  • To study of high volume fly -ash concrete replace cement and fine aggregate together. Proportion consideration economy cost and performance improve replacement high volume fly-ash. Experimentation study of high-strength which cement about fly-ash replacement maximum 50%Flash concrete tested slump, air contest, setting and Hardening concrete tested day of age 1, 3, 7, 28, 91 compression strength in underwater curing.   • Fusion temperature of fly ash was determined with wasted glass wool and borax using ash fusion determinator, 0.5wt% of bentonite and water glass used as binder, 50wt% of wasted glass wool added to fly ash, fusion temperature of fly ash was 1, 156$^{\circ}C$. Pellet was prepared, and then sintered at 1, 00$0^{\circ}C$ and 1, 10$0^{\circ}C$. Water-absorption rate, specific gravity, porosity and pore structure of sintering aggregate was determined.

  • This study is represented the strength and freeing-thawing properties of recycled aggregate concrete mixed fly ash by experiment. The experimental variables are the substitution ratio of recycled aggregate and the mixing ratio of fly-ash. For each specimens, there were tested compressive strength and freeze-thaw resistance. It is able to find from the experimental result that the recycled aggregate concrete has good properties as general concrete on the compressive strength and the durability.

  • This study provided the engineering properties of the recycled aggregate concrete with fly-ash and silica-fume. There are considered recycled aggregate substitution ratio, and fly-ash silica-fume mix ratio as the experimental variable. From the experimental result, we could know that the recycled aggregate concrete mixed silica-fume is superior on the compressive strength but, is poor on the construction property than fly-ash. The optimal mix ratio of the fly-ash and silica-fume is 10% in all.

  • Fly ash is the most common artificial pozzolan, which is a material precipitated electrostatically from the exhaust gases of coal-fired power stations. Fly ash can be used as the supplementary material as well as the material for high performance concrete and hence, the development of high-volume fly ash concrete is imperative. In this study, the characteristics of drying shrinkage of high volume fly ash concrete is investigated. It is found from test results that as the replaced amount of fly ash in concrete is increased, drying shrinkage of concrete is reduced.

  • An experimental study is carried out to investigate the characteristics of concrete containing high volume fly ash. The compressive and tensile strength of fly ash concrete is slightly lower than those of ordinary concrete between 7and 28 days, however, the long-term compressive strength is significantly higher at 180 days. In durability, the high volume fly ash concretes are generally higher resistance of freeze and thaw and lowe chloride penetration, however, the depth of carbonation is increased with increasing fly ash content.

  • The purpose of this experimental study is to improve the workability and durability in high sulphated cement concrete with fly-ash. As a results, we can make high strength concrete by using only high sulphated cement but try to improve the workability and degree of strength by adding 10% fly-ash but the effect beyond my expectation to improve the workability and degree of strength does not show, and the improvable effect except the drying shrinkage of durability dose not show, either. So we must give attention to using fly-ash.

  • A study is carried out to investigate the characteristics of concrete various level(0~60%) of fly ash. These results indicate that compressive strength of fly ash concrete seems to be slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete between 7 and 28 days, thereafter the strength of fly ash concrete is significantly higher. In fresh properties of the fly ash concrete, the loss of slump and air content with time up to 120 minutes is lower, but the setting time is increased with increasing fly ash content.

  • Recently, many studies on the ultra high strength concrete are performed in our country. so, this study is aimed for analyzing the effects for replacement of silica fume and fly ash. As results, slump, slump flow and compressive strength is showed the high values in replacement silica fume. Tensile strength ratio is 1/17 and bending strength ratio is 1/6 for compressive, there are results of the test.

  • In order to the Utilization of Fly ash, The Properties of cement Mortar use of Fly ash based on Mixing rate, strength of mortar, W/C+F and quantity of Fly ash, Flow value, and unit weight are investigated. So follow result are unit weight of mortar of Fly ash is about 2014 Kg/㎥, Compressive strength of mortar is 50-404 Kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and beneficial reference to the utility of domestic Fly ash were obtained.
