Fiber Fashion Design Recommender Agent System using the Prediction of User-Preference and Textile based Collaborative Filtering Technique (사용자 선호도 예측과 Textile 기반의 협력적 필터링 기술을 이용한 섬유패션 디자인 추천 에이전트)

  • 제품의 품질 및 가격 뿐만 아니라 물질적 풍요로움과 더불어 다변화 되어가는 생활 환경 속에서 소비자의 감성과 선호도를 파악하는 것은 제품 판매 전략의 중요한 성공요소가 되고 있다. 이를 위하여 제품의 기능적 측면 뿐만 아니라 개개인의 정서적 감정과 선호도가 반영된 제품의 설계나 디자인 또한 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소재 개발의 프로세스가 고객 중심으로 변화하는 것에 대응하여 사용자의 감성과 선호도를 중심으로 소재를 개발하는 방법의 하나로 협력적 필터링 개인화 기법을 응용하여 섬유 패션 디자인 추천 시스템을 제안한다. Textile 기반의 협력적 필터링 시스템에서 예측에 사용될 이웃의 수를 결정하기 위해서 Representative Attribute-Neighborhood를 사용한다. 이웃들간의 사용자 유사도 가중치는 피어슨 상관 계수(Pearson Correlation Coefficient)를 사용한다. 소재에 대한 사용자의 감성이나 선호도에 대한 Textile의 대표 감성 형용사를 추출함으로써 소재 개발을 위한 감성 형용사 데이터 베이스를 구축한다. 구축된 감성 형용사 데이터 베이스를 기반으로 성향이 비슷한 사용자에게 Textile을 추천한다. 사용자 선호도 예측과 Textile 기반의 협력적 필터링 기술을 이용한 섬유 패션 디자인 추천 에이전트를 구축하여 시스템의 논리적 타당성과 유효성을 검증하기 위해 실험적인 적용을 시도하고자 한다.

  • A new and efficient method for estimating the statistical moments of a system performance function has been developed. The method consists of two steps: (1) An approximate response surface is generated by a quadratic regression model, and (2) the statistical moments of the regression model are then calculated by experimental design techniques proposed by Seo and $Kwak^{(4)}$. In this approach, the size of experimental region affects the accuracy of the statistical moments. Therefore, the region size should be selected suitably. The D-optimal design and the central composite design are adopted over the selected experimental region for the regression model. Finally, the Pearson system is adopted to decide the distribution type of the system performance function and to analyze structural reliability.

  • Moment-based reliability analysis is the method to calculate reliability using Pearson System with first-four raw moments obtained from simulation model. But it is too expensive to calculate first four moments from complicate simulation model. To overcome this drawback the MD(multiplicative decomposition) method which approximates simulation model to kriging metamodel and calculates first four raw moments explicitly with multiplicative decomposition techniques. In general, kriging metamodel is an interpolation model that is decomposed of global model and local model. The global model, in general, can be used as the constant global model, the 1st order global model, or the 2nd order global model. In this paper, the influences of global models on the accuracy and robustness of raw moments are examined and compared. Finally, we suggest the best global model which can provide exact and robust raw moments using MD method.

  • 추천 시스템을 위한 여과 기술에는 협력적 여과, 내용기반 여과 등이 있다. 협력적 여과 방법은 적용이 용이한 반면 회소성 문제와 초기 평가 문제가 있으며, 내용기반 여과는 정보의 질을 구분하는 것이 어려워 효과가 적다는 단점이 있다. 신경망 기반 협력적 여과 방법은 이러한 문제를 해결하고 있지만, 사용자의 수가 많아지면 모델이 커져 효율성이 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 신경망 기반 협력적 여과의 효율성을 높이기 위해 상관도를 고려하는 신경망 기반 협력적 여과를 제안한다. 여기서 상관도란 피어슨 상관계수를 이용하여 구해진 상관계수의 절대값을 의미하며 상관도가 높다라는 것은 상관계수의 절대값이 1에 가까운 경우를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 EachMovie 데이터를 이용하여 제안한 방법의 우수함을 보인다.

  • 최근 기후변화로 인해 중국, 한국, 일본, 몽골 등을 포함한 동아시아 지역은 태풍, 가뭄, 홍수와 같은 자연재해의 발생 빈도가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 중국의 경우 2017년 극심한 가뭄으로 1,850만 (ha)의 농작물 피해가 발생하였으며, 몽골 또한 2017년 4월 이후 극심한 가뭄으로 사막화가 급속도로 진행되고 있다. 위성 기반의 강우 자료는 공간과 시간 해상도가 높아짐에 따라 지상관측소 강수량 자료의 대체 수단으로 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Climate Hazards Groups InfraRed Precipitation with Station (CHIRPS), Precipitation Estimation From Remotely Sensed Information Using Artificial Neural Networks-Climate Data Record (PERSIANN-CDR), Global Precipitation Climatology Centre (GPCC) 강우 위성 자료를 활용하여 기상학적 가뭄지수인 표준강수지수 (Standardized Precipitation Index, SPI)를 산정하였다. 시간 해상도는 월별 영상을 기준으로 2008년부터 2017년까지 지난 10년간의 데이터를 이용하였으며, 각각 격자가 다른 위성영상을 기존 기상관측소와 비교하였다. 피어슨 상관계수 (Pearson Correlation Coefficient, R)를 활용하여 강우 위성 영상과 지상관측소의 상관관계를 분석하고, 평균절대오차 (Mean Absolute Error, MAE), 평균제곱근오차 (Root Mean Square Error, RMSE)를 통해 통계적으로 정확도를 분석하였다. 인공위성 강수량 자료는 미계측 지역이 많은 곳이나 측정이 불가능한 지역에 효율성 측면에서 중요한 이점을 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

Analysis of Non-Biodegradable Organic Matter Leakage Characteristics and Correlation Analysis in Paldang Lake and its Upper Reaches (팔당호와 팔당호 상류의 난분해성 유기물질 유출 특성 분석 및 상관성 분석)

  • Extracted from the metropolitan area, the Paldang Lake, which supplies approximately 8 million tons of water, has achieved a BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) of 1.1 mg/L as a result of water quality preservation policies. However, concerning the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) component that encompasses refractory organic matter, there has been an observable upward trend in concentration. The introduction of refractory organic matter into the water source of Paldang Lake brings potential increments in BOD, generates off-putting tastes and odors in tap water, increases THM (Trihalomethane) formation, and triggers algae proliferation. Moreover, if residual hazardous refractory pollutants persist in aquatic environments, they may induce endocrine disruption and phenomena such as antibiotic resistance. In this study, a monitoring campaign was executed to discern the concentration of refractory organic matter emissions from point and non-point sources within Paldang Lake and its upstream region, with the aim of managing refractory organic matter in Paldang Lake. By comparing refractory organic matter emission concentrations across monitored areas, the elimination efficiency at wastewater treatment plants was assessed. Additionally, employing the Pearson correlation correlation analysis technique, correlations among refractory organic matter indices, antecedent wet days, and antecedent dry days were explored. The concentrations of refractory organic matter in rivers and Paldang Lake exhibited a similar pattern. Wastewater treatment plant effluents exhibited higher concentrations compared to rivers and Paldang Lake. The assessment of refractory organic matter removal at wastewater treatment plants indicated a removal efficiency of 65.73%. However, no significant correlation emerged between refractory organic matter emission concentration and antecedent wet days or priory antecedent dry days. This absence of correlation is attributed to data scarcity, underscoring the need for long-term monitoring and data accumulation.

  • While variety of content on the internet has increased with the development of IT and person's needs about suitable information are increasing rapidly, studies for personalized service have been actively performed. In the study, we proposed the Hypertension and Diabetes risk analysis system according to personal food intake preference using the analysis method of buying preferences in product recommendation system. For the analysis of food intake preference, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to calculate similarity weights between each reference analysis data and sample data and then reference data should be grouping into the similarity weights and calculating risk of hypertension and diabetes each group. To evaluate the significance of this system, 1,021 subjects are applied the system. Hypertension and diabetes groups' risk is significant higher than normal group statistically so, it is confirmed that food intake preference and the diseases were relevant. In this paper, we verify the validity of hypertension and diabetes risk analysis system using a personal food intake preference.

  • It is important for the strategy of product sales to investigate the consumer's sensitivity and preference degree in the environment that the process of material development has been changed focusing on the consumer renter. In the present study, we propose the Fashion Design Recommender System (FDRS) of textile design applying collaborative filtering personalization technique as one of methods in the material development centered on consumer's sensibility and preferences. In collaborative filtering personalization technique based on textile, Pearson Correlation Coefficient is used to calculate similarity weights between users. We build the database founded on the sensibility adjective to develop textile designs by extracting the representative sensibility adjective from users' sensibility and preferences about textile designs. FDRS recommends textile designs to a consumer who has a similar propensity about textile. Ultimately, this paper sugeests empirical applications to verify the adequacy and the validity on this system with the development of Fashion Design Recommender System (FDRS)

A Study on the User Cognitive Styles in the Web-based OPAC System Evaluation (웹 기반 OPAC시스템 평가에서의 이용자 인지형태에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to discover the correlation between users cognitive style and their attitude towards evaluating the system. Postgraduate students cognitive styles were defined as Verbaliser/Imager and Wholist/Analytic, and the functionality and ease of learning features of a Web-based OPAC(Online Public Access Catalogue) system were evaluated using a combined evaluation methods: interviews for the preliminary survey, a questionnaire far the central data collection, and a psychometric approach for the judgement of students cognitive style using Ridings CSA(Cognitive Style Assessment) tool. Forty-four postgraduate student volunteers responded and data was analysed using SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) for Windows. The statistical analysis of each feature of the evaluation, the correlation between the variables, and the features were explored using Pearsons correlation coefficients(r). In exploring the effects of the cognitive styles of individuals, this study has failed to reveal a significant (P < 0.05) correlations in the interactive Web-based OPACs evaluation. It could be said that the contribution of cognitive styles to evaluating Web-based OPACs is likely to be weaker than that of non-cognitive (or demographic) variables.
