본 연구에서는 LC의 전자저작권관리시스템을 위해 수행되고 있는 CORDS(Copyright Office Electronic Registration, Recordation & Deposit System) 프로젝트를 토대로 후자의 문제를 해결하기 위한 전자저작권관리의 개념과 구성요소에 대해 논하고자 한다.

  • As construction projects are getting more complex and larger in size, the amount of information is increased exponentially, which requires information management systems to accumulate as-built information throughout the project life-cycle. Particularly, a daily report system is very important, since it helps them keep track of various as-built information at the most detailed level. However, there have been many problems with daily reporting since its process is time-consuming and contains a lot of redundancies and ambiguities. Therefore, the objective of this research is to improve a process of collecting as-built information and managing daily report. To do so, this research developed a to-be process model and a daily report system. The daily report system developed in this research consists of interactive task generator and daily report management modules. The system has been successfully implemented in a real world construction project. The system development processes including process analysis, information models and system features are described along with discussions on the results and improvements.

  • Information system gradually increases the complexity and scale of the project, while if the project fails to occur. To analyze the causes of failure of the project a lack of understanding of your project, unclear requirements and requirements change, etc. of the software development life cycle from requirements analysis phase is to find the source of most. In this paper, a software development project needs analysis derived from the traceability between features and functionality, and development needs throughout the life cycle requirements during the ongoing change management tool was designed to allow. And among those related to the project through consultation with a sufficient consensus to build a common understanding of effective communication will discuss the features required to support.

  • In this paper, we propose a design of automated electronic sanction system for management of six sigma projects. The proposed system performs diverse operations such as registering and choosing enterprise-wide enhancement project, managing schedules of the project, verifying the validity of the project, and thus managing the whole life cycle of the project. Each six sigma project is stored in the database repository for facilitation of its later use. The proposed system has been effectively applied in a Korean company, and thus, through the proposed system, we expect the effects of innovation-related and enhancement-related activities which six sigma is fundamentally pursuing.

  • In recent years change in the business environment has become a way of life. Especially, the revolution of enterprises that utilizes information system is mainly considered as a representative change effort. However, the studies on the IT change management are not sufficient not only in the perspective of practitioners but also those of the scholars. In this study we deduce characteristics, scope, strategies and methods of IT change management from literature studies. And we analyze the change management efforts during the introduction of new information system in Supreme Court of Korea and find some implications. One of the findings is that finding out the right stakeholders of the change and their needs is crucial to the success of the project.

  • In the recent years, a variety of projects have been conducted in order to enhance competitiveness of leading businesses and their followers in the market. Accordingly, the importance of project portfolio management has risen in the open market industry. Project portfolio management refers to crucial decision-making processes which aim to maximize benefits by selecting projects most suitable for a strategic objective among multiple projects with limited resources. In this study, the trend of project portfolio management studies is introduced. The study also presents a mathematical model of the problem, which aims at maximizing project values, possibility, and similarity between projects in the limited resources. We use the genetic algorithm to obtain the priority orders of projects. In order to verify this study, we compare the results of this study and the existing schedules of the E-open market in South Korea. This study ultimately reduces project risks, improves efficiency of development and continuity of tasks by properly ordering projects and assigning developers to the projects.

  • Labor work information can be converted into the useful construction information in an effort to analyze project status, measure performance, and design a new similar project plan. The labor work information can also be used to make productivity data, which can be used to analyze the relationship between 'as planned' and 'as built' in scheduling management of a project, and to calculate 'percent completion' as well as analyzing delay cause. It is require to effectively collect the labor work information base on the activities. In general, current project management heavily depends on the experience and judgment of project managers, according to the work progress. However, relying on the oかy experience and judgment of the project managers might deteriorate the transparency or reliability of the collected labor work information. The purpose of this research is thus to develop a computer-based system for monitoring the work information generated by labors input in activities using PDA and Barcode technologies, and to propose a application method of the productivity data for effective project management.

  • In projects where mufti-project management is required and processes for production activities are repeated and linked, it is very difficult to input processes for activity repeatedly or analyze loads by process in a method of managing processes step by step. In this paper, based on the definition of activity and project process, the connection process can be automatically created for activity, schedule and resource management for each process, schedule and resource plan can be established for each detailed process, and load analysis can be provided in real time. It presents a project management system that can significantly improve the time and cost of project progress management, predict various problems that may occur during the project, and effectively allocate the necessary amount of resources in the right place.
