The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of growth mindset between female adolescents' domestic abuse experience and school adaptation. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 485 female adolescent girls in D city, Chungcheongnam-do, and the data collected were analyzed for differences test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis of moderating effects. Findings are as follows. First, school adaptation differed according to parents' earning income and academic achievement. Second, growth mindset and school adaptation showed significant positive correlation, but home abuse showed negative correlation with other variables. Third, the result of regression effect of moderating effect showed that the growth mindset for personality had a moderating effect. Finally, based on this study, we discussed ways to improve the school life of female students and teenagers. Specifically, it was suggested to consider the growth mindset and age for personality.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interpersonal relationships and communication skills of nursing students who received blended learning classes on adjustment to college Life. The subjects of this study were 133 first and second year nursing students. The survey was conducted from november 22th to december 3th. 2021. The data was analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Descriptive statistics and meen differences were analyzed using an t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression. The result adjustment to college life of interpersonal relationship, communication competence it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between. The factors of communication competence, interpersonal relationship, Nursing and admissions motivation were impact on the adjustment to college life level of nursing students. The explanatory power of this was 44.3%. In conclusion, a strategy for improving communication skills and smooth interpersonal relationships is needed so that nursing students who have received blended learning can adjustment to college life.

본 연구는 다문화인들이 한국사회에 적응하는 데에 공공도서관이 어떠한 역할을 하는지에 대해 사회자본의 관점에서 탐색하였다. 특히 사회자본의 요소인 네트워크의 특성과 신뢰감을 핵심개념으로 설정하고, 4인의 다문화인과의 심층면담 수행 후 그 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 공공도서관은 다문화인들에게 얕은 관계와 일반화된 신뢰감을 기반으로 한 지역사회 내의 교량형 사회자본의 형성에 일정한 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

This study tried to investigate the effects of the adaptation of middle-aged and elderly adult learners to college life on happiness. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted on 321 middle-aged and older adults studying at two-year and four-year colleges in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province, and the results are as follows. First, college life adaptation according to the general characteristics of middle-aged and elderly learners are higher for those in their 50s and 2nd grade in good health condition. Happiness was the highest women, 60s and those in the form of households where only couples live. Second, there is a static correlation between the adaptation of middle-aged and elderly adult learners to college life and happiness, and the correlation between satisfaction with internal growth and satisfaction with meaning was the highest. Third, it was found that middle-aged and elderly adults' adaptation to college life influenced happiness, and the adaptation to adult student relationships, which is the lower part of the adaptation to college life, had the greatest impact on happiness. The above research results suggest that the various positive experiences experienced in university life can affect happiness by easing student relationships, psychological stability, and physical tension, and improving one's own satisfaction with internal growth.

맵리듀스는 데이터 집약적인 어플리케이션에서 대량의 데이터를 분산 병렬 처리하기 위한 프로그래밍 모델이다. 하둡은 맵리듀스의 오픈소스 구현으로 맵리듀스를 사용하기 위한 도구로 많이 알려져 있다. 실제 하둡을 이용하여 맵리듀스를 적용할 때 맵 태스크 단계는 병렬로 수행되어 순차처리에 비해 시간이 단축된다. 그러나 맵 태스크의 결과물인 중간 단계의 데이터는 단일 리듀스 태스크에서 처리됨으로써 시간 지연이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 단일 리듀스 태스크 처리에서 발생하는 오버로드 및 시간 지연 문제를 해결하기 위해 적응적으로 리듀스 태스크를 할당하는 스케줄링 기법을 제안하고 실험을 통해 이 기법의 성능을 검증한다.

다수의 색상 및 거리 정보로 구성된 몰입형 영상 부호화를 위한 MPEG immersive video (MIV) 표준은 각 시점의 영상 간 중복성 제거 및 잔여 영상 병합을 통한 압축률 향상을 목표로 한다. 시점에 따른 카메라 그룹핑을 통해 압축률 향상이 가능하나, 그룹 기반 MIV 부호화 기술은 최근 활발히 논의되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문은 최신 버전의 MIV 참조 소프트웨어에 그룹 기반 부호화 기술을 이식하고 적응적 스트리밍을 위한 그룹 기반 부호화 기술의 효율을 검증하였다.

실감적인 가상 현실을 위해서는 고화질의 360 도 영상 스트리밍이 필요하다. 그러나 이는 높은 대역폭과 연산량을 요구하기 때문에 일반적인 가상 현실 기기로는 감당하기 힘들다. 이를 보완하기 위한 360 도 영상 부호화 및 전송 기술이 활발히 연구되고 있으며, 대표적으로 사용자 시점 기반 타일 스트리밍 기법 등이 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 CTU 기반 스트리밍과 타일 기반 스트리밍과 함께 복호기 적응적인 단일 계층 타일 바인딩을 활용한 타일기반 스트리밍의 부호화 및 복호화 성능을 비교한다. 수행된 실험결과, 단일 계층 타일 바인딩을 활용한 타일 스트리밍 방법이 기존의 타일 스트리밍 기법에 비해 유사한 비트율 성능에 대비하여 복호화 시간에서 큰 이득을 볼 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This study has a purpose to develop vocational adjustment program that is essential for marriage immigrant women to settle down in our society and verify the effectiveness of the program. In order to develop practical program with reflecting their unique issues and experiences comparing to other groups, many diverse ways such as questionnaire, face to face in-depth interview, and expert-interview were used. Vocational adjustment program for marriage immigrant women was consisted of six parts like understanding multi-culture, basic economical concepts and practical use, vocation and labor market comprehension, self-understanding and analysis, cultivating organization adaptation and job capacities, establishing career goal. After carrying into effect the program, the result was significant differences in career identity, the understanding vocational information, adaptation of vocational culture, career aspiration to women who have taken the vocational adjustment program. Through the program, marriage immigrant women will be high in self-efficacy with the real recognition of the Korean labor market and expect their positive future which might be better than now. Finally this can help them adjust our society in the positive way.
