This paper evaluates the achievement of program outcomes using course-embedded assessment for information security programs. In the case study concerning the development of course-embedded assessment used in this paper, we evaluate program outcomes using various evaluation tools including the course evaluation data. In addition, we consider the evaluation rubric and evaluation procedure for course-embedded program outcomes, set performance criteria, select the probe course with high contribution to the program outcomes according to curriculum flowchart, set course objectives for the probe course, and explain the rubric for each assessment tool to measure achievement level. Subsequently, we perform course-embedded program outcomes assessment, based on tests and projectevaluation tool for each program objectives, and present the achievement levels based analysis results. These results prove the effectiveness of the proposed course-embedded assessment for program outcomes.

Objective: This study evaluated the effects of a non-face-to-face obesity management program, implemented during the pandemic. Methods: The non-face-to-face obesity management program used the Intervention mapping protocol (IMP). The program was put into effect over the course of eight weeks, from September 14 to November 13, 2020 in 48 overweight and obese adults, who applied to participate through the Daegu Citizen Health Support Center. Results: IMP was first a needs assessment was conducted; second, goal setting for behavior change was established; third, evidence-based selection of arbitration method and performance strategy was performed; fourth, program design and validation; fifth, the program was run; and sixth, the results were evaluated. The average weight after participation in the program was reduced by 1.2kg, average WC decreased by 3cm, and average BMI decreased by 0.8kg/m² (p<0.05). The results of the health behavior survey showed a positive improvement in lifestyle factors, including average daily intake calories, fruit intake, and time spent in walking exercise before and after participation in the program. A statistically significant difference was seen (p<0.05). The satisfaction level for program process evaluation was high, at 4.57±0.63 point. Conclusion: The non-face-to-face obesity management program was useful for obesity management for adults in communities, as it enables individual counseling by experts and active participation through self-body measurement and recording without restriction by time and place. However, the program had some restrictions on participation that may relate to the age of the subject, such as skill and comfort in using a mobile app.

The aim of this study was to develop a evaluation indicator to collaborative energy saving projects with NGO. We set the indicator based on expert advice, and refer to the preceding case study. The indicator has been set for the purpose of analyzing in planning, execution, performance phase to projects. In planning phase these consist of indicator such as project selection and rating, projects goals and concrete plans, etc; and systematic way of projects promotion, projects management and follow-up, and participation on selected contents, etc in execution phase; and achieve their goals, participant satisfaction, etc in performance phase.

The core of accreditation for engineering education is to improve the ability and quality of graduates through CQI system based on outcomes. For the program outcomes of the engineering education accreditation criterion, it is necessary to understand the relationship among education assessment, objective and curriculum. This study has focused on the program outcomes and the assessment. First the measure for improving the general problems of the program outcomes associated with assessment tool have been stated. And the detailed measure for practicing the program outcome, the assessment system and the assessment tool, which makes use of Rubrics, have been discussed. Therefore it is expected that the program outcome and the assessment may be conducted at universities with the assessment tool established in this study.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of R&E programs in gifted high schools/science high schools and to provide suggestions for the better program. The sample included 21 R&E coordinators in the gifted high schools and science high schools. They filled out the survey, asking about the R&E program; then, the researchers interviewed the coordinators based on the answers of the survey. The results are as follows: 1) The R&E guidelines and related materials were not enough to use. 2) At the planning step, students and the mentors received were provided a little information, such as ethical issues, students' information, the roles of mentors/ students, mentor's research interest areas and products, etc. 3) At the research step, 80% of the schools had the monitoring process but the details were not written and saved. 4) At the evaluation step, the rubric of the product evaluation existed; the rubric of performance process were established by half of the schools. 5) At the closing step, 100% of the schools had the final product materials; the results of the evaluation and the information of the mentors were saved by 2/3 and 1/3 of the schools, respectively. Discussions and suggestions were included for the better R&E programs.

본 연구에서는 국내 배전용 개폐기의 교체주기를 설정하기 위하여, 제조사별 열화 가중치 및 최대 운영수명을 산출하였으며, 운영중인 개폐기에 대한 위험도 평가 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 국내 배전용 개폐기의 교체주기를 설정 알고리즘을 현장에서 쉽게 사용하고, 측정 및 분석 데이터를 저장 및 상태추이 분석이 가능한 개폐기 수명평가 프로그램을 개발하였다.

본 연구에서는 태양광 발전시스템의 각 부분별로 환경적 요소와 상황적 요소로부터 정보 데이터 수집 및 분석, 제어, 평가, 진단, 모니터링 등을 위해 기 활용되고 있는 통신기술 등 IT 융합 기술을 적용하여 이를 DB화하여 표준적인 가이드라인 및 서비스 기준과 상용화가 가능한 비즈니스 모델 개발을 개발하고, 태양광 발전설비 최적 운영관리 서비스 요소 및 시스템 개발을 통해 다양한 인버터 종류의 데이터를 통합할 수 있는 시스템과 태양광 발전설비 최적 운영관리 서비스 프로그램을 구현하였다.

최근 발생한 국적항공기의 사고들은 항공기가 정상인 상태에서 조종사의 항공기 시스템에 대한 이해부족과 악 기상에 대한 대처미흡과 함께 운송용 조종사들의 수동착륙 기량이 현저하게 낮은 데에 그 원인을 찾을 수가 있다. 본 연구에서는 운송용 항공기 조종사들에 적용된 훈련프로그램의 실태와 이를 개선하기 위한 국제기구 및 항공선진국의 조치에 대한 문헌 연구와 함께 문제점을 분석하고 그 대안을 제시 하고자 한다. 항공사고 예방에 모의비행장치를 활용한 조종사 교육훈련이 큰 기여를 해온 것은 사실이다. 그러나 다양한 비정상 조건하에서 조종사들의 기량을 확인하기에 적합한 고가의 모의비행장치를 평이한 훈련과목, 환경이 우수한 특급 공항을 선택하여 운영한다는 것은 모의비행훈련의 기본 목적에 부합하지 않으므로 앞으로 조종사들의 기량향상을 위해서는 최악의 상황을 부여하고 안전하게 항공기를 운영하는 역량을 교육하고 평가할 필요가 있다. 또한 데이터에 기반을 둔 조종사 훈련프로그램인 APQ 및 EBT 의 조기 도입을 항공사와 정부가 협력하여 추진할 경우 국적항공사 소속 운송용 조종사들에게 비정밀 접근, 수동착륙 환경에서도 자신감 있게 항공기를 운영할 수 있는 경쟁력을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Growing in its size, the contents of the teaching-learning programs for mathematically gifted children from A program in Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education were examined in terms of the individual subjects provided through the courses of gifted education programs, and it was evaluated based on the revised version of the existing module. As a result, the educational objectives of teaching-learning program were clear, differentiated and obtainable. Among the program, the advanced parts were more than the selective parts, which mainly consisted of numbers and calculation, shapes, regularity and problem solving parts and had latest contents of research in balance. Additionally, every part of the program needs mathematical and creative thinking and approach and has proper evaluation index for problem solving. The presented materials in the programs are specific and appropriate, though some of them did not suggest the evaluation index for cultivating personality and value clearly and the reference books. The teaching-learning programs were focusing on problem-based learning and cooperative learning and using performance assessment for evaluation.
