자전거 프레임 포크에서의 진동 해석 (Vibration Analysis at Bike Frame Fork)

  • This study investigates structural and vibration analyses for three types of bike frame fork models. As long as the maximum equivalent stresses of these models are lower than the yield stress, the three models are considered to be safe structurally. Type 3, with a maximum equivalent stress of 169.23 MPa, has the lowest stress among the three models and the strongest strength. Types 1, 2 and 3 have natural frequencies lower than 270 Hz. Type 3, with a critical frequency of 118 Hz, has the best durability under vibration among the three models. In order to decrease the vibration transmitted to a bike rider riding on a rough road, the impact due to vibration can be relieved by selecting a Type 3 model from among the three models. The results of this study can be effectively utilized for the design of a bike frame fork as this allows the anticipation and prevention of damage caused by durability issues.

비선형 진동절연 시스템의 근사적 응답을 구하는 방법 (Methods to Obtain Approximate Responses of a Non-Linear Vibration Isolation System)

  • A non-linear vibration isolation system composed of a non-linear spring and a linear damper was presented in a previous study. The advantage of the proposed isolator is the simple structure of the system. When the base of the isolator is harmonically excited, the response component of the mass at the excitation frequency was approximated using three different methods: linear approximation, harmonic balance, and higher-order frequency response functions (FRFs). The method using higher-order FRFs produces significantly more accurate results compared with the other methods. The error between the exact and approximate responses does not increase monotonously with the excitation amplitude and is less than 2%.

종류별 이륜차 프레임에 대한 구조해석 (Structural Analysis for Bicycle Frame by Type)

  • This study aims to analyze durability by comparing displacement on vibration at driving bicycle frame models of 1, 2, 3 and 4. Among maximum equivalent stresses at 4 kinds of models, model 1 has highest value with 410.39 MPa and becomes 30 times than model 4 with lowest value. The natural frequency number at Model 4 increases more than the other models. Among four models, the number of frequency at model 1 becomes lowest at harmonic vibration with real loading condition. In cases of four kinds of models, the maximum stress is shown near the assembly of rear wheel and the maximum displacement is shown near saddle assembly at this harmonic condition. The structural result about this study can be effectively utilized on the design of bicycle frame by investigating durability and prevention against its damage.

타이로드의 구조적 내구성 해석 (Structural Durability Analysis of Tie Rod)

  • This study aims at the structural analysis of vibration and fatigue according to the tie rod configuration. The maximum displacement amplitude is happened at 156Hz by harmonic vibration analysis, this tie rod model can be broken as the weakest state. Among the cases of nonuniform fatigue loads, 'SAE bracket history' with the severest change of load becomes most unstable but 'Sine wave' becomes most stable. In case of 'Sine wave' with the average stress of 0MPa and the amplitude stress of 570MPa, the possibility of maximum damage becomes 70%. This stress state can be shown with 140 times more than the damage possibility of 'SAE bracket history' or 'SAE transmission'. The structural result of this study can be effectively utilized with the design on tie rod by investigating prevention and durability against its damage.

  • It has been resulted that Lagrange multiplier method with statistical approach was superior to traditional harmonic balance method in identifying the nonlinear loudspeaker parameters when output signals were contaminated with Gaussian random noise. We have known that the displacement-dependent characteristic values of nonlinear parameters identified by traditional harmonic balance method were estimated less than original values by the increase of output noise and the stiffness coefficients were very sensitive to output noise. Also, by the sensitivity analysis we have verified that the harmonic distortions in acoustic radiation was mainly due to nonlinearity of force factor caused by uneven magnetic fields and that reducing the nonlinearity of damping coefficients were very effective for improving second harmonic distrotion of acoustic radiation.

  • 옥내용 변전소의 셔터 및 공기풍도에 대한 흡차음 기술은 변전소의 민원소음 방지 측면에서 매우 중요한 기술이다. 변압기는 전원 주파수 60Hz의 2배 성분을 기저주파수로 하는 하모닉 성분의 소음을 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 실내 변압기에서 셔터를 투과하거나 공기풍도를 통해 실의로 방사되는 소음을 효과적으로 차단하는 방법론을 개발하는데 있다. 기존의 셔터의 흡/차음 성능을 개선하기 위하여 기존 셔터 앞에 흡/차음 셔터를 추가하는 장치를, 공기 풍도에는 변압기 소음주파수와 맞는 공명기를 적용하는 방법을 검토하였다. 또한, 이 장치들을 실제 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 확인하였으며 실내변전소 변압기 소음제어용으로 유용하게 쓰일 수 있음을 확인하였다.

환형 디스크 형상이 래디얼 진동에 의한 음향방사 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Geometric Configuration on the Vibro-acoustic Characteristics of Radial Vibration of an Annular Disc)

  • 이 논문은 후판 환형 디스크의 기하학적인 형상이 래디얼 방향 진동에 의해 방사되는 소음에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 디스크의 내경을 고정한 상태에서 두께와 외경을 주어진 범위내에서 변경하면서 이론적인 해를 이용하여 래디얼 모드의 고유진동수와 진동모드의 변화를 검토하였다. 이 결과를 이용하여, 해당 형상을 가진 디스크의 래디얼 방향 고유진동에 의해 발생되는 원격음장, 음향파워 및 방사효율을 계산하였다. 이 결과로부터 고유진동에 의한 음향파워와 방사효율을 최소화할 수 있는 기하학적인 형상을 선택하였다. 마지막으로, 최적화된 디스크의 임의 위치에 단위 하모닉 가진을 가했을 경우에 발생되는 음향파워 및 방사효율 스펙트럼을 구하였으며, 전산해석을 통해 그 정확성을 검증하였다. 이 논문에 소개된 방법을 적용하면 주어진 제한 조건을 만족하면서 목표 주파수 범위내에서 래디얼 진동에 의해 발생되는 소음을 최소화할 수 있는 기하학적인 형상을 간편하고 논리적으로 구할 수 있다.

카메라의 렌즈 생산 시스템에 대한 진동 내구성에 관한 해석 연구 (Analysis Study on Vibration Durability on Lens Manufacturing System of Camera)

  • 본 연구에서는 카메라 생산 시스템의 모터가 Z축 방향으로 작업할 때 시스템에 발생하는 위험진동수를 해석하였다. 모달해석을 통하여 얻어진 결과를 보면 두 가지 모델에 발생한 고유진동들에 있어서의 각 모드의 형상을 조사할 수 있다. 본 연구 시스템에서 고유진동수 범위는 100Hz부터 500Hz로 나왔다. 모터의 무게가 20kg인 경우에 모델의 최대 등가응력이 6.2335MPa로 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있고 이 값은 모터가 10kg인 경우의 최대 등가응력 값보다 50배 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 카메라 생산 시스템의 고유진동과 하모닉 응답해석을 통하여 시스템의 작업 안전성을 고찰할 수 있었다.

엔진 마운팅 브라켓의 구조해석 (Structural Analysis of Engine Mounting Bracket)

  • This study aims at the structural analysis of vibration and fatigue according to the configuration of engine mount. Maximum equivalent stress or deformation is shown at bracket or case respectively. As harmonic vibration analysis, the maximum displacement amplitude is happened at 4,000Hz. Among the cases of nonuniform fatigue loads, 'SAE bracket history' with the severest change of load becomes most unstable but 'Sample history' or 'Saw tooth' becomes most stable. In case of 'Sample history' or 'Saw tooth' with the average stress of 4,200MPa or 0MPa and the amplitude stress of -3,000MPa or 7MPa, the possibility of maximum damage becomes 70%. This stress state can be shown with 7 times more than the damage possibility of 'SAE bracket history' or 'SAE transmission'. The structural result of this study can be effectively utilized with the design on engine mount by investigating prevention and durability against its damage.

볼트 수 변경에 따른 플랜지 커플링에 대한 구조해석 (Structural Analysis on Flange Coupling due to Change of Bolt Numbers)

  • This study investigates structural and vibration analyses due to the change of bolt Numbers on models 1 and 2 of flange couplings connected with both sides of axis. As maximum equivalent stresses of models 1 and 2 are 122.05 and 102.3 MPa respectively by the basis of bolt, these stresses are within the allowable stress of this model and the safety of bolt design is verified. As maximum equivalent stresses of models 1 and 2 are 196.2 and 196.4 MPa respectively by the basis of body, these stresses are within the allowable stress of this model and the safety of body design is verified. Through natural frequency analysis, maximum displacements of model 1 and 2 are shown at the frequencies of 6565.1 and 6614.9 Hz respectively. Maximum displacements in cases of models 1 and 2 are shown at harmonic frequencies of 7760 and 7840 Hz at real loading conditions. By putting these study results together, the durability of vibration at model 2 with bolt numbers of 8 becomes better than model 1 with bolt numbers of 6. These study results can be effectively utilized with the design on flange coupling by anticipating and investigating prevention and durability against its damage.
