교육부 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2000. 8. 1)"에 따라 2001학년도부터 초 중등학교에서는 필수적으로 정보통신기술 소양 및 활용 교육을 연간 34시간 이상(1학년은 30시간)씩 확보하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 운영지침만 나와 있을 뿐 구체적인 실천 방법이 나와 있지 않아서 일선학교에서는 정보통신기술 교육과정을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 개정된 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2005.12)"을 바탕으로 창의성과 문제해결력을 신장시키길 수 있는 컴퓨터 재량활동 교재(2단계: 3, 4학년 중심)를 개발하게 되었다.

현재 7차 교육과정에서는 많은 학습자료들을 표와 그래프로 제시하여, 통계 정보 활용을 통해 문제 해결력을 신장 시킬 수 있는 교육을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 통계 교육의 중요성에도 불구하고 이에 대한 교사들의 관심 있는 지도가 미흡하며, 학생들도 실생활의 자료를 통계적 정보로 만들어 보는 학습기회가 적어 효과적으로 자신의 의견을 제시하거나 상황을 판단하는 능력이 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학교 2학년 교과목을 중심으로 아동들이 다양한 통계 자료를 활용하여 통계 교육에 대한 흥미 유발, 통계에 관한 인지도 변화와 통계 학습 성취도를 높이기 위한 초등학교 통계 교육을 위한 웹사이트를 개발하게 되었다.

최근 초등학교를 중심으로 급속히 확산되고 있는 열린교육은 종래의 규격화된 일제식 수업과 경직된 교육운영의 틀을 깨고, 다양한 수업의 방법들을 도입하고 개발하고 보급하고자 하는 교육운동이다. 이것은 교육을 ‘하는 사람’이 아니라 ‘받는 사람’을 위주로 하여 행하는 민주주의적인 교육형태로서, 이른바 학습자 및 학부모의 요구에 부응하는 ‘수요자 중심의 교육’임을 뜻한다. 따라서 진정한 열린교육의 효과를 얻기 위해서는, 현재 일반적으로 주력하고 있는 학교교실에서의 교수학습방법 개선 노력 이외에 학부모와 학교간의 건전하고 진정한 협력 관계가 수립, 유지되어야 할 필요성이 높다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 필요성에 근거하여, 교사와 어머니와의 동반자적 관계를 수립하고 서로 협력함으로써 초등학교 1학년 아동의 수학 학습의 방향 및 활동방법을 제시하고자 한다.

In this study, we analyzed whether 2015 revised elementary school mathematics curriculum 's standards statements reflect the direction of 2015 revised curriculum. For the objectivity of analysis, 128 achievement standards statements were analyzed based on content - centered statements, activity - centered statements, and performance - centered statements by Seo Young - jin 's (2013). As a result of the analysis, it can be seen that the 2015 revision elementary mathematics curriculum achievement standards statements do not contain enough information to expand the mathematical competence of students. To complement this, the achievement standards statements should include more elements than 'content + function', and other criteria should be developed to clearly communicate the meaning of the achievement standards statements. And it is necessary to supplement the expression of 'function' in the achievement standards in order to improve the expression of the elementary school mathematics curriculum achievement standards statements.

In accordance with the educational paradigm that values self-directed creative education, school libraries and public libraries emphasize self-directed learning support through curriculum-linked programs as their main tasks. For self-directed learning, it is essential to provide learner-centered educational knowledge information, and there should be abundant textbook-linked references that can deepen and expand the curriculum reflected in textbooks. This study established KDC-linked information related to unit and cross-curricular learning topics through the analysis of elementary school textbooks and curriculum-linked books, restructured KDC system based on major subjects in the elementary school curriculum, and established a curriculum-linked subject information. Libraries can strengthen support for self-directed creative learning for elementary school students in an online environment by linking library content targeted for each user with elementary school education content focusing on learning topics in the curriculum.

In this paper, we improved, compared and analyzed the articulation of school mathematics. We also tried to form the theoretical basis of school mathematics by classifying and considering the articulation into vertical articulation and horizontal articulation depending on the meaning, and give an actual help. The articulation of school mathematics until now has been focused on a study of vertical articulation according to the macroscopic characteristic of mathematics, but now a study of the horizontal articulation as well as the vertical articulation should be done in consideration of the micro characteristics of mathematics and various realities of life by modifying a syllabus of the function unit and by using internet homepage. Thus, we structurally divided the articulation into vertical articulation and horizontal articulation, analyzed mathematical activities and presented actual models of each representative learning activity for smooth teaching in schools through the function unit.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the characteristics of reading environment for the teens and their reading behavior in the U.S.A. Some researches and statistics on the reading behavior of young students in the U.S.A., the U.K. and Ireland were examined, and the reading environments for the teens in society and at schools and home were described. The development of school media centers since the 1950s and services for young adults in public libraries in the U.S.A. confirms that government, school, society and home should altogether cooperate in order to help students read more and build better reading environment for the teens.

The purpose of this study is to propose a book recommendation system that can be used in school libraries. The book recommendation system applies an algorithm based on association rules using DLS lending data and is designed to provide personalized book recommendation services to school library users. For this purpose, association rules based on the Apriori algorithm and betweenness centrality analysis were applied and detailed functions such as descriptive statistics, generation of association rules, student-centered recommendation, and book-centered recommendation were materialized. Subsequently, opinions on the use of the book recommendation system were investigated through in-depth interviews with teacher librarians. As a result of the investigation, opinions on the necessity and difficulty of book recommendation, student responses, differences from existing recommendation methods, utilization methods, and improvements were confirmed and based on this, the following discussions were proposed. First, it is necessary to provide long-term lending data to understand the characteristics of each school. Second, it is necessary to discuss the data integration plan by region or school characteristics. Third, It is necessary to establish a book recommendation system provided by the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education. Based on the contents proposed in this study, it is expected that various discussions will be made on the application of a personalization recommendation system that can be used in the school library in the future.

The ODA(Official Development Assistance) of Korea is growing considerably, and the ODA projects in the technical and vocational education have the good performance to the recipient countries, because they have the direct and quick benefits. But there are no economic model of performance measurement for the ODA in the technical and vocational education. The purpose of this study is to develop the economic model of measuring the performance of the ODA in the technical and vocational education. This study use the ROI model using financial information and the BSC model using non-financial information, and link each model closely. The ROI model using financial information is more relevant, because the benefits of the technical and vocational education are distinct and quick to the recipient groups.

Today most of Korean students have no interest in mathematics and lack of confidence in it due to the burden of the college entrance examination, which often results in a failure or a dropout in mathematics in school. Therefore there is a need to diagnose the true causes and to find out a solution. As one of these solutions this study has developed and applied a learning model based upon cooperative group activities for the improvement of mathematical power to classroom. For developing this learning model a variety of research methods are used; questionnaires, observation, and analysis of the interview materials. After the application of this learning model, a lot of positive results in mathematics class have been observed.
