본 논문에서는 과학기술 연구개발 프로젝트를 수행하는 연구 팀 및 조직을 지원하기 위한 지식포탈 아키텍처를 제시한다. 효율적인 과학기술 연구개발을 지원하기 위해서는 사람, 지식, 팀 공동작업, 커뮤니케이션, 연구관리 프로세스 등의 통합적 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술 연구팀의 지식 활동을 지원하기 위한 지식관리시스템과 그룹웨어, 팀 협업시스템, 연구관리시스템 등의 통합 방안을 제시하고 개발된 프로토타이프 시스템을 소개한다.

1999년은 1998년부터 시작된 도서관계의 각종 위기상황이 계속되었다. 그러나 때로 위기상황이 또 다른 기회를 가져오기도 하였으며, 국가 경제가 급속하게 회복되면서 제반 상황이 새로운 국면으로 전환되기도 하였다. 우리 협회는 1999년 한 해 동안 일반사업 뿐 아니라 각종 프로젝트, 해외 도서관계와의 협력강화 등 폭넓은 활동을 비교적 활발하게 수행하였다. 1999년도에 수행한 우리 협회 사업 가운데서 외부의 재정지원을 유치하여 수행한 사업들만을 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다.

Along the information technology progresses, the demand for the educational application increases which derives the need for cyber education. Cyber education should take the knowledge construction model rather than the knowledge delivery model. For the educational paradigm shift by cyber education, 'Project-Based Learning' and 'Cyber Learning Community' need to be adopted. In this study, project-based cyber learning community for teacher education is developed with 5 major categories: Home(community vision, general information, project list, Q&A), project learning center(preparation for the instructional activities, group-based learning activities, presentations), meeting plaza(request for group mentoring, sharing ideas, meeting specialist, survey participating, forum participating, result presentation), references(cases of project studies, materials for project studies, materials for teacher education, general materials), management(project management, project cases, idea bank, finding partners, dialog with instructors, sharing references, sharing experiences, survey, forum).

Recently, the public sector information projects have bebn larger in size, sophisticated, and diversified, which make the performance management model be studied continuously. According to the research and understanding on this, there are discontents resulted from poor requirements managements, schedule delays, budget overruns, failure to achieve expected goals, although there are increase the scale of projects and the number of information systems than ever before. it makes the requirement for the plan to manage significant risk factors systematically. So in this study, we will understand the risks which have been recognized by professionals and managers in public sector projects for enhancing the success rate. And the surveys will be conducted for the risk factors in each fields by gathering the opinions of the hands on workers in public sector project support team such as S company, L company. Finally, the correlation index between the risks and the other project fields would be clear by this survey.

Urban regeneration projects have been actively proceeding all over Korea. Urban regeneration has become a critical issue in the domestic construction industry, with environmental-friendly construction and high-rise buildings being emphasized. Because these projectstend to become complex, urban regeneration projects require interest and approach on a level of program management that includes traditional project management. This paper develops aprototype for a new program management information system of a supports the promotion of urban regeneration projects through the deduction of the requirements about system. The prototype of the program management information system includes functions that supply diverse information, support the process and legislation of an urban regeneration project, manage stakeholders, support decision-making, estimate and manage program risks, and manage the program level.

대학에서 게임 개발 교육을 수행할 때 체계적인 방법론을 적용하는 것이 필요하나, 대부분의 방법론이 복잡하고, 또 사전에 방법론에 대한 교육을 시키기도 어려워 학교 교육에서 적용하기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 여러 방법론 중 대표적인 애자일 방법론인 스크럼은 단기간의 개발을 지원할 수 있고, 상대적으로 쉬운 구조를 가지고 있어 학기 기반의 프로젝트 교육에 적합한 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 스크럼 방법론을 한 학기의 게임 개발 프로젝트 교육에 적합하도록 최적화한 CK-Scrum 방법론을 실제로 적용한 사례를 분석하고, 문제점을 보완하여 새로 개선된 CK-Scrum 1.1 방법론을 제시한다. 이 방법론으로 학생들이 프로젝트를 수행하며 품질이 높은 게임을 개발하고 방법론에 대한 학습도 병행할 수 있다.

공공정보화사업의 사업관리방안은 국가 및 공공기관의 정보화사업 담당자들이 실무에서 직접적으로 활용하는 구체적이고 명확한 기준이다. 이는 공공정보화 사업의 계획, 구축, 운영 등 각 단계별 추진시 반영되고 있고 실제 구축환경에서 프로젝트 성공을 위해 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 하지만 사업관리방안만으로 SW프로젝트의 성공은 보장받기 어렵다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 파악하기 위해 각 사업관리방안이 SW프로젝트의 성공을 지원할 수 있는가를 연구하였고, 이를 위해 프로젝트관리 국제표준인 ISO 21500(Guidance on Project Management)의 지식 및 관리 영역과 산출물 등을 주요 사업관리방안을 비교하였다.

iMS(Interactive Media Solution) 또는 대화형 미디어 솔루션 프로젝트에서는 대화형, 맞춤형, TVN 서비스를 제공하기 위한 엔드-투-엔드 솔루션을 개발한다. iMS 프로젝트가 개발대상으로 삼는 대화형 서비스는 시청자의 방송참여를 제한적이지만 부분적으로 허용하는 것을 목표로 삼고 있다. 일반적으로 대화형 서비스는 데이터방송을 통해 부가정보를 제공하는 것으로 한정하지만 iMS 프로젝트에서는 그 범위를 더 넓혀 T-커머스를 킬러 애플리케이션으로 삼는다. 데이터표현 규격은 ATSC-DASE(Dase-1) 및 DVB-MHP(버전 1.0) 규격을 기반으로 삼는다. 맞춤형은 시청자가 원하는 서비스를 신속하고 편안하게 받을 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 삼고 있다. 맞춤형은 마땅한 참조모델이 없지만 TV Anytime 규격을 원용할 예정이다. TVN은 방송과 홈 네트워크를 결합하기 위한 새로운 개념을 말한다. 이 기고문은 이들 서비스의 개념과 목표 및 구현방법 등을 소개한다.
