Inspection of program products illegal reproduction is a significant field in deciding illegal recopy of program duplication, reproduction, plagiarization and electronic information by expertized programmer or specialist using computer science knowledge and technical methods. This is important for propelling the S/W industry in the high value creating industry. In particular, social demands are increasing the conflicts of the program products illegal recopy because of knowledge property problems. Therefore, legal and structural methods have been inspection of the program products illegal copy and usage. This article describes the existing problems of the inspecting of the program products illegal recopy and discusses the future directions and developing methods for propelling and setting the knowledge property industry field such as S/W industry.

The study developed and analyzed programs that incorporate observable worldviews-based science education and education for sustainable development(ESD) in science classes to emphasize integration with the background of the times and achieve effective goals of science education aimed at cultivating scientific literacy. As a result of applying the program to actual high school students, students were able to see the transition to the worldviews of ecology in the process of considering various values and making decisions by identifying their own values. Students' worldviews were found to be at odds during the process of identifying their worldviews and approaching values in various aspects of the class due to the conflicting values of each curriculum and teacher worldviews. In the area of individual values, the worldviews should be applied in science education and understanding of the worldviews of teachers and curriculum contents is also required. Through this study, we hope that access to the area of individual values represented by the worldview in science education will help students change fundamental.

자본과 노력의 결실로 이뤄진 온라인데이터베이스의 정당한 가치를 보호하기 위해 우리나라는 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법, 온라인 디지털콘텐츠산업발전법 등의 관련법을 제ㆍ개정해 이에 적극적으로 대처하고 있다. 구체적으로 데이터베이스의 보호를 강화하기 위해 2003년에 저작권법을 개정했다. 이것은 저작권법이 그만큼 빠르게 변화하는 추세에 적응하기 위한 노력이라고 평가할 수 있다. 아울러 컴퓨터프로그램보호법과 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법을 제정해 시행하고 있다. 이에 이번호에는 온라인데이터베이스를 보호하는 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법의 주요내용을 살펴보고 법적 문제를 다루고자 한다.

배전계통은 매우 복잡하며 이를 해석하기 위한 소프트웨어도 개발에도 많은 어려움이 있다. 객체지향기법은 기존의 절차식 프로그램방식보다 여러면에서 뛰어나며 프로그램의 유지보수에 뛰어난 장점을 가진다. 논 논문에서는 배전계통해석 프로그램 개발에 객체지향 기법을 적용하여 보다 효율적으로 배전계통을 해석한 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 객체지향기법은 복잡한 시스템일수록 더욱 가치를 가질 수 있고, 기존의 방법보다 월등한 우수성을 보인다. 배전계통의 조류계산에 본 기법을 적용하여 배전계통 소프트웨어를 구성하고 예제시스템을 해석한다.

본 연구는 저작기능장애자 56명을 대상으로 구강안면프로그램을 시행함으로 인해 이로 인한 구강위생효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 구강안면프로그램을 이용한 집단과 대조군이 치면세균막지수, 구강건강행동지수의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 교육프로그램을 구강보건교육의 동기부여를 위한 도구로 활용가치가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study sought to provide basic data for soccer clubs to establish efficient brand strategies by verifying the structural model and effectiveness between domestic youth soccer club brand identity, value, and loyalty. Therefore, parents of members of youth soccer clubs in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do were selected as samples, and 372 copies of data were used for the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program to analyze frequency and verify reliability. In addition, the brushstrap BC method was applied to verify the effectiveness and significance of confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis, and the effectiveness and significance using the AMOS (ver. 20.0). As a result of the study, first, it was found that the brand identity of youth soccer club in Korea had significant effect on value. Second, value had significant influence on loyalty. Third, brand identity had significant influence on loyalty. Lastly, value between brand identity and loyalty showed partial mediated effect.

정부주도의 연구개발 프로그램에 있어서 체계적인 평가가 필요하다는 점에 대해서는 그간 정부 및 민간에서 지속적으로 제기되어왔다. 이는 기술에 대한 중요성을 인식하면서 연구개발에 대한 민관의 절대적 자원투입은 급격하게 증가하여 온 반면, 질적인 효율성 측면에서 새로운 단계로의 도약이 필요하다는 광범위한 문제인식에 근거한 것이다. 하지만, 그간의 국내 기술평가는 크게 연구비 배정 등 경영-행정적인 목적을 가지고 행하여 온 평가와 연구개발진을 중심으로 연구대상 기술의 특성을 반영한 연구로 양분되어왔다. 즉, 평가의 항목이나 가중치 등의 선정에 있어서 기술개발 당사자와 경영자 및 평가전문가 간의 기술가치평가에 대한 격차가 크게 존재하여왔다. 1990년 이후 우리나라에서도 체계적인 기술가치평가의 필요성이 증대되면서 이에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되었지만, 기존의 두 측면간의 격차는 크게 좁혀지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 기술가치 평가가 주로 투자용으로 치우침에 따라 경영적 측면이 강조되는 반면 기술개발자들이 중시하는 R&D 측면에서의 가치가 충분히 반영되지 못한 결과라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 많은 연구들이 본연의 가치를 충분히 입증받지 못하고, 단지 경영적인 측면에서 바라본 단편적인 이유로 사장되는 일이 발생하고 있다. 이를 막기 위해 기술적 측면과 경영적 측면이 함께 하는 학제간(interdisciplinary), 또는 기술-경제(Engineering-Economy) 가치평가 연구가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술부의 21C 프론티어 사업 중 하나인 수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발사업단에서 개발 중인 수자원의 지속적 확보기술을 대상으로 기술가치평가 모형을 구축하였다. 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 가치를 평가하기 위해서는 위에서 언급한 기존 기술가치 평가방법의 문제점을 해결해야 할 뿐만 아니라 추가로 공공재 및 필수재의 성격을 갖는 수자원의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 기술가치평가 모형의 구축이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효율적인 R&D 투자 정책 수립과 정부정책수립에 기여하고자 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층 분석 과정)기법을 이용, 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 특성에 따른 4개의 평가기준과 26개의 평가속성으로 이루어진 2단계 기술가치평가 모형을 구축하였으며 2개의 개별기술에 대한 시범적용을 실행하였다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate and maximize the value of Dokdo as a marine educational tourism destination. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the identification of Dokdo as a unique territory of Korea rather than a disputed territory by further activating Dokdo tourism. The revitalization of Dokdo tourism was reviewed and analyzed from the viewpoint that it is possible when Dokdo is recognized as a destination for marine educational tourism. As a result of reviewing various research papers, periodicals, and government documents published in Korea and abroad, it is necessary to emphasize on-site education such as patriotism, anti-Japanese consciousness, and historical awareness in order to maximize value as a marine educational destination of Dokdo. Points out that it is possible to differentiate from other tourist destinations. Second, it pointed out that Dokdo preserves and develops to maximize the resource value of various tourism resources it possesses. Third, it pointed out to develop specialized tourism resources that can be linked with Dokdo tourism. Fourth, it pointed out that Dokdo will maximize its development potential as a marine educational tourism destination. Fifth, it is pointed out that there is a need to improve the educational program related to Dokdo. Finally, I pointed out that I would like to develop a variety of marine educational tourism contents and tourism programs linked with Ulleungdo.

This study was to investigate convention service quality that affect convention destination visiting values and intention to behavior from foreign convention attendances' perspectives. From the literature review, convention service quality and destination visiting value were discussed to provide logical linkage among proposed concepts. A total of 308 useful date were collected from on site survey at the convention centers in Seoul. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to achieve the objective of this study. Factor analysis showed that there were four underlying dimensions in the convention service quality such as mutual human interaction, program quality, useful information, transportation and convenient facility. Multiple regression showed that these convention service quality affects destination visiting values and behavior intention. More discussion and implication are provided in the conclusion section.

The aim of this study is to predict use behavior for social welfare service of the elderly mentally ill through means-end chain theory. Means-end chain theory explains cognitive structure related to the consumer's preference to various products and services. Although the elderly mentally ill begin to emerge as new client population, social welfare services for them do not seem to be enough in the community. Based on this awareness, this study tried to analyse service use behavior of the elderly mentally ill through means-end chain theory to develop new social welfare services. The data were collected from 15 elderly mentally ill and found 5 attributes, 10 consequences, and 11 values. Hierarchical Value Map was composed of 'disease management, rehabilitation preparation, hobby leisure ${\rightarrow}$ health maintenance, energy of life ${\rightarrow}$ social reintegration, life satisfaction, harmonious family life'. To activate the social service for the elderly mentally ill, it should be developed various programs such as disease management, rehabilitation preparation, hobby leisure for the elderly mentally ill. The ultimate value of these programs will be improve life satisfaction and integrated into society.
