Mechanical Reliability Evaluation on Solder Joint of CCB for Compact Advanced Satellite (Sherlock을 활용한 차세대 중형위성용 CCB 솔더 접합부의 기계적 신뢰성 평가)

  • Electronic equipments comprised of high density components with various packaging types have been recently applied to a satellite. Therefore, to guarantee high reliability of electrical equipment, a design approach, which can reduce the development period and cost through an early diagnosis in potential risks of failure, should be established. In the previous research, the reliability assesment of the electronic equipments have based on Steinberg's fatigue failure theory. However, this theory was not enough for further investigation of life prediction and reliability of the electronic equipments comprised of various sizes and packaging types due to its theoretical limitations and analysis results sensitivity with regard to different modeling technic. In that case, if detailed finite element model is established, aforementioned problems can be readily solved. However, this approach might arise disadvantage of spending much time. In this paper, to establish strategy for high reliability design of electronic equipment, we performed mechanical reliability evaluation of CCB (Camera Controller Box) at qualification level based on the approach using Sherlock unlike design techniques applied to existing business.

  • 이태리를 비롯한 대부분의 유럽 국가들에 건설된 많은 기존 도로 및 철도 교량들 중에는 현재의 구조설계기준이나 교통시스템, 유지관리비용 절감 등을 고려한 요구조건과 비교했을 때 구조적 안전성과 기능성을 만족시키지 못하는 경우가 종종 있다. 따라서 어떤 형식의 교량이든 특정 취약성을 평가할 수 있는 신속하고 신뢰성 있는 방법론이 필요하다. 이 논문의 앞부분은 이태리 내 도로 및 철도 구조물에 대해 그런 형태의 방법론의 적용에 대해 기술하였으며, 그 결과를 보면, 한 예로 조적조 아치 교량이 일반적으로 상당히 건전한 구조 시스템으로 나타났으며 RC 교량은 일반적으로 내구성 문제를 드러내며 지진하중에 대해서도 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 강교량은 내구성 문제 외에 피로에 특히 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이 논문에서 고려한 전형적인 보강기법들에 대해 간략히 소개하였다. 뒷부분에서는 네 개의 기존 RC교량을 중심으로 주요 교량보강 사례연구들에 대해 좀 더 자세히 기술하였다. 이 교량들은 2차 세계대전 이후에 가장 일반적으로 채택되던 형식들 중의 한 예로 보강기법의 일반적 성질을 고찰하는데 있어 적합하다. 교량의 성능개선에 대해서는 방법론적 접근에 대해 개략적으로 나타내었으며, 여기에는 구조물의 유형적 특성, 유지관리 현황, 기능적 요구조건 및 보수 보강 시스템과 연계된 환경적인 면을 고려하고 있다.

  • LS-RUG-com preparation in a complex extract from mixture of three natural plants. Rubus crataegifolius/unriped, Gardenia jasminoides and Ulmus marcrocarpa that have been widely used in traditional functional health food. This study was conducted to establish the HPLC analysis methods that can be used to establish quantitative analysis of R. crataegifolius, G. jasminoides and U. macrocarpa for standardization of LS-RUG-com preparations. HPLC analysis methods for simultaneous determination of ellagic acid and geniposide and single determination of catechin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranoside were established for the quality control of natural plants complex (LS-RUG-com). Validation of HPLC analysis were performed by checking specificity, accuracy, precision, limit of detection and quantitation, and linearity following ICH (International Council for Harmonisation) guideline. As the result of quantitative analysis, the contents of ellagic acid, geniposide and catechin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranoside in each plant extracts were 11.2 mg/g (ellagic acid) and 72 mg/g (geniposide) and 10.2 mg/g (catechin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranoside). The contents of ellagic acid, geniposide and catechin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranoside in LS-RUG-com were 4.62~6.82 mg/g (ellagic acid), 19.2~28.8 mg/g (geniposide) and 1.36~2.04 mg/g (catechin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranoside) respectively.

  • 현대 산업사회의 특징은 대용량화와 고속화에 있다. 전력부분에 있어서도 예외는 아니어서 초고층빌딩, 대단지 아파트, 공장, 위락시설, 병원 등 대용량 전력부하가 급격한 속도로 증가하고 있다. 특히 전력부분에 있어서는 대용량화와 동시에 경량 및 부피감소의 요구가 증대되면서도 신뢰성 높은 전력 품질 또한 요구되고 있다. 전기안전의 측면에 있어서 발전소의 안전불량은 전력수용가의 수급 차질로 인한 데이터 전산망, 생산설비의 막대한 재산 피해 뿐 아니라 병원 등에서의 인명피해도 발생시킬 수 있으므로 이에 대한 대책이 꼭 강구되어야 한다. 본 논문은 소용량 2극 동기발전기의 공극자속 파형 특성연구를 통하여 발전기 회전자 권선의 단락고장진단을 위한 예측진단기술을 개발하는 과정의 일환으로 진행되었으며 우선 정상상태의 공극자속을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 방법으로 계산하고 이를 시험치와 비교하여 해석 결과의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 발전기의 모의 고장으로 발생하는 공극 자속의 특성을 연구하여 발전설비의 안전 확대에 기여할 것이다.

  • A P2P technology in distributed computing fields is presented various methods to share resources between network connected peers. This is very efficient that a degree of resources to good use as compared with peers by using centralized network by a few servers. However peers to compose P2P system is not always online status, therefore it is difficult to support high reliability to user. In our previous work of this paper, it is contributing to reduce the loading rates to select of new resource support peer but a selection method the peers to share works to download resources is very simple that it is just selected about peer to have lowest job. In this paper, we reduced frequency offline peers by estimate based on a average value of success rates for peers.

  • 쇼트피닝 기술은 크게 피로강도 향상을 위한 쇼트피닝(shot peening), 재료의 청정 및 도장 품질 향상을 위한 쇼트블라스트(shot blast) 그리고 쇼트피닝 시 판재의 변형되는 성질을 이용한 핀포밍(peen forming) 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 그 중 본 연구에서는 해양산업 분야에서 널리 사용되는 회주철의 효과적인 내구성 향상을 위해 쇼트피닝 기술을 적용하였다. 그러나 쇼트피닝 기술 적용에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 제품의 균일성, 정확성, 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 쇼트피닝 강도를 제어하는 여러 가지 변수들에 대하여 최적 상태를 유지하는 것이다. 따라서 회주철에 대한 최적 쇼트피닝 분사조건 규명작업은 반드시 쇼트피닝 가공 전에 수반되어야만 한다. 그 일환으로 실험은 쇼트피닝 분사시간과 분사압력을 변수로 하여 회주철 표면에 적용하였으며, 기계적 특성 평가를 통해 최적의 쇼트피닝 조건을 규명하고자 하였다. 쇼트피닝 분사조건에 따른 회주철의 내구성을 평가하기 위해 캐비테이션 실험을 실시하였으며, 경도 측정, 횡단면 관찰 및 표면의 3D 현미경 관찰 등을 통해 기계적 특성을 분석하였다. 캐비테이션 실험은 ASTM G32 규정에 의거하여 천연해수 내 $30^{\circ}C$에서 $50{\mu}m$의 진폭으로 실시하였다. 실험 후에는 주사전자현미경으로 손상표면을 관찰하였으며, 손상 정도를 비교하기 위해 무게 감소량을 계측하여 상호 비교/분석하였다.

  • These days, the quantitative analysis of digital image by on-line image analysis system is being progressed actively, so the application of digital image is being groped in the safe test of construction. In this study, the synchronized 3D image acquisition and the system for processing that were established for analyzing the deflection of construction by using the acquired image from CCD camera. The reliability and the possibility of this established system are presented by deriving the accuracy of image analysis and the deflection of object through concrete loading test.

  • This thesis suggests fixed quantity model and detailed performance procedures of an information system audit. In addition, an identification of the check-items with high operating risk and factors that might lead to serious effects on the business are made. Then, this thesis proposes the information system audit model that can grant priorities. By using this model, the orderer can evaluate objectively with digitized mark. The model can improve the effectiveness, reliability, and objectivity of the audit by minimizing the discrepancies of different opinions about audit evaluation results between auditee and the orderer. The proposed model is adapted to an application system and audit projects of the database construction. As a result, the model has received an equal mark from the result of the general reviews, thus the propriety of the proposed model was verified.

An Evaluation Method of Fatigue Strength and Reliability in a Railway Wheel with an Application of Strength-Stress Interference Model (강도-응력 간섭모델을 적용한 철도차량용 차륜의 피로강도 및 신뢰성 평가법)

  • The failure probability of wheel beyond 10$\^$7/ cycles is achieved by the strengths-stress interference model for the evaluation of fatigue strength and reliability in the wheel, From plane bending fatigue test results, the fatigue life (N$\_$f/) for the smooth and 200㎛ holed specimens can be represented as $\sigma$$\_$a/ = 1326N$\_$f/$\^$-0.10/ and $\sigma$$\_$a/ = 2894N$\_$f/$\^$-0.18/. Respectively, fatigue strength of the wheel at beyond 10$\^$7/cycles was about 332 MPa. And, the fatigue strength for the specimen with a micro hole (d=200㎛) which simulated an inclusion on the wheel surface was about 235 MPa. Thus, a micro hole (d=200㎛) caused about 30% reduction of fatigue strength of the specimen. The failure probabilities for the smooth and micro-holed specimens, derived from the strength-stress interference model, are 0.0148% and 13.05%, respectively. The current finding suggests that at least 200 ㎛ sized inclusion, which might be produced during manufacturing process, will cause a critical effect on integrity of the railway vehicle.

Efficient Estimation Method of Reception Rate for Terrestrial Digital TV Broadcasting Service (효율적인 지상파 디지털 TV방송 수신율 산정방안)

  • In this paper, a reception rate of terrestrial digital TV broadcasting service is analyzed and a novel method which can estimate the broadcasting coverage rate more objectively and reliably than the existing method is proposed. Previous method measures the reception rate by means of electric field intensity measurement or subjective video quality assessment. Because of limited measuring points, it inherently has measurement error and cannot consider the viewer's receiving conditions in real-time. In order to consider the viewer's population and receiving environment, morphology which characterizes the viewer's receiving environment is extracted using household census data of National Statistical Office and the land cover map of Ministry of Environment. Using the extracted geographical morphology, the reception rate of terrestrial digital TV broadcasting service is calculated with Spectrum Management Intelligence System (SMIs). Proposed method can calculate the reception rate more objectively and reliably than the existing methods because it fully considers the viewer's receiving environments in real-time.
