본 논문에서는 다양한 하드웨어를 능동적으로 관리할 수 있는 미들웨어 시스템을 제안한다. 최근 WII Remote, KINECT와 같은 게임기에서 사용되는 하드웨어를 일반 데스크톱에서 사용하고자 하는 노력들이 많이 이루어지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 RFID, 블루투스, 이동전화 등 기존에 나와 있는 다양한 기기들도 데스크톱에서 이용할 수 있도록 많은 기술적 접근이 이루어지고 있다. 각각의 디바이스를 관리하기 위해서는 그에 맞는 디바이스 드라이버와 API를 만들어야만 한다는 단점이 있다. 제안하는 시스템은 시대적 흐름에 맞추어 다양한 하드웨어 시스템을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있으며, C, C++, C#, JAVA의 다양한 언어로 구현된 어플리케이션을 하나의 미들웨어 위에서 동작시킬 수 있는 큰 장점이 있다. 기존의 미들웨어는 이종 다바이스간의 데이터 호환 및 처리를 수행하였지만 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 이종 플랫폼간의 데이터 호환까지 지원한다.

Currently, as the Android platform only supports single-user protection, it needs security solution for multi-users. Specially, it has to protect specific applications which have personal and financial information, and be available to support authority management for contents access. Thus, this paper proposes an integrated user authority manger model for the Android platform. It helps application authority which is capable to divide into three statuses: installation, execution, deletion with the help of information technology.

임베디드 Java 플랫폼은 다양한 하드웨어 및 운영체제에 적용되어야 하므로, 하드웨어에 종속적인 부분과 운영체제에 종속적인 부분이 적용되는 기기마다 가변적이다. Java 라이브러리의 경우 가상머신(VM: Virtual Machine)에 종속적으로 구현되며 네이티브 코드들로 상당부분 구현되기 때문에 다양한 VM과 결합하여 임베디드 Java 플랫폼을 구성할 경우 VM에 종속적인 부분을 가변 코드로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 임베디드 Java플랫폼의 적용 속성을 고려하여 가변 코드를 관리하는 방법을 제안하고 이를 구현해 본다.

우리는 농작물 생산 시 구축되는 각종 전기장치, 릴레이, 컨트롤러, 센서 등을 중앙 집중식으로 관리하는 농장설비 제어 및 데이터관리 플랫폼 (FFCD, Farm Facilities Control and Data Management)을 설계한다. 첫째, PLC 제어를 접목한 설비제어, 둘째, 센서, 컨트롤러 등 다양한 장치의 연결 및 제어, 셋째, 농장 현장의 설비 운영 상황을 실시간으로 모니터링 하고, 넷째, 농산물 생산지표, 품질, 검사 등의 데이터를 축척 할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축할 수 있는 기반 플랫폼을 설계한다.

최근 네트워크 서비스의 발달과 카메라 장치의 소형화에 따라 다양한 스트리밍 서비스들이 각광을 받고 있다. 특히, 특정구역을 모니터링 하는 CCTV 서비스의 경우 다양한 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해 오픈소스 CCTV 플랫폼들이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 카메라를 사용하는 사용자 맞춤형 CCTV 서비스를 제공하기 위한 도커 컨테이너 가반 CCTV 서비스 관리 프레임워크 설계 및 구현에 대한 내용을 기술한다. 제안하는 프레임워크는 다양한 사용자 요구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 오픈소스 CCTV 플랫폼들을 도커 컨테이너 기반으로 관리하는 서버를 포함하고, 해당 관리 서버에 접근하기 위한 Restful API를 제공한다. 또한, 네트워크 카메라는 RSTP 기반의 스트리밍 데이터를 오픈소스 CCTV 플랫폼에 제공함으로써 스트리밍 서비스의 확장성을 확보할 수 있다.

항로표지법은 항로표지를 설치하고 합리적이고 효율적으로 관리하여 해상교통의 안전을 도모하고, 선박 운항의 능률을 향상시키는데 이바지하는 것을 목적하며, 항로표지의 정의와 설치·관리 및 보호, 장비·용품 등의 연구·개발 및 검사 등을 법으로 규정하고 있다. 항로표지는 해상교통의 중요한 인프라로 미래 해상환경 패러다임(MASS, AI Port, Digiral twin 등)에 대응이 가능한 스마트 항로표지로 전향하는 길목에 있다. 스마트 항로표지는 자가 고장진단 및 전원유지, 다중통신 기술 인터페이스를 제공하는 등 다목적 해양플랫폼, 전원관리시스템, 해양용다중통신 플랫폼 등을 국가 R&D를 통해 개발하고 있으며, 국내 해상 실증을 통한 글로벌 표준 제정 등의 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로는 기술이전을 통한 국내 관련 업체들의 해외진출까지를 목표로 하고 있어 기존 항로표지법을 개발될 스마트 항로표지 적용 및 활용·확산을 위한 개선 방안 마련이 필요하다.

The creation of value and the enhancement of benefits through records management by enterprises are comparable to those by public institutions. However, Korea has yet to establish guidelines on corporate records management. Global companies are strengthening their competitiveness by reducing trial and error in their work through the accumulation and use of records as information assets, which serve as the output of their work processes. While Korean companies agree on the necessity of corporate records management, most of them are concerned with archival (noncurrent records) management, such as historical compilation and historical data management, rather than records (current record) management. Therefore, through a case study of a K-company with effective records management, this study identifies methods to promote the accumulation, use, and management of corporate records in line with the search of value and benefits. Moreover, the company emphasizes the management of corporate records as a big data platform that accumulates and uses data, which is an important resource in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and proposes measures for their revitalization.

Private archives are an important indicator of understanding a society that contains various memories, the lives and experiences of members, daily lives, morality, and values. Recently, as diversity has emerged as an important value in Korean society, a number of individuals and communities have been appeared based on different bases and purposes, and the contents, types, and categories of private archives produced from their voluntary activities have also diversified. These private organizations and communities are potential targets for producing and holding private archives, but most of them do not have the minimum infrastructure or system for management of archives, and the foundation for management of archives is weak only to be supported with the voluntary will and activities of the private sector. Therefore, there is a need for a plan to support activities to manage archives suitable for each organization's level while respecting the unique characteristics and methods of the private sector within the national management system of archives. In addition, since it is difficult to solve all issues related to management of archives in the private sector with only a small number of process topics, a cooperative system should be established to sustain activities to manage archives on its own through networks between private sectors. In this study, we intend to propose a 'private archives information network platform (hereinafter referred to as a platform)' as a way to establish a communication and network foundation between private sectors and share resources with each other. Based on the results of analysis of cases of building network between private sectors and expected user requirements, we would like to establish a vision and target model of the platform and discuss ways to continuously operate the platform.

Much attention is being paid to social media because of their potentials to draw collective intelligence. In this context does this study attempt to draw some implications of social media as knowledge creation platform and suggest a conceptual framework of social media management. Information sharing among the public through social media literally produces profound influence throughout the society and thus not only business firms but all levels of public institutions, including government are seeking to take its advantage for various purposes such as public relations, crowd sourcing, etc. Especially considering that social media open the possibility of social knowledge creation platform in the Big Data era, this study is perhaps able to contribute to further development of social media management model together with a series of measuring indexes.

Open Science is evolving not only to share research results, but also to open the research process. We are developing the EDISON platform for the spread of open science in computational science and engineering. The EDISON platform provides online simulation services developed by computational science and engineering researchers. It also provides an environment for sharing source code, data, and related research publications. An effective simulation software registration management system is required for successful service on the EDISON platform. In this paper, we proposes a simulation software management system to provide online simulation service through EDISON platform. The proposed system allows the developer to register the simulation software on the EDISON platform without administrator intervention and effectively build a web-based simulation environment.
