The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based database system to manage effectively data collected to evaluate program learning outcomes (PO) in a nursing school. The database management system (DBMS) was developed using a software development life cycle method: Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation. The demands for the content and system of users were collected. The system structure, database using an entity-relationship modeling, and user interface were designed based on the demands. The designed DBMS was created using GWT, Java and Apache HTTP server. The expert group and users evaluated the implemented DBMS. Problems derived from them were modified. The average of end-user computing satisfaction evaluated by 8 nursing faculty and 5 teaching assistants was 4.14 (SD =.44). The web-based PO DBMS makes it possible for nursing faculty members to access and use much of the information needed for analysis and decision-making.

Recently, interest is rapidly increasing in short-range wireless communication such as NFC (Near Field Communication). In order to minimize the attendance time, we propose the attendance management system using the NFC tags attached in all of the desks in a classroom and NFC readers embedded in most of the smart-phones released in lately. The system consists of PC version web-application for professors and the android version app-application for students. And it provides the professors with more lecture time by saving the attendance check time. The contribution of this paper include that it proposes and develops the prototype of the attendance management system using NFC and proves that the system is applicable to the various kinds of educational organizations.

휴대폰을 개인마다 보유할 정도로 보편화하고 무선 네트워크 기술이 발전하면서 대학가에서 출결관리를 자동화하려는 바람이 불고 있다. 이는 이전의 출결시스템의 결점인 출결 확인 시간을 줄이기 위한 것이다. 그러나 자동화된 스마트 출결시스템에 허점이 많아 출결 정보에 대한 신빙성과 공정성에 문제가 발생하고 있고, 그에 대한 대책이 없는 것이 현재 상황이다. 이번 연구는 얼굴인식을 이용한 스마트 출석 체크 프로그램이다. 수업에서 사진을 찍으면 AWS Recognition 기술을 활용해 얼굴을 인식하여 Django web sever로 보내고 그 얼굴과 학사 시스템에 등록되어있는 학생의 사진을 비교하여 어떤 인물인지 파악한다. 비교한 인물이 일정 유사율을 넘었을 경우 그 학생의 얼굴 사진을 학습, 계속해서 서버 안에 있는 같은 인물 파일에 넣어서 유사율을 높이는 식으로 진행된다. 그렇게 하여 스마트 출결시스템의 목적에 맞게 출결 확인 시간을 대폭 줄일 것이고, 부정적인 방법으로 출석할 수 있는 방법을 없애 기존의 시스템에 없던 신빙성과 공정성을 확립할 것이다. 또한, 어플리케이션을 통해 학생의 경우 언제 어디서든지 자신의 출결 상황을 확인할 수 있고, 교수님 또한 손쉽게 학생들의 출결을 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 최종적으로 무결성이 확보된 정확한 출결 정보를 자동으로 데이터화하여 이용자와 관리자의 편의를 보장할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 1) 집단 급식소의 재고 관리 시스템에 관한 자기학습식 Module (Self-instructional Module)을 개발하고, 2) 비동등 통계 실험연구 디자인 (Nonequivalent Control group research design)을 사용하요 자기학습식 재고 관리 시스템 Module의 교육적 효과를 평가하여, 3) 교육기관 및 집단 급식소에서의 교육용 교재로서의 타당성 여부를 검증하고자 함이다. 집단급식소의 재고 관리 시스템에 관한 자기학습식 Module을 개발하기 위해서 현재 미국 전역의 가정대학 내의 식품영양 및 급식경양학과에서 재고 관리에 관련된 교과목을 위하여 채택되어 사용되어지고 있는 주요 교과서들의 내용 분석과 급식경영학 전공 교수 3인의 판단에 기초를 두어 재고관리에 포함되어야 할 내용이 분석되었다. 포함되어져 있는 내용의 목차는 반입(receiving), 저장(storing), 출고(issuing), 재고통제(inventory control), 재고의 자산적 가치(inventory valuation) 및 재고관리 시스템의 자동화(inventory control computer system)등이다. 실험 대상은 Iowa 주립대학에서 급식정보관리 (Foodservice Management Information System) 과목을 수강하였던 88명의 학생이며, 강의를 통해 수업을 받은 통제집단 46명과, 자기 학습식 Module을 사용했던 실험집단 42명으로 구성되었다. 모든 실험 대상에게는 사전검사(Pretest)와 사후검사(posttest)를 실시하였으며 자료의 처리는 SPSS PC Package를 통계법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 강의 중심의 통제집단과 자기학습식 Module을 사용했던 실험집단 간의 통제 후 평균 값(posttest adjusted mean score)사이에는 유의적인 차이를 보였으며 (p<0.05), 자기 학습식 Module 그룹에 속해 있던 학생들이 더 높은 통제 후 평균값(adjusted mean score)을 보여 주었다. 그러므로, 이 실험을 통하여, 개발된 집단 급식소 재고관리 시스템에 대한 자기학습식 Module은 학생들에게 재고관리 시스템에 관한 개념과 내용의 습득력을 향상시키는데 있어서 적어도 강의식 교수법과 동일하거나 더나은 교육적 효과를 가져왔다고 판단되었다.

This research is implement of a counselling cases search system for improving the effectiveness of student-counselling through internet with teachers experience which is obtained in school. This system is consisted of manager module and user module. User module can use student-counselling search and input, a bulletin board, reference data etc., and manager module offers manage function for a data and the membership. The counselling cases search system is able to improving in success probability of student-counselling. Because teacher can share easily their remote area they counselling cases through using internet.

본 논문에서는 제7차 교육과정이 지향하는 바, 학교의 중요업무 중의 하나인 학생 생활지도를 더욱 효과적으로 실행하기 위한 새로운 방안을 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 기업에서 고객관리 방법으로 시행하고 있는 CRM의 견지에서 학생 생활지도를 재조명하여 보았다. 그 결과 학생 생활지도에 CRM의 방법론을 적용할 때 필요한 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 대학교 강의 효율 향상을 위한 학습 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 해당 시스템은 교수와 학생의 스마트 폰을 이용한 온라인 출석부를 지원하고, 학생의 스마트 폰 사용을 일정 시간 제한할 수 있다. 온라인 출석부는 별도의 서버에서 저장 관리되며, 비접촉식 근거리 통신 방식인 NFC를 통해 출석 유무를 점검한다. 효과적으로 스마트 폰을 제어하기 위해, 인터넷 모드, 매너 모드, 제어시간 등이 결정되며, 결정된 정책에 따라 학생의 스마트 폰은 관리된다.

In the revision of the national curriculum, various creative activities and career activities are highlighted under the goal of fostering creative talent. Following the implementation of this policy, which is represented by creative activities, teachers are burdened with comprehensive responsibilities, such as planning and executing safety procedures and preventing accidents. Existing systems for teacher management had limitations that allowed only the provision of standardized information and management. The main purpose of this study is to help teachers manage their classes systematically through a class management system. The teachers' overall management system includes several functions, such as checking students' locations, registering students' reviews, or registering various kinds of activities for the creative experiential activities of the curriculum. This system not only helps teachers to systematically manage the creative experiential activities, but also allows teachers to share the history of their activities with each other. Furthermore, this system will be helpful in achieving the objectives of the revised curriculum.

최근에 들어와서는 정보의 양이 급격히 증가하고, 인터넷이 대중화되면서 정보를 표준화된 형태로 저장해 그 활용도를 중대시키는 것과 함께 이를 웹 환경을 통해 제공함으로써 대중성을 확보하는 것에 새로운 XML(extensible Markup Language)표준을 사용하였다. 즉, XML은 웹 기반 애플리케이션을 통해 데이터를 표현하고 고찰하기 위한 표준 공통 포맷인 마크업 언어이며, 사용자가 문서를 적절히 구조화해서 저장시킬 수 있는 장점으로 인해 기존의 HTML로 구축된 웹 서비스 환경 보다 데이터베이스화하기 쉽고 다양하며 복잡한 검색 환경이 제공되므로 최근에는 XML 문서를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 효율적인 관리 및 검색을 지원하는 작업에 많이 응용되고있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 XML을 이용하여 웹에서 사용할 수 있는 학생관리 시스템을 구현하였으며 이는, 하나의 학생 데이터를 DTD(Document Type Definition)로 구현하여 교수와 학생에 따라 나타내는 정보를 다르게 하였다. 즉, 하나의 DTD 자료를 기본으로 하여 서로 다른 사용자들이 자신의 관점에 맞는 정보를 검색할 수 있었다.

미래 사회에서 요구하는 인성과 창의성을 지닌 인간을 육성하기 위해서는 경험, 체험 중심의 교육활동이 전개되어야 하며, 현장 체험학습은 점차 그 중요성을 더해가고 있다. 그러나 현장에서는 여러 가지 요인에 의하여 학생 개인에 대한 교사의 지도가 부족하고 교사들은 체험학습을 체계적으로 관리하지 못하고 있어 이에 대한 효율적인 대처방안이 필요하게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 현장 체험학습 관리시스템을 설계하여 실시간 상호작용을 통해 체험학습에 대한 이해를 높이고, 체험학습 계획서와 보고서를 D/B화하여 상호평가와 교사의 지도적 평가를 용이하게 하고, 멀티미디어 요소를 포함한 보고서 작성방법을 탐색하여 교사는 현장 체험학습의 과정을 체계적으로 관리하고 지도하며 학생들은 체험학습에 대한 이해와 흥미를 갖게 되어 효율적인 체험학습을 할 수 있는 방법을 모색해 보고자 한다.
