Objective of Urban regeneration is a recovery of urban utilities through a physical, environmental, cultural, industrial and economic regeneration. The current paradigm of urban regeneration is not a simple redevelopment as physical redevelopment or improvement. This study is proposed that value system management applied the benefit management, value system, Quality Function deployment for a value conflict of urban regeneration. There is a reason to conflict value that value system is unstructured. Because this study is proposed to establish the process of value system, and applied this process to Se-woon 4th area urban regeneration project. This study is analyzed to divide value system of urban regeneration program into city level, district level, zone level in district. An analysis of value system obtained through '2020 urban master plan', 'the downtown recreate a comprehensive plan', 'Se-woon New town plan'. It is proposed that value system management method through Between values correlation analysis and the order of priority deduction. These are obtained to use Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)

Recently, the construction industry is getting more complex and sophisticated having the characteristics of a mega project. Mega project pursues a value that can't be gained with an approach of seeing a project as just a simple sum of different parts but a mutual combination. Hence to reach the goal, program management is needed rather than project management. program management can be seen as a 'total project management' and for an efficient program management prompt support for decision making is required. However, the current supporting method can't fulfill the requirements, therefore, need a tool to support the decision making and a IETM is expected to take this role. Despite the a lot of expected advantages of IETM, it is still difficult to apply because of the frequent changes of information in specifications and laws. In this research, as part of developing a IETM, we aim to propose a system frame which is based on the analysis of processes of a project. Moreover, based on this frame, a database will be built to contribute towards the application of construction IETM in the domestic construction industry.

마리타임 클라우드는 이네비게이션 실증 사례로써 통신 프레임워크를 지원하는 오픈소스 프로젝트이다. 마리타임 클라우드는 해양이해관계자들 사이의 안전한 정보교환을 제공하며 해양 서비스에 대한 관리를 지원한다. 그러나 마리타임 클라우드를 처음 접하는 개발자들에게 시스템을 이해하고 사용하기까지 많은 시간과 선행 작업이 요구된다. 이러한 점을 고려해 본 논문에서는 마리타임 클라우드에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 초기비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 개발 지원 클래스를 설계하고 구현한다. 개발 지원 클래스는 마리타임 클라우드 접속과정과 메시지 전달기능인 MMS 관련 함수를 제공한다. 개발 지원 클래스를 이용하여 메시지 교환 프로그램을 구현하고 메시지 전달이 성공적으로 이루어졌는지 테스트한다.

Value Engineering methodology was introduced about 30years ago and has significant achievement in Korea. However, many of workshop still focus on cost down process and do not spend enough time on function analysis and expert cooperation. As a result, limited range of creative ideas were produced. To improve effectiveness of VE workshop, this study developed web-based value engineering process and system. And this study applied it to real case study to evaluate effectiveness of proposed system. Developed VE system also provides automated FAST diagram function and decision-making supporting tools. The authors found that this developed web-based VE system can significantly help to save cost and improve performance of VE workshop by using the appropriate VE process, and quick cooperation between experts. In addition, this study shows an example of a VE case study that applies the web-based VE system process, which led to a very innovative and effective way to lead workshop.

Software development using project management tool is more important because of constructing the consistent and reliable system. So, design and implementation of the project management tool which support data standardization of project is proposed in this paper.

국내의 대형 기획사 및 대기업 위주의 유통사들 사이에서 음반제작, 유통, 판매 등에 들어가는 비용을 인디밴드가 감당하기란 어려운 일이다. 이러한 문제의 대안의 성격을 가지고 소셜 펀드레이징으로 음반제작을 지원하는 프로젝트가 출현했다. 소셜 펀드레이징은 불특정다수로부터 후원을 받아 아이디어나 프로젝트를 성사시키고, 그에 따른 보상을 제공하는 것을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 2011년과 2012년의 SYM(Support your music) 프로젝트를 사례로 삼아, 한국 인디밴드의 음반제작에 있어 소셜 펀드레이징이 가지는 의의를 분석한다. 이것이 기존의 음반시장에서 대안이 될 수 있는지, 또한 그 한계는 무엇인지 알아본다.

정보통신기술(ICT: Information & Communication Technology) 활용 학교 교육을 활성화하기 위해 ICT 활용 교수-학습 모형과 과정안을 개발, 적용하고 ICT를 활용한 자기주도적 학습 능력을 신장할 수 있는 수업 방안의 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 이와 같은 필요성이 있는데도 ICT가 교육헌장에서 효과적으로 활용되고 있다고는 보기 어렵다. 기존의 강의와 학습자료를 단순히 인터넷으로 제공하는 형식의 기능적 ICT 활용교육이 어느 정도의 학습 효과를 창출할 것인지 문제는 결국 ICT를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 교수-학습을 설계해야 한다는 과제를 제시하고 있다 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제의식에 따라 먼저 ICT 활용 교육에 대하여 고찰한 결과를 학생 중심 학습환경을 제공하는 프로젝트 학습에 적용하여 ICT를 활용한 프로젝트 학습 모형을 설계하고 학습을 지원해 줄 학습 시스템은 상호작용 기능과 피드백에 중점을 두어 설계하였다

이 프로젝트는 미국의 소수민족학생들의 과학과 수학의 수행능력과 흥미를 갖도록 혁신적인 교육전략을 개발하기 위한 준 실험설계연구이다. 연구대상은 중학교 7학년과 8학년 학생으로, 과학과 수학에 흥미가 있고 성적이 우수하며, 신체적으로나 기능적으로 장애가 있고, 소수민족이고, 경제적으로 빈곤한 계층이며 여학생을 우선조건으로 실험집단 52명, 비교집단 28명이 무선표집되었다. 연구대상 대부분(72명)이 흑인이고, 나머지(8명)는 히스파니아인이다. 연구내용은 1) 방과후 학술활동 2) 사회적 기술활동 3) 현장학습 4) 가족지원 프로그램을 실험집단에 실시한 후 실험집단과 비교집단의 학업성취도와 실험집단의 자아개념과 프로젝트 활동에 대한 평가를 분석한 것이며, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 1. 학업성취에 있어서 실험집단의 과학성적(CRT)이 통계적으로 비교집단보다 유의한 증가를 보였고, 프로젝트의 목표를 초과달성하였다. 비교집단도 자연적 성숙효과로 증가를 보였으나 유의도는 실험집단보다 낮았다. 2. 학생들의 프로젝트에 대한 평가는 긍정적이었다. 프로젝트 목적과 명확성, 현장학습의 적절성, 게임이나 학술활동보다 현장학습의 선호, 특히 자아존중감 활동이 많은 도움이 되었다고 보고하였다. 3. 실험집단의 자아개념은 프로젝트 기간동안 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였으나 학업 성취와의 상관관계는 유의하지 않았다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 이 프로젝트의 한국적 상황의 적용에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

Early planning phase of private development project is an important part in mercy of failure and success of all project. Hut reliability of analysis result existing planning phase in not high to the importance. So we analyzed a basic problem point through case study and research data analysis of planning phase in private development project. After this, there is a cause in no establishment of systemic model about work processing and method of planning phase. We would like to suggest the solution through establishment of planning phase analysis processing and risk management model. We think that suggested analysis method increase the credibility of analysis result. With this, we anticipate we suggest the guideline in project process phase and that assist the effective accomplishment of project.

The Southeastern economic zone was centered on small and medium-sized manufacturing, but industrial changes and corona 19 caused the local economic downturn. This study presented the difficulties of companies related to the aviation specialization industry and suggested ways to revitalize the local economy in order to revitalize the local economy in the southeast region. First, aeronautical specialized parts companies need various support to improve the structural problems of passive industries. Second, the industry needs a systematic education system that develops products and technologies that meet international standards and conducts international certification education to support stable supply and demand of human resources by cultivating professional manpower for systematic project performance. Third, the industry needs financial and administrative support from the government to develop technologies and products that meet high standardization standards. In addition, it is necessary to provide support to systematically improve the limitations and difficulties of companies, such as finding and expanding customers of small and medium-sized companies and supporting investment for cost reduction.
