금년 7월 1일부터 개정 시행되는 품질경영촉진 및 공산품안전관리범파, 2002 년 7 월 1 일부터 시행되는 제조물책임(Product Liability； PL)법으로 인하여 제품의 안전성을 제고하기 위한 노력이 정부와 기업. 학계에서 다각도로 진행중이다. 그러나, 그 추진방향들이 아직 제각각이어서 하나의 조직적인 체계를 갖추진 못하고 있다. 그 이유는 제조물책임에 대응하기 위한 제품안전성 향상이 어느 한 분야의 활동으로는 충족시킬 수 없기 때문이지만, 기본적으로는 제품안전이 담당하여야 하는 책임의 범위가 어디까지인지 기업을 비롯한 관계자들이 명확히 이해하고 있지 못하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 관련하여, 기존에 이미 시행착오를 겪은 선진국들의 소송사례를 중심으로 제품결함 중 어느 부분에 문제가 제기되는가를 살펴보고, 그 대응책을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 제조물책임법의 제정 취지와 법에서 정하고 있는 책임범위가 어디까지인지를 살펴보고, 선진국의 소송사례를 중심으로 그 적용범위를 확인하였다 또한 제조물책임에 대응하기 위한 방법이 어떻게 진행되는지를 살펴보고, 그 중 제품 안전성 (Product Safety) 을 향상시키기 위하여 신뢰성이나 품질측면에서 경영상의 어떤 노력이 경주되어야 하는가를 검토하였다. 한편, 리스크 관리상의 리스크 분석과 위험성 분석과의 관계, 위험성 분석의 기법들, 위험성 분석기법의 선정요령, 제품의 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 기존의 위험성 분석기법을 어떻게 활용할 것인가, 적용상의 문제점은 없는가 검토하였다. 마지막으로, 현재 기업들이 가장 소홀하게 대응하고 있는 표시상의 결함에 대하여 소송 및 보상사례를 살펴보고, 그에 대한 대책으로서 픽토그램, 라벨, 경고문구, 그리고 사용설명서의 작성 및 표시 방안에 대하여 대응방안을 고찰하였다. 용융이 발생될 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 현상을 방지하기 위해서는 진공 분위기 하에서 적절한 접합 틈새를 유지할 수 있는 공정 및 장비의 개발이 필요하다.(Icing화) 문제가 발생하기 때문에 배기가스의 Icing을 방지하기 위하여 압축기 끝단에서 공기를 추출하여 배기부분에 송출할 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 출구가스의 기체 유동속도가 매우 빠르므로 (100-l10m.sec) 이를 완화하기 위한 디퓨저의 설계가 요구된다고 판단된다. 또 연소기 후방에 물을 주입하는 경우 열교환기 및 기타 부분품에 발생할 수 있는 부식 및 열교환 효율 저하도 간과할 수 없는 문제로 파악되었다. 이러한 기술적 문제가 적절히 해결되는 경우 비활성 가스 제너레이터는 민수용으로는 대형 빌딩, 산림, 유조선 등의 화재에 매우 적절히 사용되어 질 수 있을 뿐 아니라 군사적으로도 군사작전 중 및 공군 기지의 화재 그리고 지하벙커에 설치되어 있는 고급 첨단 군사 장비 등의 화재 뿐 아니라 대간첩작전 등에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.가 작으며, 본 연소관에 충전된 RDX/AP계 추진제의 경우 추진제의 습기투과에 의한 추진제 물성 변화는 미미한 것으로 나타났다.의 향상으로, 음성개선에 효과적이라고 사료되었으며, 이 방법이 편측 성대마비 환자의 효과적인 음성개선의 치료방법의 하나로 응용될 수 있으리라 생각된다..7%), 혈액투석, 식도부분절제술 및 위루술·위회장문합술을 시행한 경우가 각 1례(2.9%)씩이었다. 13) 심각한 합병증은 9례(26.5%)에서 보였는데 그중 식도협착증이 6례(17.6%), 급성신부전증 1례(2.9%), 종격동기흉과 폐염이 병발한 경우와 폐염이 각 1례(2.9%)였다. 14) 식도경 시행회수는 1회가 17례(54.8%), 2회가 9례(29.0%), 3회 이상이

In this study, literatures concerning the scientifically gifted/talented were identified through exploration of ERIC(Education Research Information Center) and then categorized. Existing educational programs for the scientifically gifted/talented were analyzed to aid in development and progress of education program of the scientifically gifted/talented. The followings are the results of this study 1. Exploration of ERIC from 1981 to 1997 showed 150 documents related to the scientifically gifted/talented and of those found there were 63 scientifically gifted/talented education program documents which accounts for 42.0%. 2. 42.0% of documents related to the scientifically gifted/talented and 65.1% of education program for the scientifically gifted/talented were in the publication type of journal articles. 3. 60.0% of documents related to the scientifically gifted/talented and 68.3% of education program for the scientifically gifted/talented were in the type of paper of reports. 4. 71.4% of education programs for the gifted/talented was centered around scientifically gifted/talented students in middle or high school. 5. 52.4% of education programs for the scientifically gifted/talented was being carried out as an supplementary enrichment education program such as summer programs or short term projects. Education programs for the scientifically gifted/talented carried out as a regular class accounted for 38.1%. 6. Systems like Mentorship System and Internship System is being well carried out due to good interrelationships between universities and institutions. There were many programs encouraging majors and careers in science related fields. 7. Individualized education, which is effective in teaching the scientifically gifted/talented whose abilities, interests, and attitudes differ, is being well carried out.

TPM program, which is a methodology for improving the management results through the management innovation activity of a company, has been widely introduced in the field of a service industry as well as a manufacturing industry. The main purpose of this study is to present the theoretical model by the relationship between active factors of TPM program and management results for a productivity increase, and to investigate the direct and indirect effects on the management of a company through a parametric study. A questionnaire survey of 300 companies that presently utilize the TPM program has been conducted. In order to verify the validity and the reliability of the contents of the questionnaire survey, a confirmatory factor analysis has been done. A frequency analysis has also been performed to examine the characteristics of the respondent. The factor analysis and the frequency analysis were done by using SAS Ver. 8.2, and the verification of a research model was done by using LISREL Ver. 8.52. The active factors of TPM in the research model consist of 'an independent preservation', 'an individual improvement', 'a planned reservation' and 'an education & training'. Among those active factors, the individual improvement and the education & training significantly influence on the facility efficiency and the organization and personnel management. The organization and personnel management has a greater influence on the management results. Therefore, the education and training for employes is most important for the improvement of the management results through TPM program, and the individual improvement activity is also important.

이 연구는 고등학교 지구과학 탐구활동에서 소그룹활동을 학생들의 대화를 중심으로 분석하고, 반성적 탐구활동이 교육과정별로 어떤 차이를 보이고 소그룹내의 상호작용특성에 따라 반성적 탐구양식의 차이가 어떠한지 알아보는 것이다. 그럼으로써 학생들이 어떤 반성적 탐구양식을 보이며 어떻게 발달시키는지에 관한 이해를 제공하고, 수업속의 맥락은 이러한 반성적 탐구학습을 증진시키고 억압하기위해서 어떻게 상호작용 하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 대한 연구문제로 소그룹을 이용한 탐구활동 수업과 반성적 탐구활동수업 중 반성적 에피소드의 차이가 있는가, 소그룹내의 그룹상호작용의 특징에 따른 반성적 탐구유형의 차이는 있는가를 설정하였다. 이를 위해 고등학교 1학년 2개 학급을 선정 기존의 우리나라 교육과정에 의거한 탐구활동수업 4차시, 반성적 탐구교육과정 수업 4차시를 각각 실시하고 수업을 녹화 전사해서 언어행동 분석틀과 반성적 탐구의 3가지 맥락을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 두 교육과정 모두 도입에서 두 교육과정 모두 A-AD맥락의 반성적 탐구가 전형적으로 자주 나타나며, 반성적 탐구 교육과정수업에서는 AD-SR가 주로 나오는 것으로 보아 과제활동초기에 역할 분담과 과제 활동의 전략을 세우며, 전략을 세울 때 영역개념을 이용하는 것을 안수 있었다. 우리나라 교육과정 수업에서는 반성적 탐구진술이 간단하고 계획과정이 짧으며, 주로 과제 맥락 내에서 반성적 탐구를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 전개부분에서는 두 교육과정모두 DI-DP, DI-A맥락의 반성적 탐구가 나타나 자료 항목과 자료 패턴 그리고 인공물과 관련시키는 반성적 탐구가 공통적으로 나타나며 반성적 교육과정수업에서는 대체로 자료 맥락의 영역개념과 과제 맥락을 연결시키는 반성적 탐구가 잘 나타나고 있다. 반면 우리나라 교육과정에서 주로 과제 맥락 내에서 반성적 탐구가 나타났다. 정리단계에서는 반성적 교육과정 수업에서는 DC-DP가 주로 나타났으며 우리나라 교육과정수업에서는 DC-DP DP-AD맥락의 반성적 탐구가 나타났다. 정리활동에서 우리나라 교육과정은 반성적 교육과정보다 자료 맥락의 영역개념을 더 자주 이용하고 다양한 맥락의 반성적 탐구가 나오고 있으며, 이는 우리나라 교육과정의 학습지의 활동이나 문제는 학생들에게 익숙하고, 자료 패턴을 가지고 행동결정으로 연결짓는 활동이 명확히 제시되었기 때문이라고 판단된다. 두 그룹의 상호작용 특징에 따른 반성적 탐구의 성향의 차이는 도입단계에서 그룹의 특징과 상관없이 A-AD, AD-SR맥락의 반성적 탐구가 나왔으며 전개와 정리단계에서는 N그룹에서는 DP와 관련된 의미 있는 반성적 탐구가 나오는 반면 M그룹에서는 이러한 맥락의 반성적 탐구는 아주 드물게 나타나며, GN과 관련된 행동결정이 자주 보이고 있었다. 정리활동시 주로 하는 기록 활동에서 N그룹에서는 다양한 맥락에서 반성적 탐구를 하고 있는 것에 비해 비교 그룹에서는 서로 견제하고 확인하는 상호작용의 특징에서 나타나는 AD-SR맥락의 반성적 탐구가 자주 나타났다. 반성적 탐구 척도 두 그룹을 비교 했을 때 CON 상호작용의 특징이 낮게 나타나는 N그룹이 양적으로 그리고 내용적으로 더 의미 있는 반성적 탐구를 했다

The drinking water in the apartment is stored in reservior tank and thereafter supplied each household. In case the drinking water is stored too long or insanitary, tap water might change in quality. This study was carried out to evaluate the physico-chemical and microbiological conditions of 36 samples of tap water of apartments compared to 18 samples of tap water of independence houses in Taegu City from May to October, 1987. Main findings are summarized as follows : PH values were within normal range in all samples. Samples less than 0.2ppm in residual chlorine accounted for 16.7% in the appartment and 5.6% in the independence house. Nitrite nitrogen was detected 2.8% of apartment samples only. Among the total of 54 samples, 11.1% of the apartment and independence samples were over the normal value in standard plate count. Samples more than 1.8 of most probable number(MPN) accounted for 27.8% in the apartment and 33.3% in the independence house. In result of test for residual chlorine, nitrite nitrogen, standard plate count, and MPN, the proportion of the samples revealed inappropriated in respect of drinking water standards. In case of all sorts of tests was 2.7% in apartment and nothing in independence houses, in case of 3 sorts of tests was 2.7% in apartment and 5.6% in independence houses, in case of 2 sorts of tests was 8.3% in apartment and 5.6% in independence houses, and in case of only 1 test was 25.0% in apartment and 22.2% in independence houses. Correlation between residual chlorine and standard plate count, and between standard plate count and MPN were observed. It was found that the more years since construction of apartment were, the worse tap water was in quality.
