In this paper, we design an intelligent loaming management logics which provide personalized teaming considering adaptive learning content dement and content sequencing. We enhance the existing functional model including adaptive learning management functions. Also, we present a system architecture to implement the adaptive learning management system. We realize the adaptive teaming management system based on the SCORM run-time engine.

본 논문에서는 학습관리 시스템 서비스 형태에 따른 특징들을 살펴보고, 메타버스에서 서비스되고 있는 학습관리 시스템의 특징을 통해서 비대면 원격 교육 시스템에서 이루어지고 있는 학습의 특징과 방향성에 대해서 알아본다. 그리고 향후 메타버스 학습관리 시스템의 실효성에 대한 연구 방향성의 기준을 제시한다.

인터넷이 보편화되고 교육 분야에서도 웹을 이용한 원격 학습에 많은 연구와 기술이 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 e-learning 시스템은 학습 자원의 재사용 문제 등 여러 가지 문제점이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습 컨텐츠의 제작과 학습 관리 시스템의 구현에 있어 학습의 상호 작용성을 높이고 학습자의 개별적인 특성에 알맞게 지능적으로 학습을 지원할 수 있는 학습 관리 로직을 설계한다. 또한 컨텐츠의 재사용을 고려하여 시스템간 상호 운용성을 보장할 수 있는 SCORM 표준을 기반으로 한 학습관리 시스템을 설계한다.

IIn this paper, we developed e-Leaning system based on open source software. We selected the Moodle that after compared the open source learning management systems. Moodle is APM(Apache, PHP, MySQL) based learning management system(LMS) support SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model), a software package designed to help educators create quality online courses. One of the main advantages of Moodle over other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy. Also we integrated Moodle and legacy systems such as streaming service, webhard service, and short message service. Therefore this research showed that open source based e-Learning system include learning management system is stable and possible.

The main purpose of this study was to develop a mobile platform that supported college students to become self-regulated learners, and to examine its effects on students' academic achievement and self-regulated learning abilities. For this purpose, a mobile platform was designed and developed through the steps of systems approach. All the sub-steps were monitored and pilot-tested. The mobile platform incorporated a number of features designed specifically for the self-regulation components, with the intention of enhancing students' academic achievement and self-regulated learning abilities. Finally, research results suggested that students were taking advantage of the mobile platform that supported students' self-regulated learning. There were statically significant differences in academic achievement according to the type of mobile platform, F(1,133)=1767.202, P<.001

최근 초고속 통신망과 같은 우리나라의 발달된 인터넷 인프라를 활용할 수 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 활발히 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 콘텐츠와 평가를 포함한 교수,학습 활동 계획을 관리할 수 있는 ICT 교육 통합 지원 시스템을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 개발되고 중앙교수학습센터 및 시,도 교수학습 지원센터 등에서 제공되고 공유되는 학습자료를 활용하기 위해 KERIS 등에서 제시한 표준을 본 시스템의 설계에 반영하였다. 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 모듈은 학습객체를 분류 저장 데이터베이스화 하였으며 실제 활용이 매우 쉬어 특별한 훈련이나 교육을 받지 않아도 기초적인 수준의 PC 활용 능력만 있다면 누구나 쉽게 교수,학습 콘텐츠를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 기 개발된 학습객체의 재사용으로 인한 효율성 증가는 물론 교과, 단원 학습 주제별로 구조화하여 저장 관리하여 교사의 교수활동 준비 시간을 줄임으로써 실제 학교 현장에서 활용하여 ICT 활용 교수,학습 활동 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Today the web-based learning management information systems are developed as forms of many ordered learning information systems acting up to the personal characteristics, but the previous systems have difficulty in their mutual working, maintaining, and repairing between the systems, because of their one-sided "push" method or reuse of the contents. Also they were not managed together having the dissimilar learning management systems each. Therefore, I made up for the weak points of the previous systems and embodied the international standard SCORM-based ordered learning management information systems. After adapting to sequencing contents, all systems are supplied; giving lectures, solving the problems, evaluating the learners and the function of successive personalization learning based on the result of the learner evaluation systems.

As cyber education using e-Learning system is expanded, various Learning Contents has been created to satisfy the demand of various students. But since it takes long time and spends high cost to create e-Learning contents, it is hard to satisfy the demand of various students. To solve this problem standardizations of the Learning Contents and researches of Learning Contents Metadata are focused in reusability of Learning Contents and information retrieval of Learning Contents. In this paper to improve manageability and retrievability, legacy version control and document management system are introduced. Based on existing version control and document management system, we developed automated history control system. To conveniently provide retrieval, inquiry and integrating of Learning Contents, we researched Learning Contents Management System based on SOA to easily approach with the Learning Contents Management Server which is dispersed on wide area

SCORM은 웹 환경에 존재하는 다양한 학습관리시스템 간에 표준화 된 컨텐츠 모델을 제시함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 호환성을 보장하고 재사용성을 높이고자 하는 표준이다. 하지만 기존의 SCORM 기반학습관리시스템은 학습 리소스의 공유를 위한 기반은 제공하지만 학습 컨텐츠의 세부적인 학습 내용과 학습 문맥을 표현하고, 이를 공유할 수 있는 방안은 제시해 주지 못한다.본 논문에서는 지식 관리 기술인 시맨틱 웹의 RDF를 사용하여 학습 메타데이터를 표현하고, 이를 통합 관리할 수 있는 학습 메타 데이터 관리 서비스를 기존 학습관리시스템과 연동될 수 있는 모듈로서 제안한다. 또한 SCO에 포함될 수 있는 RDF기반 특징정보 파일을 정의하고, 저장된 학습 메타데이터를 SOAP 프로토콜을 통하여 외부 학습관리시스템과 공유할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.이를 기반으로 교수자는 학습 주제와 관련된 컨텐츠를 검색하여 새로운 학습 컨텐츠를 제작 할 수 있으며, 학습자는 의미 기반 검색을 통하여 다양한 학습 컨텐츠와 능동적인 학습 환경을 체험 할 수 있다.

최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 학교 교육 현장에서는 미래형 교육을 위한 새로운 노력들이 시도되고 있다. u-러닝 (Ubiquitous Learning)으로 일컬어지는 이러한 교육을 이끌어가는 도구로서 UMPC (Ultra Mobile Personal Computer)는 기존 PC로 할 수 있는 모든 것을 가능케 하면서 나아가 휴대성과 이동성의 장점까지 겸비해 최근 급부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 동향을 반영하여 평생학습 사회에서 누적된 학습을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있도록 UMPC를 기반으로 한 학습 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 장점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기조절학습 이론의 자기조절학습 전략을 적용함으로써 학습자가 능동적이고 자기주도적으로 학습을 점검하고 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 둘째, 복잡하고 불필요한 기능을 배제하고 기존의 학습 자원과 도구를 최대한 활용하여 시스템의 편의성을 높임으로써 바쁜 일상에서도 간단하게 사용할 수 있는 학습 관리 및 생활 관리 도우미의 역할을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 자기 학습에 대한 피드백을 지속적으로 할 수 있도록 도와줌으로써 궁극적으로 학업 성취 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 하였다.
