  • 최근 유가 상승의 영향으로 많은 연구자들의 관심이 풍부하고 무한한 태양에너지의 활용에 많은 관심이 쏟아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 상용화된 실리콘 태양전지는 실리콘의 정제 및 제조 단가가 생산 비용에 많은 부분을 차지하여 시장진입에 어려움을 겪고 있다 또한 실리콘의 생산과 가공이 반도체나 디스플레이 분야에서도 반드시 필요하기 때문에 그에 따른 생산량이 전체 소비를 따라 가지 못하여 나타나는 공급 부족 현상도 상당 기간 지속 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 실리콘을 대처할만한 태양전지의 개발과 함께 휴대성이 뛰어난 태양전지의 개발이 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 유기 태양전지에 CNT를 혼합한 유무기 하이브리드 태양전지를 제조하고 그에 따른 광학적 특성과 전기적 특성을 살펴보았다.

  • In the recent fourth industrial revolution, the demand for additive processes has emerged rapidly in many mechanical industries, including the aircraft and automobile industries. Additive processes, in contrast to subtractive processes, can be used to produce complex-shaped products, such as three-dimensional cooling systems and aircraft parts that are difficult to produce using conventional production technologies. However, the limitations of additive processes include nonuniform surface quality, which necessitates the use of post-processing techniques such as subtractive methods and grinding. This has led to the need for hybrid machines that combine additive and subtractive processes. A hybrid machine uses additional additive and subtractive modules, so product deformation, for instance, deflection, is likely to occur. Therefore, structural analysis and design optimization of hybrid machines are essential because these defects cause multiple problems, such as reduced workpiece precision during processing. In this study, structural analysis was conducted before the development of an additive/subtractive hybrid processing machine. In addition, structural optimization was performed to improve the stability of the hybrid machine.

Cutting performance of Cr-Al-Si-N micro end-mill tool deposited by a hybrid coatings (하이브리드 코팅에 의한 Cr-Al-Si-N 마이크로 엔드밀공구의 가공성능)

  • 높은 이온화율과 복잡한 형상의 모재에도 표면 도포성 및 균일성을 나타내는 아크이온플래이팅 기술과 비전도성 세라믹 타겟물질에 적용가능한 스퍼터링 기술이 결합된 하이브리드 코팅 시스템(Hybrid coating system)을 이용하였다. 그리고 Cr-Al-N과 Cr-Si-N 코팅막의 강화 기구를 복합시킨 새로운 개념의 Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅막을 초경(WC-Co)시험편에 증착하여 Si 첨가량에 따른 미세구조의 미세경도 특성을 파악하였다. 공구성능 평가는 고속가공조건하에 마이크로 밀링기에서 무코팅(초경공구), Cr-Al-Si-N (Si : 0, 4.5, 8.7, 16 at.%) 코팅 마이크로엔드밀에 대하여 공구마멸에 대한 공구수명을 비교, 평가하였다.

A Study on the Energy Saving and the Reproducibility of highly-efficient Injection Molding Machine (고효율 사출성형기의 에너지 절감 및 성형 재현성 연구)

  • Because of steep rise of international energy cost in recent years high efficiency has been emphasized in energy policy. As far as injection molding machine is concerned, hybrid method using hydraulic and electric systems became the key to this energy saving. the energy saving and molding reproducibility of hybrid injection molding process were shown experimentally, power consumption of hybrid machine is 38% as compared with that of hydraulic machine. Furthermore, the molding reproducibility showed between two methods.

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the structural stability of hybrid type fan heater. The evaluation of structural safety of hybrid fan heater was conducted by using Ansys Workbench and CFX-11 under the design condition. The hybrid fan heater was operated by heat transfer for heat source supplied from electric heater and combustion gas. According to result of structural analysis, the maximum equivalent stress of hybrid fan heater was 150MPa when the temperature of heat transfer fluids was $150^{\circ}C$. It was found that the hybrid fan was structurally safe because the value of maximum equivalent stress was smaller than that of yield stress of the material.

  • In this paper, a compliance robot control algorithm using a PID adaptive controller is proposed. The compliance robot is suitable for the tasks in contact with environment, such as assembly operation or surface processing. A hybrid robot control method can control force and position simultaneously and two independant feedback closed loops are formed in this method. Because the compliance robot is operated in contact with environment, it is very difficult to obtain linear model of dynamics for this robot. In order to overcome this difficulty, a PID adaptive controller independant of robot dynamics is applied to the compliance robot. The proposed control algorithm for the compliance robot was analyzed and conformed by simulating the surface processing task by a two-joint robot.

  • Aluminum has been widely used in the electric applications because of light metals. When mechanical element is periodically moving with contacting other surfaces, the anodizing process for aluminum is useful for avoiding the abrasive damage. The anodized element has quietly different characteristics with respect to the distribution of hardness and crystal structure. In this work, the laser drilling of anodized surface is studied experimentally. Fusion drilling method - laser drilling with inert gas blowing - is used. The effect of various process parameters (gas pressure, laser power, focus position) is investigated with respect to the hole size and circularity.

  • In this paper, we report the results of a study on the design and fabrication of a light-guiding plate (LGP) using a hybrid light-emitting diode (LED) and sunlight source that can be applied to a photobioreactor. LGP patterns for the LED source were designed and engraved on an LGP, together with previously reported patterns for a sunlight source. A control system for the hybrid LGP was designed to maintain the output photon flux density (PFD) from the LGP at a constant value. When the target value of the output PFD was set to $70{\mu}E/(m^2{\cdot}s)$, the error range of the output PFD was found to be within ${\pm}2%$.

  • 국내의 등산용 아웃도어 제품의 경우, 기능성인 투습도와 내수압만을 증대시키려는 연구가 주류를 이루고 있었다. 하지만, 실제 등산용 아웃도어의 경우 산악지형인 고지대에서 사용시간이 많으므로, 이에 따른 장시간의 직접적인 태양광 노출로 인한 인체에 치명적인 영향을 야기시키고 있지만, 인체 보호용 헬스케어 아웃도어 제품에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 태양광은 자외선 2.5%, 가시광선 51.5%, 적외선 46.0%의 광량 비율을 가지고 있으며, 이 중 자외선은 광량은 적지만 에너지적으로 높아 유기물 분해 및 열화를 일으킨다. 이러한 자외선을 차단하기위해 아웃도어 의류에서는 유무기하이브리드 소재를 표면에 코팅시키게 되며, 기능성 코팅액내에 함유되어 있는 나노분말의 경우 이산화티타늄($TiO_2$), 산화세륨(CeO), 산화아연(ZnO), 삼산화텅스텐($WO_3$), 산화마그네슘(MgO) 등이 주로 사용되어 진다. 본 연구에서는 자외선 흡수소재로 나노산화아연분말을 이용하여, 그 입도 및 코팅용 희석 용매내의 분산성을 확인하고, 함유량을 달리한 코팅 수지를 제조하여, 코팅시편 제조 후 그 특성을 비교/분석하여 자외선 차단 효과를 확인하고자 한다.
