This study aims to find out the employment effectiveness of employment preparation activities that college students experience, especially focused on analyzing employment effects of college employment-related activities such as career choice and employment support program, along with individual preparation activities such as qualification, vocational training, etc. It performed binary logistic regression analysis using 2011 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey data of 3,249 college graduates. The results showed that In college characteristics, the higher grade point average was and the more college was located in non-metropolitan area, the higher employment probability was. In the case of major field, Medicine, Education, Engineering, Social Science, Natural science in highest first order had employment probability higher than the reference group. The results showed that the number of qualification, interview skill & resume description skill program participation, and job search experience before and after graduation among employment preparation activities had an effect on employment. The rest, that is, vocational training, career employment curriculum, work experience program, career counseling program, employment camp, in-school job experience, employment goal status before graduation did not have an direct effect on employment.

The purpose of this study is to identify the Issues of the survey on employment status at the vocational high school. For this, 19 chief teachers of employment department were interviewed with the validity of the concept of employment, the appropriateness of the survey period, the effectiveness of the survey method, and the usefulness of the survey output. The main results of research were as follows. First, in the survey of current employment situation, employment is a low standard to be recognized as an ordinary standard, and the employment counts not linked to DB are likely to be inaccurate. Second, regarding the period of employment, the current February survey is difficult to distinguish between field study and employment, and there is a limit to the study of full employment. Third, the present method has limitations on reliability and work efficiency in the survey method. Fourth, current output is not useful for school use in relation to survey output.

This study was done to identify the relationship of Major satisfaction, employment stress, depression and to identify the factors influencing depression for 196 College Students who agreed to participate in the study. Date were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0. A negative correlation was found between major satisfaction and depression, positive correlation was found between employment stress and depression. The predicting factors for depression were major satisfaction and employment stress. Those factors accounted for 26.0% of depression. The fallow-up survey about various factors influencing college student's depression is needed and prevent depression program for developing depression are controled.

We surveyed perceptions of faculty, students, and enterprisers in engineering about gender issue in engineering. A total of 59 faculty members, 335 students (226 male, 109 female) of Korea National University of Transportation, and 28 employers of Chungbuk location were selected. The 25 survey questions for faculty, 30 for students, and 5 for employers were made. The analysis methods used included ${\chi}^2$ for cross analysis method. The results showed that faculty in general perceived differences between genders. They also perceived that women engineering students has a lack of leadership and low possibility of success in career in engineering. Also, they perceived disadvantages in application processes of women students. However, they expressed they did not reflect those factors in teaching and career advices. Women engineering majors showed low confidence in getting a job and success in career. They also thought they had no opportunities to gender-sensitive education in engineering courses. They were also very negative toward aptitude in engineering. These results were very similar to those of faculty. On the other hand, men students showed very low awareness of their women peers' perceptions. The perception of enterprisers was also different from faculty and students. These results indicate that there should be changes in perceptions of faculty and students in engineering for employments. For better education for women engineering majors, further research is needed.

The purpose of this study is to identify the personal characteristics of college students participating in leisure activities and the impact of their leisure experience on job-seeking Stress, To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 264 university students participant using purposeful sampling method for 2 months from september to october of 2019. Using questionnaires stratified cluster random sampling in university students in C city. Studies have shown that first, looking at gender, women receive more academic stress than men. Second, looking at the results of the school year, the first and fourth graders received more personality stress than the second and third graders. Third, if you look at the results of the major category, it turns out that students in the natural major receive more personality stress than in the social major category. In addition, students in the humanities major are more stressed out about the Family environment stress than in the natural major. Fourth, if you look at the results of the allowance, students who receive 400,000 won to 500,000 won and those who receive 100,000 won to 200,000 won or less are under stress from the family environment stress than those who receive 500,000 won or more. Fifth, if you look at the results of your experience in leisure activities, the more experience you have in leisure Therefore, college students will have to lay the groundwork for self-control through various leisure activities for job stress. activities, the lower your job-seeking Stress.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 정규 수업과 병행하여 운영된 수준별 맞춤형 프로그램에 참여한 학습자들의 프로그래밍 능력 향상을 평가하고자 한다. 수준별 맞춤형 프로그램으로 수준별 전공스터디와 피어 튜터링 프로그램을 운영하고, 참여 학생들이 별도 학습을 통해 얼마나 실력 향상이 되었는지 평가하기 위해 프로그램 참여자들과 비참여자들의 상대적인 성적 변화를 분석한다. 나아가 참여 학생들이 졸업 후의 취업률과 취업 분야 그리고 고용상태도 분석함으로써 학생들의 실력 향상이 원하는 분야로의 취업에 얼마나 기여했는지도 분석해본다.

To advance the competitiveness of dental hygienist students, the concept of 'employment competitiveness index' was introduced. By utilizing the index, the preparedness of employment and awareness of employment was studied, to enhance the understandings of students' career and preparations for employment. Both hypothesis 1-basic contents of a student's resume or so-called "specifications" and employment competitiveness index have positive correlation-and hypothesis 2-the 'inspirational factors' and employment competitiveness index have positive correlation-were accepted. Among the 'basic factors', attractiveness and foreign language scored the least while understanding of employers, certificates, and job experiences scored the least among the inspirational factors category. Using this study, various organizations such as universities will be able to provide better guidelines regarding employment or career. In conclusion, this study aims to provide advanced, effective and competitive guidelines for dental hygienist curriculum planning, developing non-curriculum courses, special lectures, and providing advice regarding employment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze students' expectation for specialized subjects teacher's role of technical high school. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. A survey questionnaire was developed by researcher to collect the information needed for the study. It consists of 15 items. 428 questionnaires were used for analysis. A chi squared test was used for data analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, when specialized subjects teachers lecture major theory subject classes, students of technical high school wanted it to be according to their level. Their practical class preference differed depending on their department. For the security guidance method during practical class, students most wanted teachers constantly instructing in class. Second, students of technical high school wanted their teachers to pay attention to personality guidance during student life guidance & counseling time. They hoped that teachers would not discriminate towards wrong doings. Also students wanted career the most as a counseling topic and expected a guidance role from teachers. Third, students of technical high school wanted teachers to work hard to create a harmonious class atmosphere when managing a class. They wanted teachers to have affection for class and students. They wanted teachers making jokes easily with students to get friendly. Fourth, students of technical high school hoped 'employment and entrance higher grade school' the most as a career guidance topic. They wanted teachers to consider their aptitude when they were counseling about finding a job and wanted to learn more about job information during employment instructions.

In this study, a survey was conducted with 385 students in a junior college, where jobs and field education are emphasized, to identify the factors affecting job information sharing. The structural equation modeling was adopted to analyze the collected data. The most influential factor to the sharing was cultural factor, which was affected by the organizational culture promoting job information sharing, the leadership of top manager, and the appropriate compensation system. The results from this study can be used as important basic data for activating job information sharing among junior college students.

The unemployed graduates who got a higher education aggravate unstable employment in our society. However, the existing College of education in employment guidance course still get the effect of students' direct employment and the stale, simply an information delivery functionality of college students after graduation could not serve the needs of industries.. Thus, this paper suggests a mentoring service, which will be proceeding for career guidance and college life guidance. The expert and field evaluation were frequently executed so that the systematic and continuous mentoring activities to occur. These mentoring service model for work guidance are expected to improve the employment rate of University as well as to decline the rate of jobless.
