In Korea construction project case, architectural construction project is curtailed production because information network process within multidisciplinary isn't smooth. Particularly, the construction is not insufficient about performance, cost and material, construction process, etc. in result various question arises because of design error in construction step. And various mistake is made because communication path within multidisciplinary isn't smooth in architectural design and design change process. Therefore The final object of this study is to propose the establishment method of decision support model for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.

Explosive growth of Internet populations results performance degradations of web service. Popular web sites cannot provide proper level of services to many requests, and such poor services cannot give user a satisfaction. Web caching, the remedy of this problem, reduces the amount of network traffic and gives fast response to user. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of web cache traffics using traces of NLANR(National Laboratory for Applied Network Research) root caches and Education network cache in Seoul National University. Based on this analysis, we suggest a method of prefetching and we discuss the gains of our prefetching. As a result, we find proposed prefetching enhances hit rate up to 3%, response time up to 5%.

As the construction management(CM) market has grown, so has the CM competition in the market place. Consequently, competent construction managers become a core part of CM firms' competitiveness. The objective of the study is to identify and discuss core competencies of construction mangers based on literature survey, Delphi Method and AHP. Among various competencies required for construction managers, skills for problem solving, trust and negotiation skills were identified as the crux of construction managers' competencies. A better understanding of construction managers' core competencies is very critical in terms of CM firms' training of construction managers and continuos self-improvement for construction managers.

This study is to verify hypotheses about the efficacy and success factors of the IT Mentor project(in which 524 students participated) which is one of the most best practices in Korea. The empirical results found that all the aspects of students, industrial experts, professors, support programs and other infrastructure have certain influences on the industry-academia cooperation. In addition, logit regression model was employed to investigate the efficacy factors of industry and university's satisfaction to IT mentor system. It showed that industry's satisfaction depends on students' participation in company's projects and students' improvements of major competence.

National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project in the field of education, which is launched mainly by government initiative and is to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as administrative and technological factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using multiple decision-making technique. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.

The rapid change in almost every area of science at the turn of the 21st century have also affected libraries and information centers. Whatever the change, from the library users' perspective, the functions provided by the library, is perceived as "service" and the satisfaction of the users can only be measured by the quality of the service. The library and information center acting as a service provider aims to establish a framework for improvements in services by focusing on the user's perspective on service quality and classifying the factors that contribute to service quality. This study adopted the LibQUAL+ model, which is derived from SERVQUAL model for measuring quality of service in the field of Service Marketing.

현재의 인터넷은 40여 년 전에 신뢰할 수 있는 호스트 간의 통신을 기반으로 설계되어 식별성(Identity)과 기밀성(Privacy)등의 보안성에 대한 특별한 요구사항이 없었다. 추후 인터넷이 전 세계적으로 확장함에 따라 신뢰할 수 없는 호스트가 통신에 참여하게 되었고 이에 대한 보안 요구사항이 새롭게 등장하였다. 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위한 인터넷의 보안 기술은 키(Key)에 매우 의존적으로 발전하여 현재 모든 인증 관련 기술과 보안 기술들은 공개키 기반 구조(Public Key Infrastructure: PKI)와 같이 키를 기반으로 하고 있다. 이러한 연구 동향은 미래인터넷의 보안 연구에서도 여전히 반영되어 미국에서 진행 중인 eXpressive Internet Architecture(XIA)나 다른 미래 인터넷 프로젝트에서도 키 기반의 보안기술 연구를 진행하고 있다. 하지만 모든 통신을 의심하고 이를 감시하기 위한 기존의 인터넷 보안 기술과 달리 미래인터넷 보안 연구는 상호 신뢰를 기반으로 네트워크에 대한 공격 자체를 원천적으로 차단할 수 있는 신뢰통신(Trustworthy communication)을 목적으로 하고 있으며 이에 대한 새로운 연구 결과가 등장하고 있다. 본고에서는 차세대 보안연구 분야인 신뢰통신의 연구동향과 성과를 소개하고 장단점을 분석한다. 특히 미래인터넷의 신뢰통신 연구 중 대중적으로 인정받고 있는 공개키를 이용한 자가인증(Self-certifying)과 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 공개키 검증 시스템 연구 및 신뢰경로 구축 연구를 중심으로 미래인터넷의 신뢰통신 연구가 진행된 과정을 중점적으로 소개한다.

개방화시대에 제품의 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템운영관리 측면에서 실시간 모니터링 운영의 효율성이 증대 하고 있고 이를 바탕으로 서비스의 품질 및 기술력 향상과 고객만족 서비스 등 경제성이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능의 운영측면에서 보다는 보다 더 다양한 고객의 요구가 반영이 가능한 새로운 형태의 실시간 업무지원이 가능한 모니터링 시스템 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능에서 보다 업무지원이 기능이 강하된 모니터링 툴 이다. 즉 업무(Application) 프로세스의 장애현상에 따른 무응답을 사전 감시하고 System의 자원사용현황을 개발 및 운영자 위주의 실시간으로 감시환경 모니터링 서비스 제공이 가능한 기능으로 설계 따라서 시스템관리에서 보다 안정적인 운영을 제공 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 업무 프로세스의 장애를 점검할 수 있는 모니터링 툴 검토하여 실무자를 통하여 업무장애 유형에 따른 감시항목 및 의견 수렴, 요건정의에 따른 업무설명회 수행, 탠덤 시스템 모니터링 프로젝트 수행 필요한 기능을 개발 할 것이다. 또한 시스템 운영자 입장에서 실시간 모니터링 서비스를 통하여 업무(Application)프로그램의 전송지연 및 장애 원인을 한눈에 파악 점검 하도록 하며 각 기능별 시스템(System)별 장애 감시 통하여 사용자에서 현재 상태를 종합음성경보(SMS) 구축 연계하여 지원한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 중요한 요소로 기존의 많은 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템관리 기능을 비교 분석을 통하여 보다 효율성이 높은 고객서비스 기능과 업무지원이 가능한 실시간 시스템관리 모니터링 툴을 개발 한다.
