learning are reviewed, followed by a discussion of the relationships of knowledge and teaching practice. This paper then analyses contemporary conceptions about effective professional development and, in particular, deals with teacher learning in inquiry communities. This paper introduces a research project describing transition processes from teacher- centered mathematics classroom culture to student-centered culture and analyzing teacher learning in communities and its concomitant change in teaching practice. On the basis of the emerging problems in doing the project, this paper finally addresses some crucial issues on teacher learning and professional development, including the management of an inquiry community, the description of teaching practice from the researcher's perspective, and the analysis of teacher learning in communities.

In many applications, an enormous amount of unlabeled data is available with little cost. Therefore, it is natural to ask whether we can take advantage of these unlabeled data in classification learning. In this paper, we analyzed the role of unlabeled data in the context of naive Bayesian learning. Experimental results show that including unlabeled data as part of training data can significantly improve the performance of classification accuracy. The effect of using unlabeled data is especially important in case labeled data are sparse.

One of the most urgent problems facing 21 century might seem to be a preparation for an advanced education against an information society and have relation to a new information supporting system in teaching as well as leaning. Nevertheless, our educational circumstances have a lot of problems because an effective information supporting contents for teaching and leaning is insufficient. Especially, we've never been making every effort to develope educational contents providing students with a type of information and knowledge database even though the education which come into use internet has been raising a social issue. Therefore, we propose a model of learning contents for supporting www based distance learning system.

A programming language is very important subject in computer science. But it is difficult for many students to learn programming language. New pedagogical methods and techniques to help students to learn programming are needed. In this paper, we investigated the effects of Pair Programming, and we proposed a Pair programming strategy to improve programming skills. This paper examined the proposed Pair programming strategy. A empirical study showed the proposed teaching and learning strategy has positive effects on achievement and motivated strategies in programming course. Four factors - critical thinking, metacognitive reflection, effort regulation, and peer learning - have positive effects in learning strategies. The proposed Pair Programming strategy improves programming learning and motivated strategies.

최근 세계경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률의 하락을 경험하고 있는 가운데, 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생시키고 생산방식의 변화와 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 것을 모두 공감하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업의 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 학습역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 학습민첩성과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 탐험과 활용을 하는 양손잡이 조직구조가 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 조직구성원의 학습민첩성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 양손잡이 조직구조의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 벤처기업의 양손잡이 구조를 증진하고, 증진된 양손잡이 구조가 학습민첩성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 환경 하에서 조직의 지속적인 성장과 생존을 위해 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는, 그리고 조직 내의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 학습민첩성(Learning Agility)을 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

In this research, we observed how students perform as they followed the teachers' instruction, and consequently perform their realized potential. As the accountability of school education is emphasized, various attempts try to disconnect the vicious cycle of producing low achievers. Efforts are allocated into developing a method to minimize cumulative effect of the lag in educational benefit by focusing on the elementary education. Based on the 2007 revised curriculum, mathematics achievement level and assessment criteria were developed. These criteria were used to standardize the course and assessment objectives for 4th through 6th grade students' mathematics studies, and to assess lower performing students and the lag in their mathematical understanding. The educational materials and assessment criteria can be expected to lead lower performing students by giving them the personalized lesson plans to minimize the lag of mathematical understanding, and eventually expedite their progress and prevent cumulative effect of the lag in the following curriculum.

As the e-learning market expands, interest in customized education for learners based on artificial intelligence is increasing. Customized education for learners requires essential components such as a large amount of data and learning contents for learner analysis, and it requires time and cost efforts to collect such data. In this paper, to enable efficient learner-tailored learning even in small learning groups, unstructured learner data was analyzed using python modules, and a learning algorithm was presented based on this. Through the analysis of the unstructured learning data presented in this paper, it is possible to quantify and measure the unstructured data related to learning, and the accuracy of more than 80% was confirmed when analyzing keywords for providing customized education for learners.

In this paper, I propose the level of satisfaction with online classes of nursing students and its influencing factors. The participants was 175 nursing students who had enrolled in H university located at Chungcheongbuk-do. The data was collected using a questionnaire which consisted of satisfaction with online classes, learner's efforts, instructor's efforts, interpersonal interaction, and university's supports. The mean score for satisfaction with online classes(scores ranged form 1 to 5) was 3.99. The influencing factors of satisfaction with online classes were intention of using online(p<.001), academic achievement(p=.003), instructor's effort(p=.038), and evaluation of class and management(p=.044), and its explanatory power was 50.2%. The most important things to improve online learning were instructor in problem of operation and server capacity and sound in problem of techniques. Based on the theses results, in order to increase satisfaction with online classes, it is needed to develop strategies to improve intention of using online and academic achievement. Also, instructor's efforts and university's active supports were considered to increase satisfaction with online classes among nursing students.

As federated learning brings a large paradigm to modern artificial intelligence research, efforts are being made to incorporate federated learning into research in various fields. However, researchers who apply federated learning face the problem of choosing a federated learning framework and benchmark tool suitable for their situation and purpose. This study aims to present guidelines for selection of federated learning frameworks and benchmark tools considering the circumstances of researchers who apply federated learning in practice. In particular, there are three main contributions in this study. First, it generalizes the situation of the researcher applying federated learning by combining it with the goal of federated learning and proposes guidelines for selecting a federated learning framework suitable for each situation. Second, it shows the suitability of selection by comparing the characteristics and performance of each federated learning framework to the researcher. Finally, the limitations of the existing federated learning framework and a plan for real-world federated learning operation are proposed.
