This study aims to review the possibility of OA to international journal articles cited by researchers of the library and information science field in Korea. For this, the international journal articless cited to the articles (1,543) of the Korean Society for Information Management were collected, and the investigation was carried out regarding the OA policy of the international journals and the status of journals that can be open to the public through the OA according to the OA policy. In addition, this study analyzed the actual accessibility by utilizing the OA finders (Google Scholar, Unpaywall, OA Button). The analysis result indicated that the majority of the international journals were using the green OA policy. Also, 1,476 journal articles which is 95.4% of the total international journal articles were allowed to be accessed officially with the OA. The results of reviewing the actual accessibility rate of the journal articles open to the public through the use of the OA finders indicated that accessibility was up to 68% when using Google Scholar, and the maximum accessibility rate was 72% when mixing the OA finders. Among the OA finders, Google Scholar had the greatest OA accessibility rate, but it was desirable to mix the OA finders in order to expand the OA accessibility rate to the maximum level.

도서관 정보시스템에 대한 평가 논문중에서 최종이용자를 대상으로 하여 검색기능의 성능을 평가한 논문은 많이 볼 수 있으나, 또 다른 이용자 계층인 사서를 대상으로하여 업무를 수행함에 있어서 전산화가 작업효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 소프트웨어 평가논문은 미비하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 도서관 정보시스템의 또 다른 이용자 계층인 사서에 초점을 맞추고, 사서의 작업행태를 조사분석하여 소프트웨어의 보완점과 개선점을 파악하여 업무의 효율성을 높이고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 사용자의 상품에 대한 평점 정보와 상품의 컨텐츠 정보를 모두 이용하는 하이브리드 추천 모델에 대해서 논의한다. 기존 논문들과는 다르게, 본 논문은 추천의 정확도를 높이기 위해 사용자가 상품의 컨텐츠 (예를 들면, 영화의 장르 또는 상품의 카테고리 등) 에 가질 수 있는 선호도를 예측하고, 이를 추가적으로 활용할 수 있는 딥러닝 기반의 추천 모델을 제안한다. 실세계의 데이터를 이용해서 제안하는 방법의 우수성을 보인다.

현재 KISTI에서 사용하고 있는 DOI번호 부여규칙은 일반적인 저널의 형식에 근거하여 부여할 수 있게 되어 있다. 하지만, 논문의 디지털화가 진행되면서 그리고 출판형태가 다변화되면서 기존의 DOI 부여규칙과는 다른 DOI번호부여규칙의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 과학 분야 논문 중 신속한 유통을 위해 인쇄저널로 출판되기 전에 미리 웹상에서 서비스되고 있는 저널인 경우 새로운 DOI번호 부여규칙 체계를 마련하여 시스템을 통해 학회나 기관이 적용할 수 있도록 했으며, 식별자로서 DOI번호의 중복을 방지하기 위한 지원시스템도 구현하였다. 외국의 DOI번호 부여 방식사례를 통해 새로운 DOI 부여규칙방안을 제시하였고 학회나 기관이 시스템을 통해 직접 DOI번호를 생성하고 중복 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 지원시스템을 연구하고 구현하였다.

인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 사용자가 정보와 지식의 접근이 용이 해진 반면, 방대한 정보의 과 부화로 인하여 데이터의 신뢰성이 문제시 되고 있다. 특히, 기존의 학술 연구와 관련된 논문 데이터 검색에 있어서, 사용자의 요구 사항에 정확히 부합하는 결과물을 제공하는 데는 많은 한계를 가진다. 본 연구는 기존의 단순 키워드 매칭 검색의 한계를 넘어서, 레퍼런스와 인용 논문을 활용한 내용 기반 검색 방법론을 제안 한다.

The Science and Technology Information Service provided by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is a service designed to allow users to easily and conveniently search and view content that is built similar to the general information service. NDSL is KISTI's core science, technology and information service, providing about 138 million content and having about 93 million page views in a year of 2019. In this paper, various insights were derived through the analysis of how science and technology information such as academic papers, reports and patents provided by NDSL is searched and utilized through web services (https://www.ndsl.kr) and search query words. In addition to general statistics such as the status of content construction, utilization status and utilization methods by type of content, monthly/weekly/time-of-day content usage, content view rate per one-time search by content type, the comparison of the use status of academic papers by year, the relationship between the utilization of domestic academic papers and the KCI index we analyzed the usability of each content type, such as academic papers and patents. We analyzed query words such as the language form of query words, the number of words of query words, and the relationship between query words and timeliness by content type. Based on the results of these analyses, we would like to propose ways to improve the service. We suggest that NDSL improvements include ways to dynamically reflect the results of content utilization behavior in the search results rankings, to extend query and to establish profile information through non-login user identification for targeted services.

학술정보에 무료로 접근할 수 있고 적합한 용도에서 자유롭게 다운로드, 복제, 검색, 인쇄, 링크 등이 가능하도록 하는 오픈액세스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 학술기관은 연구결과물의 노출과 인용을 위하여 여러 가지 방법을 통하여 원문제공서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 국내 대학부설연구소가 발행하는 학술지 중 KCI에 등재되어있는 학술지의 원문제공서비스 유형과 현황, 그리고 게재 논문의 저작권 소유주체를 살펴보고 이를 통해 대학부설연구소 학술지의 오픈액세스 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

This study aims to develop and evaluate the authority data-based academic retrieval system that may provide search tools and additional information for search of academic papers with users. To evaluate the usability of authority data-based academic paper search system, this work studied 60 subjects who had experienced the academic paper service to measure their satisfaction on both search efficiency and system usability and additionally analyzed whether the difference between search efficiency and system availability is significant in the experimental search system among user groups. As a result, the authority data-based academic paper search system was analyzed to show a higher search efficiency and user satisfaction than the ordinary system.

Until now, there have been various kinds of science information databsae which databased the science technology information, but they do not satisfy the aspiration of the users. Therefore, in the position of the users, it suggests the technology information space as a now paradigm, which supplement the function of science information DB. ICPIS which inputs described papers with keywords, offers the itemized summary of these contents, the visual indication and comparison of similar thesis, and it also supplises the abundant summary information, survey information, more than ten volumes of info communication thesis with starting the casual relation extraction for the users, playing a significant role in ICPIS is called KP, and it is package of domain knowledge that unifies the extraction and structure narration of the technology information. ICPIS extracts the technology information among the thesis that are deserved by the natural language treatment in the itemized KP keywords described, and form the prescribed summary structure in KP.

시맨틱 웹은 인간이 이해하는 것처럼 웹 문서의 의미를 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Annotation Editor를 사용하여 논문에 대한 RDF 메타데이타의 자동 생성 방법을 제안한다. 사용자가 논문을 주석 처리할 때, 문서에 대한 특징을 추출하고 온토로지 인터페이스를 사용하여 문서를 분류한다. 구현된 시스템을 통해 사용자는 추출된 메타데이타를 메타데이타 뷰를 통해 수정하고 RDF Store로 저장할 수 있으며, 주석 뷰를 통하여 수동으로 RDF 메타데이타를 입력할 수 있다. 본 논문은 검색 엔진을 통하여 논문 검색 시 전체 내용보다 RDF 메타데이타 정보만으로 효율적인 검색을 할 수 있는 방법에 초점을 둔다.
