This paper examines the differences of two different versions of "Cheonuisogameonhae" in terms of stylistics and investigates factors affecting the differences. The interpretations between the woodblock edition and the manuscript edition might be different depending on assumed range of readership, and the stylistic differences between two editions might be different depending on the possibility of extension of the reading population. Thus, this paper examines how stylistic effects are reflected in inter-relations between a translator as a speaker and readers as listeners according to speaker intentions. In Chapter 2, the stylistic differences reflected from two difference editions are examined in terms of the expression of a writer's respect, emotions, and formal consciousness to readers. The expressions of a writer's respect are more clearly emerged in the manuscript edition than in the woodblock edition. The honorific expression of a subject, '-gyeo?dsyeo', and the honorific expression of a writer, '-s?p-', are more frequently used in the manuscript edition than in the woodblock edition. In order to express positive emotions, exclamation endings are used in the manuscript edition, which shows the writer's strong emotional sympathy with readers' words and behaviors. On the other hand, in the woodblock edition, '-이' is used after names in order to treat rebellious subjects and people involved in conspiracy contemptuously by the use of informal forms. In addition, affirmative sentences in the manuscript edition and double negative sentences in the woodblock edition are used respectively, which intends to strongly emphasize a king's will and the appropriateness of the will. The writer's formal consciousness to readers are found in the way of writing names of people and places in Korean. Chinese characters are generally used two show formal consciousness; thus, names of people and places are expressed in Chinese characters in the woodblock edition. In Chapter 3, factors that made the stylistic differences between two editions are examined. The factors causing stylistic differences are examined in terms of the purpose of the interpretation, the class and range of the reading population, a writer's attitudes toward readers, and the face-to-fact situation of a writer and readers.

This article reports an attempt to perform a similarity analysis on a collection of 25 culinary manuscripts in Chosun periods using a set of quantitative text analysis methods. Historical culinary texts are valuable resources for linguistic, historic, and cultural studies. We consider the similarity of two texts as the distributional similarities of the functional components of the texts. In the case of culinary texts, text elements such as food names, cooking methods, and ingredients are regarded as functional components. We derive the similarity information from the distributional characteristics of the two key functional components, cooking methods and ingredients. The results are also quantified and visualized to achieve a better understanding of the properties of the individual texts and the collection of the texts as a whole.

This study aims at establishing a markup system for 17-19th century culinary manuscripts. To achieve this aim, we, in section 2, look into various theoretical considerations regarding encoding large-scale historical corpora. In section 3, we identify and analyze the characteristics of textual theme and structure of our source text. Section 4 proposes a markup scheme based on the XML standard for bibliographical and structural markups for the corpus as well as the grammatical annotations. We show that it is highly desirable to use XML-based markup system since it is extremely powerful and flexible in its expressiveness and scalable. The markup scheme we suggest is a modified and extended version of the TEI-P5 to accommodate the textual and linguistic characteristics of premodern Korean culinary manuscripts.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of medical practitioner in the medical field during the drama 'Descendants of the Sun'. The research design is a qualitative research to analyze the role of medical staff in medical field through drama. To collect this study data, we selected the communication scenes in the medical field in the 'Dawn of the Sun'. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. The study results are classified into four categories; 'decision making in emergency situations', 'cooperation among medical teams', 'support for patients', 'responsibility as a medical person / ethical dilemma'. This study has limitations in analyzing the role of medical staff by analyzing a drama. However, it is meaningful that the drama explored the role of the medical staff from the third party 's standpoint.

This study investigated the total number of works at the Hong Jik-pil(洪直弼)'s manuscript collection "Maesanjip(梅山集)" (total vol.224) in the National Library of Korea, and then identified the list and characteristics of works written by other authors in the "Maesanjip". The total number of works of the manuscript "Maesanjip" is 3,017poems and 10,090proses, except for 260works created by others. The number of works by genre in the "Maesanjip" is as follows: 3,017 poems(詩), 52 appeals(疏啓), 8,290 letters(書), 257 letters for encouragement(書贈), 1,491 epitaphs(墓文). And the 260works by others are listed in vol.111 147 171 205 218~220 222~224 and these works were used as a reference for the compilation of "Maesanjip". Through this study, it was shown that when analyzing the works and studying the compilation of manuscript "Maesanjip", it should except for the 260 works by others from the book.

「수요는 사상최고, 업적은 사상최악」이것이 76년도 타이어 업계를 대표하는 말이다. 77년의 수요는 76년을 상회하고 업적은 B.S를 제외하면 76년을 하회할 것이 예상된다. 이 원인에 대해서는 이미 결론이 나와서 각사 공히 업적회복에 필사적으로 노력하고 있다. 그러나 「수치와는 동일하게 되지 않는다」고 오개회사는 한탄하고 있다. 어느 정도목표를 달성하였으며, 무엇이 문제인가, 앞으로 몇 회에 걸쳐서 연재하겠으며 금반에는 업적악화원인에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

'가격이 원상 회복되려면 수급 밸런스를 취해야 한다'. 이것은 메이커에 대한 판매관계자들의 비평의 소리이자, 정론이다. 그러나 하고싶어도 되지않은 것이 "5약"의 현상이었다. 그렇다고 해서 무위무책으로 있었던 것은 결코 아니다. 특히 생산부문은 필사적으로 합리화를 이루어, 겨우 그것이 수학적으로 목표를 달성할 수 있는 효과를 보았다. 따라서 이번 회에는 생산부문의 합리화가 어디까지 와 있는가를 검토하고자 한다.
