The knowledge-based society needs creative and active knowledge workers. To meet the need of this modern society, Korea education begins to focus on reading ability of students and project-based school education. The 7th School Education Program requires performance evaluation, optional activites, and extracurricular activites and the school library is a necessary facility for these educational activities. Ministry of Education of Korea made a master plan to rebuild the school library for The 7th School Education Program. The master plan includes the assistance for the school library facility, school library materials, budget, the library staff. And also the master plan includes promotion for school education in the library to develop the school library as the center of school education.

본 연구는 초등학교 컴퓨터 교과의 제재를 주제로 한 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습을 설계하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 프로젝트 학습과 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습에 대한 제이론을 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 모형을 설계하여 초등학교 컴퓨터 교과의 주제를 중심으로 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습을 설계하였다. 설계 단원은 초등학교 6학년 컴퓨터 교과(재량교과)의 '정보의 이해와 윤리', '컴퓨터 기초', '소프트웨어의 활용' 영역을 예비 학습으로 학습하고, 주제별로 그룹별 프로젝트 활동을 함으로써 학습자 중심의 학습이 가능하도록 하였다.

본 논문은 학생중심 수학교실문화를 구현하려고 노력하는 3명의 초등학교 교사들이 공동으로 1년간의 프로젝트에 참여하면서 경험하게 되는 교수법 개발 과정에 관한 사례를 소개한다. 이를 바탕으로, 수학 교사 학습 및 교수법 개발에 있어서의 성공과 난제가 무엇인지 살펴보고, 본 프로젝트에서 새롭게 적용해 본 교사 중심의 정기적인 수업 논의 모임을 통한 탐구 공동체 형성과정과 이를 통한 교사 학습에 관한 쟁점을 논의한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the actual status of the math after-school program in the elementary school and the content of the program. We survey the 115 math external math lecturers of the 100 elementary schools in Busan and analyze the results. Research questions are set as follows. 1. What is the status of the elementary math after-school? 2. How is the content of the program of the elementary math after-school? The results of the survey are analyzed as follows. First, any of the external math after-school lecturer did not major in math education and 87% of them majored in another discipline. Second, 47% of the external math after-school lecturers are employed by privately-held companies. Third, 64.4% of the content of the after-school programs is the supplement and deepening of the regular math class. Fourth, 76.5% of the time of the first class of the math after-school program is 50 minutes and 46% of the math after-school opens 5 classes per a week. Fifth, most programs consist of the problem-solving style class. Sixth, it is difficult to run the math after-school according to students' level and grade. Based on the above discussion, I suggest the following. First, math after-school class should be the action-oriented class to motivate the positive and interested participation of the students. Second, lecturer training and various math class programs is required to improve the quality of the math after-school class.

초등학교에서 7차 교육과정은 2002학년도부터 모든 학년에서 운용이 시작된다. 우리는 새로운 교육과정의 기본 방향을 ‘학습자 중심교육과정’ 이라 하고, 이에 대한 실천방안으로 초등수학교육에서는 ‘활동중심’ 교육과정의 전개를 특징으로 하고 있다. 특히 활동 중심교육에서 가장 중요한 것은 활동의 대상이 되는 교구의 활용이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 교구들 중에서 가장 일반적인 것은 조작교구이므로 이러한 조작교구의 종류와 특징, 성질을 이해하고 활용하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 실제 학교현장에서는 이러한 자료 활용에 대한 준비와 연구 미흡으로 실천하는데 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보다 효과적으로 조작교구를 활용 할 수 있는 방안을 제7차 교과서의 내용을 중심으로 탐색하여 구체적인 예를 들어 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습활동에 도움을 주고자 한다.

인쇄매체 중심의 학교도서관에 전자매체, 영상매체, 컴퓨터학습프로그램(CAI: Computer Assist Instruction) 및 첨단 통신장비를 갖추어서 교수 매체센터 체제로 전환하여 정보화 시대의 ‘열린 교육’과 ‘자료중심 교육’에 중추적인 역할을할 수 있도록 모형을 개발하여 전국 각, 시, 도에서 시범운영을 하고자 한다.
