Construction projects are characterized that exposed high risks so feel strongly necessity of actively risk management that manage the time of project. but recent generally time management tools are not satisfied sufficient supporting the risk identify and risk analysis. Therefore this study purposed development the time management model that in order to improve existing problem of time management model in construction project and developed model could perform practical risk management in construction field. The new time management model focused on the risk management will be able to conduct critical path management and risk critical path management simultaneously.

Based on the IS literature on software project risk management, we developed an integrated model to investigate the risk factors and risk management factors in project development. We also analyzed the interrelation between project risk and project risk management. The questionaries are collected from 83 project leaders. We tested reliability and validity of the measure and analyzed the obtained data. The results support our risk-based hypothesis that shows the importance of risk management in reducing project risks and improving performance of project and process.

Recently, risk management is a very important issue in many industrial applications. This paper describes a general structure for risk management and suggests a new risk assessment methodology. In risk management applications of financial or insurance industries, there are many methodologies developed for practical use. However, areas for improvement exist to facilitate the application of the methods. Two major risk assessment methodologies have been developed and widely applied in system engineering. One is in its original development application from aerospace and defense industry, and the other was developed in applied software engineering. In a large and complicated system development application, an effective risk management can reduce total development cost as well as uncertainty in achieving project goals of schedule and performance.

Recently, a few major construction companies in Korea have a growing interests to the risk management system, and they are trying to apply it to their construction projects. However, the existing methodologies to be applied to the foreign public projects are not proper to the construction environments due to its adaptabilities, that has one time process and heavily depends on personal judgement. The purpose of this paper is to propose a risk response process in consideration of the residual risks, which would be more adaptable and practical in the construction environment, overcoming the current obstacles to be mentioned above. This process has systematic repeat process until the residual risks go down to the risk thresholds based on the efficiency of specific response strategy.

COTS system is increasingly seen as one of the main jobs of reuse development. It involves reliability of COTS that might affect the project schedule or the quality of the software being developed and taking action to avoid these risks. The results of the COTS analysis should be documented in the project plan along with an analysis of the attribute and operation. Effective risk management makes it easier to cope with problems and to ensure that these do not lead to unacceptable budget or schedule slippage. This research provides criteria of analysis of risk items to the estimation of process milestone on COTS development.

다양한 소프트웨어개발 위험관리 분야의 연구들 중, 미국의 소프트웨어 회사들을 대상으로 한 Nidumolu의 논문에서는 표준화와 요구사항 불확실성이 잔여성과위험이라는 매개 변수를 통해서, 소프트웨어 개발프로세스와 제품 성과에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 발표하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 개발도상국인 우리나라에서도 이러한 모형이 적용될 수 있는 지를 검정하였는데, 결론적으로 잔여성과 위험이라는 매개변수는 모형에서 의미가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 소프트웨어 업체의 경우 성숙도가 상대적으로 낮아서, 프로젝트 관리자와 같은 개인의 능력에 성과가 영향을 받는 때문인 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 차이의 원인에 대해서 논의하고, 나아가서 우리나라의 기업 환경에 적합한 새로운 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

Project의 Quality, Cost, Delivery의 세 가지 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 프로젝트 Risk의 조기 인식 및 대처는 프로젝트 성공의 가장 중요한 요소가 되고 있다 Project Risk는 1)프로젝트의 이해관계자(고객, 협력회사)간의 재무적, 법률적 Risk [수주 Risk]와 2)프로젝트 수행상의 제품공학, 개발환경, 외부제약조건 등의 Risk [수행 Risk]로 나눌 수 있으며, 수주 Risk는 분석 결과가 수행 Risk의 식별, Monitoring에 직접적으로 반영되어야 한다. 프로젝트 수행 Risk는 조기에 식별하고 정량적/정성적 영향을 분석하여 대응계획을 수립하여 지속적으로 Monitoring함으로서 영향을 최소화할 수 있으므로 Risk를 조기 식별하고 경보할 수 있는 시스템(EWS: Early Warning System)의 구축 운영이 반드시 필요하다. 본문에서는 프로젝트 Risk에 대한 분석 및 대웅방안, 프로젝트관리시스템 및 조기경보체계의 표준, 상호간의 관계에 대하여 SK C&C에서 수립하여 적용중인 실증적인 해법을 제시 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a domestic applicable modular building construction process by benchmarking international best practices. In this study, we derive the risk factors that may occur in performing a modular construction projects and the modular construction management factors through case analysis. In order to effectively respond to risks in performing a modular building projects, we propose the modular building construction process which is separated by a transportation, lifting, assembly steps based on the unit module construction sequence. It is the key to providing management information and guidelines for the design, production, construction participants by reflecting the information for each step in the process. This study would prevent a potential hazard which may occur in the construction process. Consequently, It could result in saving the entire cost of modular construction project as shortening the project schedule and could improve workability of modular construction.

In recent public institutions and banks to improve competitiveness in the integration of information systems projects are larger in size and may be the project's ever-growing need appropriate software project management plan. However, between the effect of the project management area for systematic research was scarce. Through this study, previous research in the important area of project management is developed, and "scope, schedule, quality, human resources, risk" of each area of impact analysis and the interaction between the progress of each area, the planning, execution, completion Performance levels were analyzed separately. Affected and Performance Analysis of the results to assess the level of the project management model is presented.

경영환경 변화에 따라 IT 프로젝트는 수행 규모와 복잡성이 매우 증대하였고 다양한 구성 요소들이 개발, 통합하게 되면서 프로젝트의 위험 요인들이 기하급수적으로 증가하게 되어 프로젝트의 성공과 실패에 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 IT 서비스를 제공하는 대형 SI 업체의 프로젝트 사례 분석을 통해 범위의 변동이 일정에 미치는 영향, 범위의 변동이 비용에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사, 분석 하고, 아울러 범위, 일정의 변동에 따라 발주기관과 연도별 변동성도 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 프로젝트 수행 관련 데이터를 수집하고, 통계적 방법에 의해 각 요인들의 영향을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과는 프로젝트의 범위의 변동이 프로젝트에 미치는 위험의 관리 허용 한계를 제시하여 프로젝트의 성공을 도모하고자 한다.
