The present study analyzes the social equilibrium of wireless internet platform market before and after the adoption of WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability). When market prevails operator ownership, as opposed to manufacturer ownership, with heterogenous platforms becomes a more likely and desirable solution. After the adoption of WIPI, social equilibrium is achieved only if operators perceive that the cost reduction and the interoperability effects from investing in WIPI fully offset the appropriation effect from investing in heterogenous platforms.

The new industry drone research is increasing through convergence between 4th industrial revolution technology. In particular, the government indicates the D.N.A platform as a countermeasure of 4th industrial revolution. So, the research topics are remarkable which are using D.N.A platform. On the other hand, the drone for industrial and research has spatial factor based on sequential because, they performance scenario-based mission through control operation. When the drone flights as a control operation, they have necessity apply multi-dimensional methods to improve the security level. So, this study researched a scenario based drone platform to improve the security level. As a result, the space classified as a ground control system, drone, drone data server and designed the application method based on scenario security technology.

Currently, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance operates performance evaluation of the IT projects of the central government. Recently, with the advent of the Digital New Deal and the Digital Platform Government, the budget for IT projects has significantly increased, leading to a higher level of interest in their performance. In this study, performance-related characteristics were selected through previous research, and an empirical analysis was conducted to examine whether there are actual differences in the performance of IT projects given respective characteristics. As a result of the analysis, new projects and others performed by departments or offices had a statistically significant positive effect on each final evaluation score. In contrast, IT support as well as fund-based projects had a statistically significant negative effect on each final evaluation score. This study suggests that when evaluating the performance of IT projects in the future, it is important to consider the unique characteristics of each project, as these may contribute to respective differences in performance.

Many areas are on the verge of disappearing soon due to low birth rates and an increasing number of elderly people. To overcome this crisis, efforts must be made to escape the destruction of the area through the village community. This study was conducted to find out the use of online platforms for village communities and through literature research, current status surveys, and surveys, we wanted to find out how online platforms are being utilized. The study results are summarized as follows. First, urban renewal support projects are currently being conducted under the government-led initiative to revitalize the village community, and online platforms are being used mainly by local governments' urban renewal support centers. Second, if you look at the frequency of online platform usage by ordinary people, you are using Naver the most in all age groups, and next, you are using the website. People in their 20s and 30s use Instagram more than Facebook, while those in their 40s and 50s use Facebook more than Instagram. In utilizing the online platform for the village community, the status and frequency of use of the online platform should be taken into account comprehensively.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 차세대 PC는 다양한 입출력 장치를 이용하여 사용자에게 효과적으로 실제와 같은 정보를 제공하며, 사용자들의 편의를 고려해 웨어러블 형태의 플랫폼으로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 사용자 편의를 고려한 기술개발 동향(소형화, 경량화, 착용화)에 발맞추어 웨어러블 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 HCI 방안으로 음성 인식과 합성은 주요한 자리매김을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 현재 정부에서 국가적인 차원으로 연구 개발 중인 차세대 PC 플랫폼 기반에서 음성합성 엔진을 구현하며, 구현상의 문제점 파악 및 개선사항에 대해 제안한다. 또한, 실질적인 구현 결과를 토대로 사용자 편의성 및 S/W 개발 환경을 고러한 차세대 PC플랫폼의 개선사항에 대해 제안을 한다.

최근 들어 일반인들을 대상으로 하는 인터넷 서비스가 보편화되면서 B2C 기반 전자상거래의 수요가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기업과 기업간(B2B) 혹은 기업과 정부간(B2G)의 전자상거래를 위한 포탈 사이트나 허브 사이트 등의 구축도 매우 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이와 같은 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 시스템은 사용자들에게 기존 상거래에서는 경험해 보지 못했던 다양하고 방대한 정보와 편리성 등을 제공하고 있다. 반면, 지불 정보나 구매 정보 혹은 개인 신상 정보 등의 유출과 같은 보안상의 문제점들을 해결해야 하는 어려움도 내재되어 있어 안전한 전자상거래를 보장하기 위한 일환으로 자바카드 기반의 사용자 인터페이스가 요구되고 있다. 여기서, 자바카드 상의 개방형 플랫폼 보안 서비스를 구현하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 자바카드를 기반으로 하는 개방형 플랫폼상의 CEPS 보안 메커니즘을 분석하고, 개방형 플랫폼 구성요소인 보안 도메인(Security Domain)의 보안 요구사항에 근거한 자바카드 보안 서비스를 제공하는 기능을 구현한다.

인터넷과 모바일 기기의 발달로 사용자는 언제, 어디서나 온라인 쇼핑 및 인터넷 뱅킹 등을 스마트폰 앱으로 결제를 하는 시대가 되었으나, 모바일 뱅킹 앱 경우에도 다수의 앱을 탑재하는 불편이 발생하여 이를 개선 하고자 하는 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그리고 정부는 핀테크 산업을 국가의 미래 신성장 동력으로 인식하고 핀테크 산업 활성화 및 핀테크 기업 지원방안 마련에 적극 나서고 있다. 그러므로 핀테크 기업이 각 금융회사와 개별적으로 협약을 맺어 금융 데이터 및 서비스에 접근 하여야 하는 앱 기반 위주의 프레임워크는 상호운용 및 유지보수에 문제점이 점점 가중되고 있으며, 이를 해소하기 위하여 표준화된 개방형(Open) 플랫폼이 기술적 방안으로 권고되고 있고, 국내 ICT 기업들의 핀테크 비즈니스에 참여를 독려하기 위하여 개방형 핀테크 플랫폼의 정보보호 지침이 마련되었으며, 이를 기반으로 국제표준이 ITU-T SG17에서 승인되었다.

This study aims to explore the characteristics of platform for social service delivery and the electronic voucher system as an instrument for the delivery. The paper discusses the concept and characteristics of platform and reviews the factors by which firms migrate to platform. Social service e-vouchers are an example of a government platform that pays e-vouchers to consumers and gives them the choice of services. Then it analyzes the case of platform establishment to deliver social services. The demand on welfare services has changed with demographic structure. The change in demand requires innovation in the social service delivery system and adoption of strategies to move to the platform. Factors that enabled the social service delivery platform to build both demand and supply sides include access to employment policies, industrial connection, workforce training, and requirements for social service eligibilities.
