A Study on Evaluation System of Connected Car Service User Experience (커넥티드 카 서비스의 사용자경험 평가방안 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카 서비스의 사용자경험 디자인을 위한 평가 요인을 제안한다. 모바일 및 IoT기술의 발전과 더불어 자율주행 자동차에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 가운데 네트워크와의 연결을 통한 다양한 디지털서비스 제공 플랫폼 경쟁이 가속화되고 있다. 플랫폼 개발을 위한 기술적 연구는 빠르게 진행되고 있으나 실재 서비스 소비의 주체인 사용자 관점에서의 연구는 아직 미비하다. 경쟁이 가속화 될수록 커넥티드 카 구현 기술은 평중화될 것으로 예상되어 결국 커넥티드 카 서비스의 핵심 쟁점은 주행 중 서비스 사용자의 긍정적 경험이 될 것으로 예측된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카에서 제공되는 기능과 이에 따른 주요 서비스 요인들을 살펴보고 자동차 구매에 영향을 미치는 사용자경험 요인을 도출하여 둘의 상관관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 앞으로 등장할 차세대 커넥티드 카 서비스 및 플랫폼의 사용자 경험평가 요인을 도출하고자 한다.

  • 해수 온도의 상승과 해양 오염의 증가로 근래 국내 해안에서도 갯녹음이 확산되면서 바다숲이 축소되고 있다. 특히, 온난류의 유입에 의한 무절 석회조류의 난입과 해수에 함유 농도가 증가한 칼슘이 석출되고 해저 암반을 뒤덮어 해조류의 포자 활착 공간을 없애는 백화현상이 확산되면서 바다의 사막화 현상이 가속화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해조류의 포자가 빠르게 활착하여 안전하게 생장할 수 있는 공간을 제공하기 위한 새로운 방안으로, 먼저 육상에서 모판의 기능을 제공하여 해조류의 포자를 착상하여 성장시킨 후 해저로 이식하는 것으로 바다숲과 해안의 환경을 효과적으로 복원하기 위한 방안으로 다공성 기질 생태 플랫폼을 디자인하고 이의 특성 및 활용 방안을 제시하였다.

  • This paper proposes a new service design which is deep learning-based image retrieval system for product search on O2O shopping mall platform. We have implemented deep learning technology that provides more convenient retrieval service for diverse images of many products that are sold in the internet shopping malls. In order to implement this retrieval system, real data used by shopping mall companies were used as experimental data. However, result from several experiments have confirmed deterioration of retrieval performance due to data components. In order to improve the performance, the learning data that interferes with the retrieval is revised several times, and then the values of experimental result are quantified with the verification data. Using the numerical values of these experiments, we have applied them to the new service design in this system.

  • With the rapid development of media environment and contents production technology, the era of multi-platform convergence transmedia has emerged, and communication method through trans media contents has attracted attention. Transmedia content refers to the concept of translating individual content into multi-platforms, which creates an expanded worldview of convergence. In addition, the interaction generated in this process is very important and difficult to control in the progress of the content. In this paper, we focused on the combination of transmedia content and gamification concept as a solution, and based on the 'MDA framework' which is a theoretical system of analysis and approach for implementing game design, We looked at the structure. It is expected that a review of the fundamental game design structure, which establishes a prediction system of value and fun experiences through the balance of technology and emotions, will be helpful as a basis for designing trans media contents.

A Study on the User Experience of Handmade Market Applications -Focused on Etsy and Idus- (핸드메이드 마켓 앱의 사용자 경험 연구 -Etsy와 idus를 중심으로-)

  • This study aims to evaluate the user experience of leading handmade product market service applications, Etsy and idus. A survey about the apps was developed based on Peter Morville's user experience factors. The survey was conducted with eleven users from their 20s to 50s. In addition, problems were discovered through an in-depth interview and the resulting user experience problems were analyzed according to the five levels of Jesse James Garrett's user experience element framework. Our primary results for both apps suggest applying a universally accepted visual interface to improve the user experience, providing brief text to improve readability, avoiding repetitive delivery of similar functions in different information structures, and applying design patterns that are considerate of customers' culture and country. This study provides meaningful data to elevate handmade product platforms into global platforms by analyzing and providing improvements to their shopping experiences.

  • This study is based on the 'National Pilot Project on Digital Signage in Sejong Special City', one of the pilot projects initiated by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. This project was an attempt to present the digital signage as a 'public service content platform' integrated with smart technologies. This study suggests that the planning strategy for placing public service contents on digital signage platform should focus on interests of local communities or users rather than high-tech suppliers of digital signage. In consideration of growing needs for smart technology-based public service, this study concentrates on the strategy for developing 'public digital signage services'. In addition, 'digital signage service tools' were designed to easily establish or execute the strategy. The aim of this study is developing the strategy to make digital signage a public cultural service platform as well as a digital advertisement tool. The final goal of this study is to demonstrate public value creation performance of the 'Revitalisation Project of Sejong City's Commercial Districts', which was possible thanks to the proactive involvement of citizens coupled with progressive utilization of interactive media.

A Study on Changes in Form and Characteristics of Digital Fashion Shows According to Changes in Digital Platforms (디지털 플랫폼의 변화에 따른 디지털 패션쇼의 형태변화와 특성 연구)

  • Digital transformation has been actively evolving through the use of digital platforms. The fashion industry also utilizes digital platforms and significant changes have become particularly evident in fashion shows. Therefore it is essential to research digital fashion shows. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution of digital fashion shows in terms of their form and characteristics in response to changes in digital platforms. The research method consisted of literature research and case analysis. In this study, the development stages of digital platforms were divided into four stages: Internet platforms, SNS platforms, Metaverse platforms, and Artificial Intelligence platforms. Results were derived by analyzing digital fashion shows published on digital platforms at each stage. Internet digital fashion shows were used as an ancillary implement for fashion shows. SNS digital fashion shows expanded the fashion presentation method by experimenting with various fashion show formats. The Metaverse Digital Fashion Show offers a unique experience by integrating Virtual Reality and digital technology to create visual effects customized for the virtual environment. The Artificial Intelligence digital fashion show used virtual graphics created using Artificial Intelligence. Digital fashion shows will continue to evolve and become a significant digital strategy for fashion content and brands. The change in the format of digital fashion shows clearly showcases the characteristics of each stage, but the formats appear to merge during the development process.

Mass customization model and design strategy for consumer electronic industry (가전사업을 위한 매스커스터마이제이션 모델과 디자인 전략)

  • Mass customization is a paradoxical word which has some difficulties in introducing to consumer electronic industry due to its mass production system for economy of scale. On the basis of literature review and case studies, this study suggests the mass customization model and design strategy suitable for consumer electronic industry in the aspect of product design. Mass customization models are divided into manufacturer side customization, deliverer side customization, and customer side customization. And the fast is considered as appropriative to consumer electronic industry. Collecting customer 's needs, modular product design, and adopting basic product platform for derivation by 3rd party manufacturer can be used as design strategy for this model. For realization of the mass customization, further research in the area of the participative design for collecting practical design needs of customer wh o are inexpert to product design is needed.

  • The number of domestic users of OTT services is gradually increasing, and users can consume content more freely through OTT services that can consume content in various ways unlike existing broadcasting systems. As the service utilization rate increases and consumption patterns diversify, useful and convenient UI design and usability should be considered from the user's point of view, but research on the app UI design of OTT service is still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, UI design components were compared and analyzed for the top five mobile apps in Korea's OTT platform utilization rate, and usability evaluation was conducted through surveys and in-depth interviews with 10 people in their 20s. Based on the analysis results, the direction of improvement of OTT service mobile apps in the future was presented, and the results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for improving UI design and usability of OTT mobile apps in the future.

A Study on the Optimization of UX Design Process and Methodology for small and medium sized manufacturing companies (국내 중소 제조기업 실무 적용을 위한 UX 디자인 프로세스 및 방법론 최적화 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to establish the UX methodology knowledge optimized for small sized companies on the basis of theoretical and practical UX development process models. The 7 UX design process models were analyzed by the outcomes and attributes on each design stage from academic field. Then the interview and observation on 18 domestic companies were conducted to clarify the actual methods in use and the gab from the academic theories. The two different design model were unified as an product lifecycle coupled UX process (PLUS). The 100 theory-industry knowedge combined UX design methodologies were selected and aligned along with 6 design stages of PLUS process. Each method was decomposed as a template format that contains standardized attributes applicable for small companies under consideration of their resources, process and produced items. The result of this research is expected to be applied onto real industry and reduce the risk of small manufacturing companies to escalate the quality of UX in their productions.
