매년 1인 가구를 대상으로 한 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 지문인식, 스마트키와 같은 도어록 제품들이 출시되었지만 오히려 범죄에 악용되는 사례들이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴인식장치(face identifier, FI)를 통해 객체를 인식하고, 원격 도어록 관리자(remote door lock manager, RDM)를 통해 잠금제어부(locking control unit, LCU)를 관리하는 긴급 상황 인식 스마트 도어록을 제안한다. 사용자의 얼굴을 얼마나 빠르고 정확하게 인식하는지 속도와 신뢰도에 대한 테스트를 진행하였고, 긴급 상황 시 사용자가 안전하게 집으로 들어갈 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 제품을 통해 주거 침입, 스토킹 등 1인 가구 대상 범죄율과 도어록 악용 범죄율이 낮아질 것으로 사료된다.

학교사회복지 현장 실무자들에게 힘이 되는 격려의 메시지가 던져지기도 하고, 때로는 본의아니게 마음에 상처를 입게 되는 경우도 있다. 이러한 다양한 상황들을 접하면서 드는 생각은 학교사회복지의 발전이 ‘과연 누구를 위한 일인가‘라는 점이다. 또한 학생복지와 교육복지의 실현이라는 미명하에 사회복지사의 일자리 마련, 학교라는 공간에 대한 막연한 동경심, 새로운 분야에 대한 맹목적인 몰입 등과 같은 발상은 없었는지 자문과 반성을 해본다.

우리나라는 수도권지역에 인구 밀집도가 OECD 국가 중 가장 높은 나라이다. 상황이 이러한 만큼 수도권지역의 사람들은 대중교통을 이용한 출퇴근이나 등교에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이를 돕고자 대중교통에 관련된 많은 어플리케이션이 출시되어 있다. 하지만 대부분의 대중교통과 관련된 어플리케이션의 경우 정적인 시간표를 알려주는 어플리케이션이고, 좀 더 나아가 발전한 어플리케이션의 경우에도 사용자의 수동적인 환경에서만 알림이나 실시간 등의 기능을 제공해주고 있어, 많은 사람들이 그러한 기능이 있는지조차 모르고 사용 중인 이용자가 대부분이다. 본 연구에서는 현 시간상황에 맞는 대중교통 정보를 제공해주고, 알림기능으로 사용자에게 능동적인 계획을 구성해주는 것은 물론 지하철과 버스 그리고 대중교통이 아닌 도보의 상황까지 판단하여 종합적인 정보제공을 해주는 시스템을 제안한다.

Cooperation with public libraries for strengthening the solid foundation and the reading education of school library have been recommended in Korea. However with the immensity of the task, public libraries are under considerable pressure for the unilateral support. Under these circumstances this study developed and implemented the reading mentoring programs for school libraries with the help of public libraries, LIS schools, and Busan Metropolitan office of Education. On the basis of the result, this study analyzed the effect and the feasibility of the reading mentoring programs for improving the reading education in school libraries. This study emphasized to derive a lesson of immeasurable value from 7 months' experience in the 2 elementary schools.

In this paper, teaching contents in area between Korea and Japan's first grade math textbooks are compared. Based on the results of this comparison, implications for improving our grade 1 math textbooks are obtained as follows. Firstly, when describing the configuration of two-digit numbers, it needs to be considered that, after the mathematical description of a concrete material representing two-digit numbers, then it should be processed mathematically. Secondly, with respect to the composition and decomposition of numbers, use of the expression of 'some number and some number' needs to be considered. Thirdly, when reading addition expression and subtraction expression with an equal sign, the way of reading them with terms 'sum' and 'difference' respectively needs to be reconsidered. Fourthly, use of the distinct expression for the supplementing situation and the merging situation respectively and use of the distinct expression for the removing situation and the comparing situation respectively need to be considered. Fifthly, the jump in representing the expression of subtraction of two numbers as the expression of the subtraction or mixed operation of three numbers to explain (some number)-(some number) with borrowing need to be resolved.

This study suggested the expansion strategies of school library catalog considering educational context which should be used teaching and learning process. To achieve the purpose of research, this study derived educational context categories by comparing and analyzing teaching and learning related factors, information resource related factors. Also, this study analysed case system considering educational context. Based on the results, this study designed the catalog data elements as an element to be added to an existing school libraries system(DLS). The derived data element is end user(teacher, students), instructional situations (teaching method, instructional object, curriculum, evaluation type), resource type(feature, discipline, format), reading situation(contextual reading, literature topic), related materials(teacher representation, student representation).

This study aims at developing standardized needs assessment tool for school library facilities. To find common properties of school library facilities, this study explored KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's The School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners. Through these standards 10 common properties are selected to include in the assessment tool. As the result, this study proposed needs assessment tool for school library facilities in form of survey and several ways to apply it according to each library situation.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between children's goals and activities in terms of continuity and transformation of their learning through interactions between learners and practices across settings. By observing children's activities across settings and tasks and interviewing the children, I found that the continuity and transformation in learning are developed in the relationship between changing individuals and changing social context. In this process, social interaction with others plays an important role in changing their goals and strategies. The results imply that appropriate tasks and teachers' guidance are crucial to facilitate students' learning across settings.

The Army has developed the concept of terrestrial warfare in conjunction with the Joint Concept and has introduced TICN as the base communication system to support it. TICN has been used to improve the transmission speed and to increase the coverage distance. Through this, TICN is making efforts to create network-centered operation environment so that information can be distributed in real time or near real time from the monitoring system to the hitting system. However, TICN is not enough to overcome the network limitations that may arise from various contingencies in battlefield situations. Therefore, in this paper, we investigated the limitations of communication according to the situations that can occur in the battlefield situation and studied the considerations to overcome them.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cases of cooperation between school libraries and public libraries in order to reinforce their cooperation, and to prepare the base for development of school libraries. Data is collected through five workshops which attended school librarians, public librarians, and the peoples in the several regional offices of education. The results show three models of school and public library cooperation. School library - public library cooperation model is suited for metropolitan area where school library and public library are developed. Public library support model is suited for mid-size cities where school libraries are undeveloped. School library and public library integration model is suited for small towns where both school libraries and public libraries are undeveloped. These models, however, should be revised through testing several libraries and different situations.
