IP Forwarding Engine based on IPv6 Flow label in Linux (리눅스상에서 IPv6 플로우 레이블을 이용한 포워딩의 구현)

  • IPv6는 IPv4의 단점을 보완한 차세대 인터넷 프로토콜이다. IPv6 헤더는 플로우 레이블 필드를 제공하여 레이블 값에 따라 차등적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반을 갖추었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 레이블의 용도 외에 레이블을 이용한 포워딩 방법을 제안한다. 레이블을 이용한 포워딩은 기존의 MPLS 와 유사한 방식으로 이루어진다. 두 방법의 차이점은, 첫째 MPLS는 속도를 빠르게 하기 위하여 대부분의 스위칭이 2 계층에서 이루어지지만 플로우 레이블을 이용한 방법은 3 계층에서 처리된다. 둘째, 패킷에 플로우 레이블을 기록할 때 기존의 IPv6 헤더 필드를 이용하기 때문에 MPLS에서와 같이 별도의 헤더가 필요치 않다. 또한, 레이블과 플로우에 대한 서비스 정보를 매핑시킬 경우 좀더 수월하게 차등적 서비스를 지원할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 IPv6 레이블 포워딩을 구현해서 실험한 실험 망과 현재 리눅스 커널(2.2.X)상에서 구현되어있는 IPv6의 포워딩 구조, 그리고 구현된 플로우 레이블 포워딩에 대하여 논한다.

Characterization analysis according to C-rate of Vanadium redox flow battery (C-rate에 따른 바나듐 레독스 플로우 배터리 특성분석)

  • 본 논문에서는 바나듐 레독스 플로우 배터리의 동작원리를 설명하고, C-rate에 따른 특성 분석을 하였다. 전해질 양이 18mL, 22mL일 때 0.1C, 0.3C, 0.5C, 0.7C, 0.9C, 1.0C로 전류의 크기에 변화를 주어 용량을 측정한 후 비교 분석하였다. 더불어 HPPC(Hybrid pulse power characterization) 실험에서 1.0C 일 때 잔존 용량(State-of-charge, SOC)의 변화에 따른 저항을 추출하였고 분석하였다. 그 결과 바나듐 레독스 플로우 배터리의 효율 분석을 위한 파라미터 값을 확인하였다.

  • The characteristics of flow and strength of CLSM depend on the combination ratio including the fly ash, pond ash, cement, water quantity and etc. However, it is very difficult to draw the mechanism about the flow, strength and the mixing ratio of each components. Therefore, the method of calculation drawing the flow about the component ratio of CLSM and compression strength value is needed for the valid practical use of CLSM. To verify the efficiency of artificial neural network, new data which were not used for establishing the model were predicted and compared with the results of laboratory tests. In this research, it was used to evaluate the learning efficiency of the artificial neural network model and the prediction ability by changing the node number of hidden layer, learning rate, momentum, target system error and hidden layer. By using the results, the optimized artificial neural network model which is suitable for a flow and compressive strength estimate of CLSM was determined.

  • 고유동 콘크리트의 특성을 판정하기 위한 방법으로서 기존에 알려진 재료분리 판정 방법은 매우 복잡하고 번거로운 실험방법으로 실무 적용에 많은 어려움이 있다. 그런데, 고유동 콘크리트의 유동성 측정 방법에는 슬럼프 플로우를 주로 측정하고, 슬럼프는 변화가 작아서 배제되고 있는 실정이나, 재료분리된 양상을 살펴보면 슬럼프 플로우는 큰 반면, 슬럼프는 작은 양상을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고유동 콘크리트의 재료분리 저항성을 슬럼프와 슬럼프 플로우의 조합으로 간단히 평가할 수 있는지 그 가능여부를 검토하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 슬럼프 플로우에 대한 슬럼프의 비는 양호한 재료분리의 평가지표로 이용할 수 있는데, 이 값을 2.5 이하로 유지하면 실무에서의 고유동 콘크리트는 양호한 재료분리 저항성을 관리할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Flow and Strength Properties of Cement Mortar mixed with Naphthalene Superplasticizers (나프탈렌계 고성능감수제를 첨가한 시멘트 모르터의 유동성 및 강도특성)

  • In the previous study, naphthalene and /or naphthol were sulfonated wlth sulfuric acid and they were condensated with formaldehyde. The condensates prepared are subjected to the flow and strength tests of cement rnortnr to examine the chemcal effects of cement adrnlxtures. As the results of flow test, the flow of cement mortar mxed wth naphthol condensates(TSC) and naphthol naphthalene cocondensates( NT5) was larger than those mxed with synthetic naphtha lene condensate (NSS). In the experiments of compressive strength after 28 days curing, the hardned cement mortar containing naphthalene naphthol condensates(N1'5) showed a higher compressive strength than those contairung naphthalene condensates(NSS) and naphthol condensates('I'SC). As a results, the synthetic naphthalene condensates(NT5, TSC 1, whlch used i n this study, are greatly expected as good superplasticizers for the concrete.

  • This study is to investigate experimentally the engineering characteristics of cement mortar according to the replacement method and contents of recycled aggregate powder (RP) by collecting the recycled aggregate powder with the maximum size of below 0.08 mm and 0.15 mm. then, the results of the study can be summarized as follows. The flow of flesh mortar represented a trend in decreasing while the recycled aggregate powder was substituted as it is compared with that of plain. In addition, in case of correlation between tests, it appeared that the correlation between flow and ring flow is big. In the case of the characteristics of hardened mortar, the strength showed more improvements as the RP was substituted to aggregate than the case, which is substituted to aggregate. In addition, it was verified that the results in which the RP was substituted to aggregate by 5% represented similar values to that of the plain according to the passage of age.

Estimation of Flowability and Strength in Controlled Low Strength Material Using Multiple Regression Analysis (다중회귀분석을 이용한 CLSM의 유동성 및 강도 특성 예측)

  • Flowability and strength with curing time of controlled low-strength material (CLSM) are required differently according to the construction purpose. In this paper, the flowability and strength were estimated from the mixing ratio of CLSM using multiple regression analysis to design the CLSM. The flow values and strength at 12 hrs and 7days were measured in accordance with the mixing ratio of CLSM which consists of 7 different materials, such as CSA expansive agent, ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, sand, silt, water, and accelerator. The multiple regression was performed with the proportions of each material of CLSM as independent variables and the measured properties as dependent variables using SPSS Statistics 23 which is a statistical analysis program. The regression coefficients were estimated from the first to third order equation models for the materials. From the results, the third order model for the flow values and the first order models for 12hrs and 7days strength are the most appropriate models. This study suggests that the mixing ratio required for constructions may be effectively estimated from the regression models about the characteristics of CLSM, before performing experimental tests.

  • This paper addresses the fairness issue between uplink and downlink traffic in IEEE 802.11 WLANs. Some solutions in existing work try to solve this issue by giving smaller minimum contention window (CWmin) value to an AP compared to stations. In contrast to the existing solutions, a proposed algorithm in this paper aims at finding CWmin values that not only provides fairness between uplink and downlink traffic among stations but also achieves high throughput. For this, in the proposed algorithm, an AP checks the number of stations that have uplink and downlink traffic, respectively. Based on this information, the AP calculates optimal CWmin values and announces it to stations. Our simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms existing algorithms in terms of fairness and throughput.

  • In order to reduce the increasing packet loss rates caused by an exponential increase in network traffic, the IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) is considering the deployment of active queue management techniques such as RED(Random Early Detection) algorithm. However, RED algorithm simple but does not protect traffic from high-bandwidth flows, which include not only flows that fail to use end-to-end congestion control such as UDP flow, but also short round-trip time TCP flows. In this paper, in order to solve this problem, we propose a simple fairness queue management scheme, called AFQM(Approximate Fair Queue Management) algorithm, that discriminate against the flows which submit more packets/sec than is allowed by their fair share. By doing this, the scheme aims to approximate the fair queueing policy Since it is a small overhead and easy to implement, AFQM algorithm controls unresponsive or misbehaving flows with a minimum overhead.

The Counterflow Speed and Density of a Fire fighter in Corridor (복도에서 소방관에 의한 카운터플로우 발생 시 밀도와 속도 측정)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present data of density and speed through the experiment of the counterflow by firefighter in corridor. Method: Experimental setup including a corridor in building was prepared for measuring data with 1.5m and 2m width. Normal flow and counterflow were created for each. Data were measured using camera and acquired by video image analysis. Results: The counterflow in corridor resulted in increasing average density of about $0.55P/m^2$ and decreasing average movement speed of about 0.61 m/s. These data measured during the time when the counterflow occurred. Conclusion: It was found that counterflow by firefighter in corridor momentary increasing the density and decreasing walking speed of evacuee. Further experiments of the counterflow effect in the total evacuation time are needed.
