A Case Study on SK Telecom's Next Generation Marketing System Development (SK텔레콤의 차세대 마케팅 시스템 개발사례 연구)

  • In response to the changing demands of ever competitive market, SK Telecom has built a new marketing system that can support dynamic marketing campaigns and, at the same time, scale up to the large volumes of data and transactions for the next decade. The system which employs Unix-based client-server (using Web browser interfaces) architecture will replace the current mainframe-based COIS system. The project, named NGM (Next Generation Marketing ), is unprecedentedly large in scale. However, both managerial and technical problems led the project into a crisis. The application framework that depended on a software solution from a major global vendor could not support the dynamic functionalities required for the new system. In March 2005, SK telecom declared the suspension of the NGM project. The second phase of the project started in May 2005 following a comprehensive replanning. It was decided that no single existing solution could cope with the complexity of the new system and hence the new system would be custom-built. As such. a number of technical challenges emerged. In this paper, we report on the three key dimensions of technical challenges - middleware and application framework, database architecture and tuning, and system performance. The processes and approaches, adopted in building NGM system, may be viewed as "best practices" in the telecom industry. The completed NGM system, now called "U.key System," successfully came into operation on the ninth of October, 2006. This new infrastructure is expected to give birth to a series of innovative, fruitful, and customer-oriented applications in the near future.

  • Based on the successful use of chatbot technology, this study examined what business values each company is creating. The chatbot service contributes to improving the productivity of the company by helping to answer or respond to the questions of employees inside the company or customers. And in the field of education, Instead of instructor, AI technology responds the questions and feedback of the students to reduce the work of the instructor. In the field of commerce, offline stores provide convenient and new purchasing experiences to customers by providing product purchasing services through artificial intelligence speakers and personalization service. Although chatbot service is creating business value in some business cases, it is still limited to the process of a specific company, and the spread rate is still slowing because the service scope, convenience, and usefulness are not greater than expected. Therefore, some chatbot development service providers is providing an integrated development platform to improve usability, Chatbots have the features and advantages of providing convenience instead of answering human questions. However, there is a disadvantage that the level of communication can be lowered by reducing various human subjective views and giving mainly objective answers. Through this study, we will discuss the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of chatbot services by comparing them.

조직적 환경에 따른 ERP 구축방법이 변화관리와 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 90년대부터 많은 ERP를 도입하여 회사의 전체 업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템을 도입하던 기존의 업무 수행절차와 방법대신 ERP 패키지가 제공하는 프로세스와 기능을 적용하여 기업 내 업무기능을 혁신한다는 특징을 가지고 있어 조직변화를 수반하게 된다. 따라서 효과적인 ERP 구면을 위해서는 기업의 환경에 적절한 구축방법을 정하고 변화관리 이행 프로그램을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP를 구축하는데 어떠한 조직적 환경요인이 영향을 미지고. ERP 구축방법에 따라 변화관리의 특성이 어떻게 달라지며. 변화관리가 ERP 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고 이틀 근간으로 하여 상이한 구축방법을 통하여 ERP틀 구면탄 두 기업을 대상으로 심도있게 비교 분석함으로써 ERP 구축환경의 특성과 ERP 구축방법에 따른 변화관리 특성 및 ERP성과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 ERP 구축방법은 ERP 구축환경에 따라 차이를 보였으며, ERP 구축 방법에 따라서 변화기법이 달라진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 변화관리 방법 중에서도 최고 경영자의 리더십과 현업 직원의 적극적인 참여 및 전사적인 커뮤니케이션은 ERP 구축방법과 관계없이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 ERP 구축방법에 있어서 변화관리 활동은 ERP 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 사례연구로 얻은 시사점은 ERP의 구현하고자 하는 국내 기업들이 ERP 구축방법을 선정하고 적합탄 변화관리 방법의 전개를 위하여 실질적인 도움을 줄 것이다.6 전문가 그룹을 통해 시범적으로 적응하는 것으로 시작해, 학교 및 연구소를 통한 정보지식 공유 그리고 기업 정보화 솔루션으로 활용 될 수 있다.을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여

  • The success of a three-dimensional blockbuster movie, AVARTA, brought an public attention on the expansion of three-dimensional computer applications, and it allows experts predict further hardware technology developments to support the such applications. Futhermore, an internet based infra structure and three-dimensional structure, third generation network community, advanced computer networks have influenced advancement in computer technology within the 3D game industry and the spread of 2D computer animation technologies. This advancement of computer technologies allow the industry to overcome a limitation of generating cultural design contexts existed within 2D network community. However, despite of the expansion of 2D and 3D computer technologies, a limitation of analysing designers' intentions on morphology of digital contents and user interface still exists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze (1) present conditions of the 3D industry and (2) protocols of designers' cognitive design processes based on their design communication, contents, and tools. Analysis was conducted based on literature reviews and case precedent analyses. For the analysis, a 2D Avarta sketch character was designed and then applied into a 3D game system. Observations how designers solve cultural problem within the structure via Avarta were conducted. Outcomes were then coded for further analysis.

Passion + Innovation + Marketing = A Successful New Market Development 『A Case of Pulmuone Fresh Ramen, 'Jayeonun Masitda'』 (열정 + 혁신 + 마케팅 = 신시장 창출 『풀무원 '자연은 맛있다'의 생라면 시장 개척 사례』)

  • This case illustrates a story of passionate and innovative new market development by Pulmuone, a fresh food provider in Korea. The company has been successfully developing a new market by introducing a (non-frying) fresh ramen, 'Jayeonun Masitda - The Nature Is Tasty' in the packaged ramen market dominated by fried ones. In this case, a detailed new market development process by Pulmuone will be investigated including; company overview, a new product development process, marketing strategy formulation, marketing mix implementation, market performance, and future directions. Pulmuone has been making efforts to create a new product category by marketing non-frying ramens since 1995, but with a modest success. In 2011, Pulmuone finally succeeded to develop an innovative product, 'Jayeonun Masitda' that brought more health and nutrition conscious consumers' attention in the ramen market. The company intended to change the current competitive structure in the ramen market, i.e., from the strength of taste and the amount of ingredient to fried/non-fried and the freshness of ingredient. By this new positioning, Pulmuone aimed to reshaping the ramen market into competition between healthy and unhealthy ramens. Pulmuone has been successful in developing a new market. Sales revenue of 'Jayeonun Masitda' has been continuously increasing, and customers are found to be highly satisfied with the product resulting in a high repeat purchase rate. The company's successful new market development can be attributed to a faithful new product development process, innovative technology, an appropriate positioning strategy, and consistent marketing communication. In addition, Pulmuone's eco-friendly corporate image and the organization's passion to grow are also important factors for success of this new market development.

The Impact of Virtual Influencer Formativeness on Advertising Attention and Attitude Toward Advertising: The Dual Parallel Mediating Effects of Attractiveness and Suitability (버츄얼 인플루언서의 조형성이 광고 주목도와 광고 태도에 미치는 영향: 매력성과 적합성의 병렬 이중 매개효과)

  • The study confirmed the relationship between attractiveness and suitability in the relationship between the formativeness of creating the artistic form of a virtual influencer who acts as an advertising model, advertising attention, and advertising attitude. To confirm this, the subjects of the study were the MZ generation and X generation, which have a high rate of SNS use. The analysis method used SPSS statistics 27.0 and SPSS process macro version. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that attractiveness and suitability fully mediate the relationship between formativeness and advertising attention. In the path of formativeness and advertising attention, the total effect was found to be higher than the direct effect, and it was confirmed that there was a double parallel mediation effect through attractiveness and suitability in the relationship between the formativeness of virtual influencers and advertising attention. Second, it was confirmed that formativeness affects the mediating variable, attractiveness, but attractiveness does not affect attitude toward advertising. Since formativeness affects suitability and suitability in turn influences attitude toward advertising, it was confirmed that there is a full mediating effect between these variables. According to these results, the parallel mediating effect of attractiveness and formativeness was not confirmed in the relationship between formativeness and attitude towards advertising. The above study is significant in that it presents academic implications and practical implications by examining the dual and parallel mediating effects of attractiveness and suitability in the relationship between formativeness, advertising attention, and advertising attitude variables, which are considered in the production of virtual influencers.
